Is northerner.com Legit?

Order every week for my mother, great price, fast delivery, no problem.

In the Military overseas and this is a surefire way to guarantee that I can get dip and not have to rely on other people of vendors to have it in stock.

Order removed from cart, wouldn't take 5 dollar off code I received from doing a survey for them. Wouldn't responded to email.

If you already know which products you wish to purchase then this is a great website. But for finding new brands? Its a bit of a shoot in the dark situation.The lack of product reviews on their website seemed strange to me when I first shopped there, and it wasnt until I tried writing some honest reviews myself that I realised that Northener has no intention of actually allowing you to submit reviews. I left 6 and not one appears to have shown up on the site.

If could I give it a lower score I would. Never had an issue with this company until this last order. A week after I placed my order I receive an email that says northerner has temporarily suspended orders to my state and I should get a refund in several business days. Ok no problem. In this current day and age delays are expected. Since the email said temporarily I was curious as to how long that meant. I send an email asking that question and I get the same canned response from an employee named Latoya that I got in the initial email notifying me of the delay and refund. Well that does me no good as it still doesn't tell me whether I should wait it out or look elsewhere. So much for customer loyalty.i guess I'll go spend my money elsewhere. A former regular customer.

I've used northerner twice now. I've been shopping around different snus stores online and from my experience this one is not as good as the others. They say the ship out the day after purchase but in my experience it has taken 3-4 days before they will even ship your package. I ordered my last order 8 days ago and still waiting on it while I just made an order with snusdirect 2 days ago and it's going to he here tomorrow. Just saying. I live in california and when you order online you have to pay an automatic $30 shipping fee so for them to say it's shipped ups 2 day delivery and not even package it for 3-4 days doesn't sit right with me.

They reward continued patronage with frequent discounts. They have good customer support. I have only had a few minor issues and they were either resolved or compensated for with larger discounts. The delivery time for standard is very good so you don't feel compelled to pay more for faster shipping. I am very pleased.

First time ordering. Order #7000928044. I placed an order on the 4th, paid for expedited shipping, yet fedex still haven't received the package. I emailed customer support twice, with no response both times. I urge those who have been scammed by Northerner to also file a report with the FTC.

I like the speed in which I received my order. Only problem I had was with the shipping cost. It almost cost more to ship it than the product I bought. I'm not to sure I can afford doing business with these shipping cost. I'm just an individual, not an company.
