Is nordnet.dk Legit?

The slowest customer service in the entire universe.I asked to have one of my accounts closed on 7th of May, they send me message it will take 10-15 days, it’s still not closed, very unprofessional, also when I call I get the answer they will leave message to their colleagues who take care of closing, because they can’t do anything else… great :)For a quick picture SAXO managed to close the exact same type of account within 2 days…

Overall good experience. The app is great and very useful.The reason they only get 2 stars is their abysmal understanding of their role in climate change. They actively promote investment in fossil fules and see it only from a monetary point of view. This is of course unacceptable and embarrassingly immature and irresponsible behaviour. I hope to correct this review when the company takes its role in the world seriously.

How on 🌍 in 2024 it can take 10 days+ (just until now) to open account for EU residents in Denmark??! If it takes ages to become a customer, I can only imagine what it will take if one suddenly needs to withdraw money from Nordnet, close account or anything not in company’s interest. Seems it is Saxo’s moment.

Dont trust their certificates. Never buy bull/bear certificate from nordnet. They will disable it to their benefit when you want to sell.

The platform is BS and expensiveCustomer service is a joke.They prentend as to be responsible towards their clients and customers but doesn’t do anything but F’em over.Find another place for your trading/money.I am.

This review is based on my experence using Aldersopsparing and Månedsopsparing. I think the website is very easy to use, I have no complaints. Every time I have questions, I contact the costumer support and they manage to help me.

There is a broad selection of ETF, and other products. Some features, like the monthly savings are indeed very nice. The buying process is extremely fast.Unfortunately, the portfolio overview provides only basic information, and the support is very slow at answering.

they froze my account because I moved to a new country. they told me to get them some information which I provided. they told me the handling time would be 2 weeks. my account has been locked for 2 months now and im getting no replies from the emails im sending. also on their website they have blocked my account from being able to see/ send emails back to them.You are clearly not understanding what I’m writing. I told you that I’m unable to access the mail service you provide because you have blocked my account. Which means I can’t read or answer your messages

Poor customer service,I called in to ask about wrong numbers reported to the tax authorities SKAT... I had a guy called Christen on the phone, very rude and defensive, fighting me instead of try to understand and help. He didn't spend even 3 minutes with me on the phone then hang up on me (deliberately, and mocking me).One of the best experience ever, from a company that hold my money.I'm thinking about another alternative now.I would not recommend, this isn't the first time something like this happened.

Nice UI and good customer service that listens to their customers. I feel safe with Nordnet.The commission are high for international markets and the trading markets are a little limited.

Avoid this company. This company lacks professionalism, not a company to trust your money with. They have a terrible rude costumer service. I called them 5 times, every time they would drop the phone call half way through and finally the person I spoke to was extremely rude. He lied on the phone saying Nordnet has sent me many messages before closing my account with money on, after reading evidence of 1 message from Nordnet with time and date, he corrected his lies and said I am right. they lack professionalism. AVOID!

I have been a Nordnet customer for years and have trusted the platform with my savings. Suddenly I receive messages from Nordnet stating that they need documentation to prove my address. I provided them with this documentation but they did not approve and suspended me of my overview of my savings/investments. I was in shock! They could have given me a call if there was a problem with the documentation. I since then have shared several documentation to prove my address and several weeks have past without any changes. They even informed me that if they do not receive proof of my address before March they will automatically sell my investments and the money will go to the tax authorities. I am in shock! I have written them several messages. With such a serious situation they should give me a call or at least respond and review my documentation properly!

The app and platform in general is often hit by bad stability. Technical errors with the exchanges and responses from customer support takes weeks. Stay away.
