Is nordmerch.com Legit?

The most comfortable shoes I have ever wore, and look just the way their supposed to look, corn spelled with a k and a backward r, that my grandpa said that's corny. He's just being funny, and I like that.

This is absolutely a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes that were advertised to be 'Hey Dudes.' First, it took them over 3 weeks just to ship the order. I received a package from New York which is odd because NordMerch is (allegedly) located in the UK. I opened the package to find shoes that resemble 'Hey Dudes' but are absolutely a very cheap knock off. I have now been going back and forth with their "customer support" after requesting a refund. I have been met with an utter unwillingness to accept accountability (marketing one thing/selling another) and refund my money.

My husband loves the shoes. I don't see the Hey Dude logo on them tho. It was hard to track my order.I emailed a fea times about it and I didn't get a reply. Otherwise... the shoes look great

Merchandise was exactly what I ordered. Received in a timely matter. Never received a tracking number, but that’s no big deal. Happy with the purchase.

Cheap knock-offs from China. DO NO ORDER from them. I ordered collegiate "Hey Dudes". They are NOT HeyDudes.Update: Filed a claim with PayPal under the Buyer Protection Policy after Nordmerch only offered me a 20% and then a 40% refund. Nordmerch tried and tried to get me to withdraw the claim saying we would both pay fees and that the refund would take months. ALL of that is false and I reported it to PayPal. PayPal noted that client was trying to contact me outside of them regarding the claim. PayPal has issued a 100% refund.

🤦‍♂️ I'm highly disappointed/upset item #159307 (chief tennis) HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED as said per your time line period /NordMerch Emails Oct 25-27 to my Address: 8459 Otis St. Apt 211,. South Gate, CA 90280. Why is that? You don't respond about this issue. I'm at verge of reporting NordMerch to fraud authorities.

Besides loving the shoes, I had a problem with a missing package. I emailed,they emailed my back with info and I had my package in no time.

Shoes were advertised as Hey Dudes, they are actually Hey Dudes look-a-likes. I ordered three pairs at the same time, I was notified that they shipped. Apparently they were all three shipped separately. Only one pair arrived. I had to confirmed that the other two pairs were lost prior to the company offering me a refund. I did however receive the refund in the amount of time I was given.

I've been having problems with with company the entire time even up to delivery. In between I would text asking for the company number and to speak with a manager numerous times.They would email me back and rest assure your package is arriving and in blah blah. And still no manager or number sent to me as if they trying to hide something. After my shoes were delivered I looked at them and didn't see the custom name I put on the order. And clear as day on the order receipt the sent me online say the custom name that needs to be put on the shoes. I'm very disappointed in this company period. I'm definitely going over their heads.

Although I ordered my normal size, the size I wear in every other tennis shoe, this one was too big. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size but they were unwilling to exchange. They will only give me a 50% discount if I order the new size. That’s ridiculous and not customer friendly. I’m willing to pay shipping again but I should be able to send the original back and exchange for a smaller size. They were responsive to my inquiries though I did not like the response. I would not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered Hey Dudes, at least that's what was advertised but not what I received. What I received was knock offs. I asked for a refund explaining this was fraudulent advertising or at least bait and switch. Their way of making it right was to offer me a 20% refund and then a 30% refund citing that they were losing money by giving me a 30% refund and that it was a fair offer. I sent them proof in photos of them advertising the knock offs as Hey Dudes as they asked and I complied. I want everyone to know what kind of a company this is before you order. You have no idea what you will get compared to what they say you are ordering and when you go to them to get a refund they will say somehow you are supposed to incur their costs. Please DO NOT fall for their lies. I lost my hard earned money to this horrible company and I am hoping to keep anyone else from following suit.

DO NOT ORDER!!!These are knockoff HEY DUDES! I wouldn’t even give these to goodwill they are so cheap. If I could give a negative star I would.

Sent me wrong item and replacement never showed up

I will never order from this again this is the worst shoes I have spend money on. First I didn’t get my names on the shoes write then now after wearing the pair I have they don’t even fit right.

My first order was personalized with the wrong name and after contacting and explaining the problem, a new pair of shoes was sent that was correct.

Advertised as hey dudes and they were not at all. Reached out to customer service and was never contacted back.

The most horrific shoes ever. The craftsmanship was detailed by a child. The sizes are wrong. The counterfeit products are sold at name brand prices. The product is a shame. An embarrassment. Quality is so poor. I got scammed. Robbed. This is a fraudulent company. These are counterfeit. Any consumer products that are sold or shipped to the US are required by law to have country of Origin labels. No Country of Origin labels. Which is required by law in the U.S.A. The company kept making excuses when I emailed them. Once I talked of the craftsmanship made by children, they never emailed me again
