Why should I invest in their technology fee when making a purchase of an already expensive product? to invest you expect to get something in return I don't receive any stock options when I make a purchase why should I be charged an extra $$ amount on top of the purchase?

Picked up my preordered Gluten Free, chocolate chip bunt cake for a baptism today. The cake was scorched and dried out. When I called to complain, the manager offered no refund, nothing, just I’m “Sorry “ I am very disappointed in the cost and it hit the garbage can. Bad business.I’ll never order again

My boyfriend set up a Uber delivery from Nuthing Bundt Cakes before he went on a cruise on July 11th. A delivery did come from nuthin Bundt cakes but it had someone’s name on it that did not work at my job. I did not know he set this delivery up until Monday June 15th when he returned and asked me about the cake. I never received the cake it was left with my job Security guard.The security said when she called Uber eats she was told to just keep it since that person did not work there so you guys gave away my delivery. My boyfriend paid 70.00 for a cake I never received and was told since it’s been 48 hours there’s nothing that can be done. The cake was a surprise and he was on a cruise so he assumed it would be delivered. I believe someone wrote the wrong name on my delivery and also upper management at my job called and was told there wasn’t a delivery set for that location when it was literally dropped off by Uber. It was two different stories being told. They received their money and did not care about the delivery afterwards when actually someone screwed up the name on the delivery. This is wrong!!!!! Somebody screwed the name up on this order Uber lies and says there was no delivery and nuthin Bundt cakes says it was Ordered through Uber it’s their fault. Never buying again.

Highly recommended!!! These cakes are so moist and delicious!!! I’ve tried numerous flavors and can’t tell you what flavor I think is the best. Probably the red velvet chocolate chip. They are all the bomb!! Oh and let’s not forget the decorations that add that special touch. Nothing Bundt Cakes will make any occasion special for that certain loved one in your life including yourself.

I purchased red velvet cupcakes at the Nothing Bundt Cakes location in Smyrna, TN. After leaving, I tasted one of the cupcakes and was unable to consume it because of the excessive red dye. I returned within 5 minutes and requested an exchange. I was denied an exchange or refund. This is a horrible company policy. I would advise anyone patronizing this business to be absolutely sure of their choice before purchasing.

[Sunnyvale, CA store] Great cakes and I like the packaging, they often add bows and ribbons (though for a small additional fee I think) and it makes them so nice. My go-to is the tower of small bunt cakes to celebrate birthdays. Downside has been in customer experience where they made an error in charging me, and took about 20 minutes to rectify it. The sales assistance seemed inexperienced, without someone more experienced available to help.

Website is super janky, I have to keep refreshing over and over because it won't let me select a delivery time. When I do get to select a time, I get some hogwash that I'm outside their delivery area which is not true since I have neighbors that have ordered in the past.

I purchased a small cake today and while there, my 9 year old daughter was having a minor medical issue and only needed to use the restroom quickly. They denied us being able to use the restroom momentarily denying a small child access. Though I understand the rating of this place is best limited to its product sold I do have something to say about the way they treat customers especially a small child. A business has an interest in its community and customers wellness and clearly this is not a consideration of this particular business. VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLARS AND FIND ANOTHER CAKE SHOP. The cakes are nothing spectacular but instead very mediocre.

NBC opened yesterday in Mooresville, NC. I was really excited about them coming to town because I'm not one to drive 30-45 minutes for a cake.NBC did NOT disappoint! The White Chocolate Raspberry was delicious... moist and baked perfectly. It's my first time trying the raspberry but I'm glad I did. I'm a creature of habit so changing up my flavors is wild and crazy. The store front is not huge but it's clean and bright, and well decorated. They have different sized cakes... I picked up the mini. Plenty of parking!

I went to get the June flavor Key Lime and I was told it is no longer available. The ads say the month of June is Key lime flavor. I bought 3 this month but not available for the rest of the month.

The manager of the shop in Modesto, CA is a very nasty, condescending person.We had an issue that she blew up and got very pushy about.The cakes are not worth purchasing with a manager like her running the place.Find another cake shop!

We moved to this area, Waco Texas a year ago and although the Bundt cakes are great, they are making them considerably smaller than when we first moved here.

Never had a problem ordering online and picking up in-store. The employees are friendly, and the cakes are delicious. I buy them for my coworkers every Christmas.

I ordered a cake for a birthday. It turned out beautiful and the recipient was so pleased with it. It was a surprise to her because she loves their mini bundts. Now she had a huge regular size cake. Loved it. I used the store on Atlanta Rd in Smyrna, GA

Delicious cakes. While their smaller cakes aren't quite as amazing as their larger offerings, they're still fantastic. And our experiences with the employees have always been genuinely delightful.

Excellent product. Excellent service. Would totally recommend if you e never tried any of their cakes. Excellent ideas for good quality, inexpensive gifts anyone would appreciate.

OMG! Stopped by "Nothing Bundt Cakes" on the way home from Whole Foods and the Cup Cakes were amazing. Everything was so fresh. I could not help myself but buy four cupcakes after sampling them. To die for!!!

The cakes are good but taste like cake mix add more new ingredients.
