Is novaoflondon.com Legit?

Paying for overnight delivery and not receiving the goods for over a week .. no response to my emails and this is the second time this has happened .. great products but need to sort the delivery issues out

I can’t find any fault with this company. I use them weekly to stock my boutique. Items are always of exceptional quality, they have a wonderful & extensive range of clothing, with some really unique pieces, which my customers love. Prices are very reasonable, in comparison to many other wholesalers. My orders always arrive intact, never any need for returns & delivery is extremely prompt, always next day! Highly recommend

We are Retailers and online seller. We keep visiting their Manchester Store on regular basis. They sell lovely print, our customers love their quality. The Manchester staff is very professional, always ready to help you. Very active on their whattsaap group, keep updating you about the new collection in the store and very quick to resolve any query. The store staff always ready to guide you about the new arrival items. They deserve 5 star.

The team at Nova Manchester are fabulous..always welcoming, always offer a coffee, always helpful and carry everything to the car for me. I order from WhatsApp and apart from DPD being a terrible courier for me, my orders are always actioned and sent out promptly. Nova always seem to have what I'm looking for when buying and have a great range and a good price point

It is always a fantastic experience visiting Nova. I am a small business that visits the Manchester Show Room most weeks and order via WhatsApp often. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they carry the stock to the car for me every week. The staff are always friendly and kind. The range of stock is brilliant and always great quality. Thank you for always looking after me.

Shocking do not order from this company. Order an over coat shockingly poor material. Wouldn't refund my money unless I sent the coat back to their warehouse in China and paid the transportation costs. They will refund 50% and you keep the garment. This shows how poor the quality of the coat is. Have garment can't use. Seems unscrupulous practice seem to expect you to want refund.

Arrives always on time,lovely and well packed.The items are very resonable and are to a very good quality.Like the way you are sent at least two items of the items you choose. Always send nice,friendly messages thanking you for your custom.💯 rate Nova of London.

The most uncorrect company I've ever met.They sent wrong clothes and they didn't want to change the clothes or get refound, only if I had sent it back at my own expense. It was their fault and they didn't accept their responsibility.I don't recommend this company to anyone.

They are my go to wholesaler for 90% of my stock I only purchase online as I live too far away from the nearest showroom...Stock levels not as good as they used to be which is frustrating if you get a good seller in the shop and can't replenish for weeks....but alot has happened in the last 2 years with brexit and pandemic...just hope it starts to get more regular...would also be helpful to be able to pre order as I feel i miss out in alot of the stock.

I`ve been dealing with Nova for many years, mostly by visits to their showroom in London. Since Covid, I have been using their online site. Great selection, quick and easy.
