Is northwrist.com Legit?

Ordered 2 mens bracelets and with expedited shipping. Said to expect shipping update in 48 hours. Here I am 7 days later and have nothing. No response to emails and they don't answer their calls. HIGHLY FRADULENT BEHAVIOR> BUYER BEWARE

The bracelet is as shown on the pictures, very nice. Shipment to Germany took almost a full month, with the package having a Chinese sending address, a bit long time for my feelings. Especially when I compare this with other shipment I got from China on other things before.

First off I could not believe the apparent value that I am getting.but I will have to wait and see what my bracelet will look and feel like.Secondly the free shipping is what made me order. some on line mail order shops charge an exorbitant amount for S&H. this was not the case.Lastly I had an issue with my zip code so emailed Northwrist directly and they answered immediately with a case number and corrected my errorI cant wait for my sweet bracelet! I will certainly consider more of their fine looking accessories.!!!

I very much enjoyed this site and shipping in it. There are so many great options to choose from and the prices ate outstanding!! I'd also like to say that the CEO personally emailed me and thanked me for my purchase and wished me all the best. I would recommend this site and company to anyone and will definitely be doing more shopping.

My experience with Northwrist was excellent. Great items at a very reasonable price. Personally I was searching for a ring I had seen at a different store that had been discontinued and BAM! There it is at Northwrist! And cheaper too. I will definitely recommend Northwrist to my friends and family

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from this company. As many have stated, the mug I bought for $55 is way overpriced for what I received, which is worth MAYBE $10. Very cheap looking with rough edges. I filled out the product return form on their website, and although I did hear back from them, once I said I would be returning the product and requested the company address, I haven't heard back from them since.

Shipping time was fantastic took less than expected.Now I ordered 2 skull rings and both quality of product are not what is described on their website. The details are not there comparing to pictures on website.But still a decent quality of rings.

So far,so good. I can only rate ordering procedure so far. I only placed my order 2 days ago. The process was easy. I received confirmation of my order within 2 hours. I have received correspondence from them twice so far.

We ordered 3 rings in March 2020 with the understand that due to Covid-19, orders might be delayed for 30 business days. 4 months later, we did not receive our rings. Customer service continually delayed and told us they were "in transit" but the tracking showed that was a lie.Finally, after unsuccessfully trying to find a resolution, we contacted our financial institution and disputed the charges. Miraculously, our order (now 5 months late) suddenly started moving. We received the rings and they had a plastic feel to them. Immediately went in the trash.

So, I ordered a ring and matching necklace from the website before reading reviews and I can honestly say I was upset thinking that I'd been ripped off after reading them here, but hey, I didn't research it so my bad, better luck next time right. So, you can imagine my surprise when I not only received the products I ordered quicker than they said, because they did warn it could be up to a month (I received mine in about 3 weeks) but the quality of the jewelry was as good if not better than I expected. I'm very happy with my purchase from this company.

most sites tend to rip off each other’s designs but Northwrist seems to be genuinely original and their prices are quite fair for what the goods they peddle

Easy to buy however when about to purchase more than 1 thing it didn't give 50% off and or 1 thing free, but I only bought the wolf ring, still waiting on the arrival but will keep you posted.

I ordered three mugs from these company back in early february. It's been almost two months and I have not received any tracking information on my mugs. I sent over 4 emails desperately trying to get somebody to reply to my. Only the first email was answered with a case number assigned to my and nothing else. I will be contacting my financial institution to see if I can get my money back. I wish I had read their reviews before making a purchase. Really the worst company I've dealt with!!

Absolute trash! I ordered a mug intended as a Christmas gift for my husband. It arrived 2 days before Christmas BROKEN. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and I’ve been offered a replacement mug which does me absolutely no good since it took weeks to get the mug in the first place OR a ‘store credit’ for the amount of my purchase. Also not an option because I would never spend another cent with this company for their overpriced garbage from China. Please, run far and run fast from North Wrist.

Ordered an Ox horn mug with a black bottom , I received I plastic mug, I spend 85 dollars on a 5 dollar plastic mug . Their return policy is to send it back with all packaging at my own expense or keep the mug and get 75% off another product . I’ve asked if they could send me the proper product but they have chosen to ignore this request and not respond. Please don’t spend any money on this company, they are frauds with fraudulent advertising

I spent 65 dollars on a Blue Dragonclaw ring back in 2018, and to this day have still not received it. Their emailing was trash and they kept jerking me around about a refund opportunity which the link they provided was just a link to their order website. They have found ways to remove my reviews on other websites, delete my comments on their IG posts and IG page, accused ME, the customer, of LYING when I warn people on their IG advertisements to AVOID THE SCAM. It’s been three years now, and I promise you Northwrist YOUR COMPANY WILL NEVER BE RID OF ME WARNING people of your FRAUD.

Love the products, and good customer service, the company let you know that they are grateful for your interest in their company. Nothing has been delivered yet, but i trust that they have good quality products.

6 months later, no item. Lots of cheap excuses. Say they'll refund you if you wish but they don't. They'll be quick to take your money tough.
