Is nordicprostore.com Legit?

I ordered a paddle for a birthday on July 10, 2024 which should have arrived in less than a week at my home in France. It's August 7 and still nothing. The package would be stuck at German customs. I contacted their customer service several times but never got a single response. There is no telephone number. It’s a shame.

Worthless. Zero communication. Ordered a mobile ac beginning of July, died out after 10 days. They don’t reply to emails, it’s August now and still nothing. Waste of 279€. To this day I still email on all socials and never return to me. I want my money back!!

Not quite sure where to start. I ordered three items, only one of which arrived. Contacted customer support over a week ago, still no answer. The product that arrived (a water trampolin for €1200) does not even have a user manual or assembly guide. So all in all one of three items received, very difficult to assemble and no help from customer support. I would recommend to avoid.

my first tme to purchase from nordic prostore & i can only speak for myself the service was just excellent!! speed & communication just what i like, i have not tried out the product just yet but it looks and feels very sturdy

Terrible service. Bought a electric sauna and it stopped working after a couple of months. I have emailed there customer services 4 different times and still havent heard one word from them. Shocking services. Is there any advice on how I can report this company and hopefully get them taken down so nobody has to deal with them?

This company sent the wrong item and has been completely unresponsive for over a week. We have tried to contact them through different channels, including their email and their live-chat, which doesn't seem to have any live agents at all, and there has been no response or acknowledgement. We don't think they are going to address our problem at all.

They have promised us goods now for 3 months. No longer responding to emails. Sends information that the item has been sent, but they have no items to send. When we notify that the tracking number for DHL no longer works, it will be quiet as usual.We have asked several times to get the money back, but they are not responding to this. The payment was 1700 Euros in mid of April....They spend a lot of money they have stolen from their customers to advertise on google, so they show up everywhere...THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS!!The amazing thing now is that they don't send the item to us and also keep the money. They probarly They must be laughing to death in their office when they think how stupid the customers are...RUBBISH SHOP!!! DON'T BE AS STUPID AS US TO PAY THESE BEFORE YOU GET THE ITEMS!!!

I placed an order 29th of May and have still not recieved my package. The tracking is random updated, and the order has been in Finland, Norway and are now in Sweden. The final destination is suppose to be Norway. I have tried to ask for help on the homepage to Nordic Prostore, but I get no respond. This is really bad customer service, and I will never buy anything from this shop again.

I placed an order yesterday, and upon further investigation I realised this company seems like a scam. So I tried calling them. No reply, inactive number. Come on… if I don’t get my money back I’ll get into contract with a lawyer. I’ll do my best to get your store on CDON gets shut down. Horrible business practice, can’t even..

Again after messaging on here that they are investigating I have still not received any communication from Nordic Prostore Please do not use this company as they are not fit for purpose who seem to think it’s ok to embezzle peoples money .Trust me Nordic Prostore I’m am retired person with time on my hands and I will not stop until you deliver the pool table or return my money. If you want a battle then I am ready !!!!!

Electric outboard motor arrived at little later than expected and works Ok. Clamp mechanism is a hard plastic is not robust and will need to be minded. The polystyrene packing around the base of the engine was broken and the SKEG had broken through cardboard box but fortunately was not damaged. Additionally the connections on the end of the power supply wire are flimsy and need to be replaced by large quality “crocodile clips” Reasonably happy as price was good.

Great experience. Paddle board like described , everything working perfectly. The only problem is the delivery company which is Gls the worst company ever I wouldn't recommend any delivery's with them. My paddle board was left on the street next to the door ,no front yard no gate just street, not secure place, company was advised to ring before delivery which has never happen and parcel was delivered not to my address. Other than that my son is happy with he's SUP.

Fine. Good quality product for the money. Took a while to arrive but got to us in the end. A bit battered but all the pieces present and undamaged. Two things: whats with tiny hole in base unit? It took us an age getting 75 kg of sand into it. And what's with the building instructions?! Teeny tiny print, terrible diagrams, no proper labelling. I eventually just had to abandon them and work it by eye. But happy with finished product.

Bought a smart watch which broke down after 3 months. Send a couple of emails but customer service never answered. Never gonna use this company.

I was supposed to get a free shipping as advertised (higher than €50 purchase) but I was charged for shipping. I don’t know what went wrong but even if it was written in tiny small letters somewhere hidden it just doesn’t feel good. I’d have bought it anyway if there was no free shipping but it doesn’t feel right when you advertise something in a “tricky” way.

I purchased the Prosport basketball hoop from Nordic Prostore and was satisfied with the purchase. Unfortunately my hoop blew down in the wind and bent the hoop and cracked the backboard. I am in no way looking for a freebie, I only would like the replacement parts and pay for them. I was told to email back with my address and a payment link would be emailed back to me so I can pay for the parts plus shipping. I never received the payment link nor have I received any response to my numerous inquiries asking for the payment link. I do not understand because this is basic customer service and not a dispute in anyway. I just need to fix my hoop.....Update 14.05.2024: I was sent an apology and a payment link for the replacement parts. I am looking forward to getting the basketball hoop fixed for my son and his friends.

I'm inclined to give 3 stars due to an error by the courier but I can't fault the product and the business themselves.The Deep Sea Pro SUP and Kayak set are great, I've taken it out a number of times since getting it and the board and accessories are great. Not a major gripe, and the business never declares its a dual action pump, but the set only comes with a single flow pump and to rub salt in the wound the instructions are for a dual action...but more a heads up for anyone looking to buy than a complaint.Otherwise a worthwhile purchase, and does everything it says on the box.

I ordered a weighted blanket on Saturday Sempember 30, arrived on October 10, they talked about circa 7 working days, so the due time was correct. The product was well packed, and responding to what I imagined from the description and the pictures on the website. It also was a good offer, with a 50% discount, better than on Amazon. Good experience and quality, thank you.

When they reply, they ask to contact their dedicated team however, I have tried to contact them by email, trough facebook and trough INstagram and no one is never replying. I am super conceraned about my order and I hope I will receive it one day.

I ordered the Trekker Dog Crate, and the delivery was a very smooth process, with regular updates on processing and shipping.The product itself is exactly as presented, and seems sturdy after a couple of weeks use. It has some aluminum rattling noises, but that is to be expected for this build quality and this price level.The only thing I could have wished for, which I must admit I didn't think to check prior to ordering, is some hooks or mounting points, to be able to strap it down in the car. As it is, the cage is not secured in the car, but due to the floor layout and seating, it's not moving around.
