I’ve purchased from Nordic knots on two different occasions now. Both arrived within a week of ordering and the quality/aesthetics even better than I expected. Very happy!

First. The carpets of Nordic Knots are all! great.We first ordered 5 samples: we felt in love with all of them: Such a great quality.Then we ordered.Then there were massiv deliverly probs.Nordic Knots was asap ready to reduce the price due to our days-long aggrevation with the delayed deliverly. Which was lovely and caring. All in all: We will buy all ! future Carpets @ Nordic Knots.Our huge! woolen Carpet ( "Zero Basket") has a funny, sweet ordour - but only when it rains outside? : Which we LOVE: its a 100% beautiful natural product. Our dog loves it too. She prefers @ night to rest on the carpet, rather than in her 3 baskets.

We spent months trying to find the right rug for our bedroom, and when we received our sample of the Park rug in Dusty White, we knew we'd found the perfect one. The color brings warmth to our space, and we love that it’s made from natural fibers—the wool is so soft! The experience was seamless from start to finish and delivery was fast.

Our review doesn’t have so much to do with the actual rug itself because we haven’t received the actual rug. Beware that the banner at the top of their website saying 3-6 business days. Absolutely false advertisement. We ordered our rug on June 23rd…today it’s July 12th. After our 3-6 window passed we were emailed that our rug bc of size has been shipped via a third party freight company. As of today we have received ZERO help or compensation via Nordic Knots or the freight company. Only told to read in terms and conditions that using freight company might “take a few more days” (for any rug over 8x10) A few more days which as of this review is July 22nd. ONE MONTH after our initial order. A company WILL NOT last built on this model. After a lengthy conversation with Sandra in customer service we were offered ZERO resolution to this issue. Needless to say we wont be a return customer for Nordic Knots even if the rug (once received) is amazing. Hope this helps anyone ordering a rug larger than 8x10

Nordic Knots has stylish/aesthetic, super high quality, reasonably priced offerings. Each rug is more interesting than the next. The quality in person is even richer than the photos shown on their site. The process of working with Nordic Knots is efficient and quick. My Silver Boucle rug showed four days after I ordered it. Also, great customer and design service if you need it. I valued my dialogue with Michele at Nordic Knots when selecting my rug.

I've had a wonderful experience so far with Nordic Knots... customer service has been amazing... They were very understanding of why I needed to make an international return, and refunded me in a timely manor... have since offered to discuss colour samples with me so that we can get it right next time. 5 stars.

Recently ordered the Boho 8' x 11' wool rug which arrived in August 2023. It is not Sept 2023 and it is CONSTANTLY SHEDDING! It has clogged my vacuum cleaner canister over 12 times! My house constantly looks dusty now. I have contacted the company in hopes that they will allow a refund.ADDENDUM: Company reached out, will see if shedding subsides over the next few months. They did offer alternate solutions if it does not improve

Not only are Nordic Knots rugs gorgeous and beautifully crafted, the customer service is unsurpassed. We received one rug and quickly realized it wasn't right. (It was the Dunes Cream and it was pretty extraordinary... unique and so pretty.) I should have ordered a larger rug. The switch to a larger rug was handled in an amazingly easy and professional way. Everything about this company is first rate.

Top quality wool and beautiful modern designs. Great service and quick delivery with great updates on times. So pleased with the rug I bought about 2 months ago… I just ordered another!. Staff very helpful too with great communication. Definitely recommend!

Whole experience was frustrating. We live in Alaska, ordering and arranging transportation to Tacoma (Washington) to circumvent no shipping to Alaska was logistical challenging. Nordic Knot states 3-6 business days for delivery. We ordered rug two weeks ago and when we reached out to the shipping company they said the estimated delivery date would be another week longer (via Deliveright).In the ordering process, payment processing had to be specially arranged because there was no dropdown for cardholder being in Alaska. I understand if you can’t ship to Alaska, but maybe not using the same drop down menu for both the delivery and payment screen would be beneficial. One good thing about Nordic Knots is the transparency of customer service.Unfortunately I have not received rug, so can’t speak to quality of product.Update: Cancelled order and contacted customer service for refund. The customer service department was very helpful in issuing credit. Overall customer service was great. Business model not efficient.

I requested a couple of samples to see if the colours were suitable for my room. The website is very user-friendly, and it was a simple process. When the samples arrived, beautifully packed, the colours were not quite right for my room, and I did not buy a rug on that occasion. I should like to thank Leonora for her superb customer service - prompt, efficient and polite.

Melissa in customer service at Nordic Knots was so lovely to work with. She was quick to respond, helpful, and even advised on my space when I sent photos. She also was nice enough to apply a Black Friday discount to a rug I purchased after the fact since the original one didn't fit in my space. She was incredibly friendly and made me want to order from Nordic Knots again. The quality of the rug is also amazing - you really get what you pay for.

“Scam Business”

I think their real business is making flashy ad campaigns and selling samples. I paid $50 for 5 samples none of which looked like the ads. They refused to take them back or refund my money, instead referred me to the terms and conditions. They then had the audacity to suggest I should pass the samples on to friends, as if I would do free marketing for them. The carpet is no better than what you could find at the corner carpet store. Avoid! It is just an instagram based BS business.
