Im very happy with my purchase. I put my order in last Wednesday and it said payment completed and it was processing. I read other reviews on here that said just be patient and it will come. He sent me tracking on Friday and it showed up first thing Monday. Awesome service and an excellent research material at a fair price. I will definitely order again

My orders have always shown up every time. Sometimes it takes them awhile to send a tracking number, but it’s probably due to the fact there’s only a few reliable vendors anymore and they’re super backed up. Price per mg is excellent compared to other bromaz vendors out there. Package has always been intact and bottle filled to the brim. If you’re order is stuck on “processing” that doesn’t really mean anything it will still be shipped.

they came through for a few months but just stop responding n sending they got me for 2 ordersspebt alot with them the last year. Also I actually was in commincatin with them for a couple months around winter they actually sent a message out saying they switched stores like it was hacked but I looked at the BTC address on both sites it was the same one they just switch stores onse they scammed too much you'll get smaller orders but the last two one bromaz vial n one fxe thing never got either months apart selective scaming. There's lots of better ppl u can findDon't believe that they got hacked like this guy a couple reviews down said it's literally the same BTC address on all the sites even the newer one the switched 3 stores in about 12 months of dealiling with them. I'm detoxed n dont even care now

I got an order with an item missing, and these people don't seem to EVER respond to questions, either directly or through their on-site "contact us" function. It's only been a couple of days this time, but judging by past experience, they never respond to questions. Will update if the situation changes.

So far so good takes a few days before u get tracking but products are on point unlike others. I'll keep everyone posted just placed my 2nd order today so I'll update

Ok so first let’s say the company is legit. However, if you are looking for someone to communicate with other than automated emails and your tracking # look elsewhere. Their prices are not bad. If they did a better with communication this would be 4 stars but do not get confused the 2 stars I removed are only due to communication and price point. Not at all due to their shipping times, product availability.

Great selection & quick shipping. Very happy I found this website as there are not too many options for picking up obscure research chemicals in the USA. When our lab & forensics dept needed a sample, Novel got things to us quickly

I would have given 5 stars based on how they USED to be. However, I placed an order on Tuesday February 20th. As of today; Friday, I have received tracking for a package that USPS has never gotten. It’s like they created a tracking number but didn’t physically send anything to the postal service. In the past, I received my package in approximately 4 days from ordering to delivery. All southern US. Also, if you try to go to their website it’s no longer active. It says server can’t be found. Im hoping they are just having some kind of hiccup this week, but feels a lot like exit scamming…..Update: As of Saturday, my package magically showed up. So, my blame now lays on USPS cause they just didn’t scan my package from origin all the way to delivery 4 states away. USPS do better. Sorry for the miscommunication from my end everyone. I WOULD recommend this website and will be changing my review to align with my most recent experience.

An honest company. By the way, their domain ends in dhywat cahwlm not daht neht—they’re a copycat scammer. I’ve seen them fix something they messed up one time in the comments—nothing like happened for but they’re pretty responsive and I’m sure they’d do the same if I needed it. Just getting what I paid for in a number of days.

They’ve been amazing and research has been satisfactory. They are reliable, fast, the quality of the chemical make ups are great for testing. I will keep using them for as long as their product’s quality remains consistent. I’d highly recommend using them as a clearnet company. It seems to be the only quality I know of. Oh, and their customer service is great, some of the best I’ve encountered. -Jamie

Been a long time customer, spent probably close to $1000 on their site. Yesterday recieved a bottle or Clam that wasnt sealed and all the contents spilled out inside of the package. Sent them a message, an email and so far got nothing. Not sure if ill be ordering from them again.

I placed an order with novel sciencestore.com about a week and a half ago and I have still not received neither my tracking number or products I’m starting to get really nervous even though I’ve used them hundreds of times in 2002. This is my first order since then and even though I see people on here saying they’ve got their products and that they came after some time and that even though communication is poor, they’re still doing business in a trustworthy manner can someone please let me know how long it took them to get their order I don’t understand why I haven’t gotten a tracking number yet or even my package I was never taken anywhere close to two weeks to even get my package let alone a tracking number Anyone with tips that could help me please let me know. Communication is horrible. I ordered on sat the 2nd and I haven’t heard a peep after several emails just asking for a round about date on when it will be shipped. All it says on the website is it’s” processing “.Scratch all that. He emailed me this morning and gave me a tracking number. Thanks Novel science shop

Confirmation# and tracking number took 5 days said it was going to come in a week actually came the next day! overall fast shipping and quite happy which my product will definitely purchase again.

Dozens of orders and never been disappointed. Can be irritating at times because they rarely reply to emails other than the initial email that provides tracking# honest reliable vendor all around tho

I guess I'll be first to say that novel is or very similar to abchems and lately ACR. But I knew that going in and ordered the brom. It was good quality. My only complaint is that it's 2mg/ml. And I don't agree with the price. But thems the brakes I guess. Oh and it was received pretty fast considering. 4 days after payment confirmation. I just hope he doesn't get overwhelmed because he or she is my last clearnet plug. Love this dude (or gal).
