So I got this online and after ordering j saw these reviews which of course make me full of regret! However it arrived as an IPL so was pleasantly surprised. However not well made seems cheap. Return address on packaging was for a random road in business park? So I emailed them to get a refund and said no need to return the item? After some of these reviews I was ready to have to contact my bank however I have just received my refund into my account today which is good news!

Didn't realise it was from China until I tracked the shaver. I used it once when it arrived and the 7 heads broke off, cheap plastic that couldn't hold the weight of the blades. emailed for return and as yet no reply..... will give them another try to return it and then will have to go to bank for refund....£80 for a non branded lump of plastic... Scammers! NOT a company and also NOT in the UK as claimed-Item made in China, comes from China. Cheap plastic, no name on the actual product they claim is an IPL Novosilk hair remover, NO return address and NO telephone number. No reply to emails. Address on package is a long carriageway with NO BUILDINGS on it whatsoever! Good luck with emailing them Trustpilot!

£105 for a cheap skull shaver marketed as Nova Silk Precision Pro 7d. What came looks like cheap plastic no-name me-too. Website looks good but that is where the quality ends. Product does work though. Used once so far and results are not too bad.I also bought the additional accessories hence the higher price.

There is a misleading article online that rates Novasilk as the No:1 IPL and it claims that Novasilk is only in UK. The fact is that it is based in China. I made an order hoping that since is is in UK, I will receive the product to travel with it to my holiday. Then I realised that it is not in UK and it ll take weeks to arrive. I tried to cancel the order and they said it is already shipped which wasn't true either. I emailed Klarna and even Klarna didn't reply.Please please be careful!!! I thought I was!!!

As with the other reviews, totally taken in by the so called hype. Product came in non - descriptive battered box, felt very cheap and fell to bits after second use. Don’t go anywhere near it.
