Is nostalgicapparel.com Legit?

I made the order 12 days ago, but the only email I got from the company regarding to the company was only the confirmation mail of my order right after I paid. Since then, I haven't heard from them anymore. I am wondering when my order is coming.All my other online purchases made after this, they have all arrived and they are all oversea orders from different part of the world!I will be out of town for the whole August and I won't be able to pick up my delivery by that time. I just hope that my order can come before I fly...

The Quality is very good as well as the fit and motives i really like themI would have given it 5 stars if the delivery time was good but alost a month is quite long

I placed my order on 9th of June, still haven’t got my order and I’m starting to believe that I’m not gonna get it in the end. Today I requested to refund me and they didn’t answer. Too much inconvenience for two T-shirts. That’s not my first review of the brand, but it looks like that’s the only way to get in touch with them, otherwise they just ignore your emails. Not worth it

READ ALL.Wrote to the customer support via email, paid 88€ for 4 shirts and nothing has been received to me yet. Want my money back lads. Thanks.---CS support got me back and solved the issue and refunded me €22 as one t shirt was N/A.thanks lads THOUGH, inform your customer via a CRM (SMS, email, call, whatever u fancy) and let them know, be proactive! cheers thanks again

Placed an order 5 days ago, sent an email to the costumer support to know when would the order be shipped and never got a response. When you pay it says specifically that the order will take 2 to 7 working days but nothing happened yet. They just confirmed the order and nothing else.

My clothes were supposed to arrive in 4-5 days, I dind't know anything more than "we're having problems" and it wasn't until almost 1 month after that the clothes arrived. The clothes are ok, the quality is nice, even though there is only 1 size (not 2 like the website says)

Ordered 2 shirts on the 7th of May. Never received a shipping confirmation e-mail, send 2 mails asking about more details or an indication. I received the same automatic reply for both emails. I still want the order, but i have no clue when I could expect anything. Edit 05/28/2024, from 1 to 3 stars - After the review on trust pilot, Nostalgic Apparel got in contact with me. I received the shirts a few days later. Shirts are from good quality, you just need to take into account that it will take longer.

I ordered a t-shirt one month and a half before and I never received my parcel. They keep telling me that there was a shipping delay but nothing clear. Of course u have paid via bank and now they do not give my money back. Very bad experience

After having heard nothing and reviewing on trustpilot, they responded quickly. I have now recieved my order and am very happy. Their contact with me has been very nice

Asked a question about an retour form, but I didnt get an reply. Now my order is too late to return. Also the package arrived after a month….

Placed an order on 1st of May, and still has not been sent. Communication via e-mail and instagram not good (just one email that there are delays). Looks like a scam? Am going to try get my money back. Edit 14.05 - as per the confirmation from the company my cancellation has been accepted and I have received my money. Changing the rating to 3.

Clothing exaclty as the picture. Very good quality. Answered my email promptly when I enquired about the delivery. Very good customer experience overall.

It is pretty and really comfortable. Also the material is definitively high quality, it feels so good, I can definitively tell that the sweat will last long.Weak point: i wish the design printing was more intense, i feel like it looks less washed off on the pictures, i didnt expect that. Also it's really oversize, i feel like the M size could be a L. Nevertheless, I'm genuenly happy I bought it.

Was very excited about the design when I saw the ads on Instagram. Then came here after ordering t-shirts and was worried something would go wrong. Instead, I got exactly what I wanted! I did have to do a status request when they didn't send me a shipment confirmation. It took 2 weeks to deliver rather than 3-7 working days, so make sure you're patient enough!

The clothes are pretty nice and of good quality and I received them pretty shortly after I arrived. However, they were delayed a slight bit because one item was not in stock, and I only found out after contacting customer service. It would have been nice to just get a notification of that. Besides that small point, excellent service!

All the designs are absolutely amazing, and the quality is 10/10. Great soft material but very durable as well! Showing the t-shirts off to everyone so they will all buy some 😋! Faster delivery than expected as well!
