Is noon.com Legit?

"Noon is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The pricing is completely misleading – what you see on the website doesn’t reflect what you’ll actually end up paying. They charge extra as soon as you place the order, and there’s no transparency about where the additional costs are coming from.The customer service? Horrible. I waited forever to even reach someone, only to be met with unhelpful responses and no solution. They don’t seem to care about the issues at all. Misleading customers with their Yellow Friday promotions. For example, perfumes like Jaguar Classic Black, usually priced at 30-35 AED, are advertised on the Noon app/website with inflated original prices, such as 229 AED, and false discounts (e.g., 83% off) that bring the price to 36 AED. This is not an isolated case; I have noticed the same pattern with many other perfumes, where the so-called discounts are misleading, and the advertised 'sale' prices are higher than regular market prices.

Noon food is the worse of all. I ordered for food from a restaurant through their pannel and after my order was place successfully and waiting long for delivery it got cancelled with no explanation and when i raised complain they didnt answered. Never ever to order food through them.

Noon is giving fake promotion! I recently order an fridge from noon and its says free microwave. I considered buying the item even if its a little expensive since Im expecting to get 2 items. The fridge got delivered but no microwave. And upon raising to their customer service, they will end up saying its not included in you purchase. I showed them the screenshot of my cart that the freebie was there. But their customer services is going circles and circles with no resolution. They have a really bad customer care. And fake promotions so please be careful when buying from Noon!

Noon has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I accidentally selected cash on delivery for an order and realized the mistake immediately. I contacted them within five minutes to cancel the order, and they canceled it, but they still charged me the full amount! I ended up paying for something I never received. Instead of accommodating me or resolving the issue, they made me go in circles for no reason.Their customer service is beyond frustrating. They respond on the app, but they have no idea how to handle anything! They keep saying, “Someone will call you,” but no one ever does. I had to chat with them multiple times just to get someone to finally respond properly, and even then, it was useless. They don’t care about their customers at all.Noon isn’t interested in helping or fixing their mistakes—they just want your money. I’m disgusted by their lack of professionalism and care. I’ll never use Noon again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them unless you enjoy wasting time and being ignored. Worst service ever!

This is my first time using Noon i ordered a Keyboard it was said to be shipped to me on the 17th of November the guy who was supposed to ship it starts his shift at 10 at day till 10 at night and i waited 10 hours for my order to be shipped but it didn't get shipped and i received a message saying they couldn't contact me but i wasn't talking to anyone and my birthday gift is ruined. Don't use this website it's a waste of time and moreover i give the service 0/10 because I can't believe he can't deliver an order in 10 hours. That's ridiculous

I have recently bought an apple Apple Watch from noon. Unfortunately the size is bigger. When I returned , they did not accept. Because the seal is opened . Without opening , how we will check the item. Why they can not do the quality check on the watch. My 1200 dhm got wasted. It’s simply lying on my cupboard . This is unacceptable. We ordered food, but unfornately we didnt notice that the driver is outside knocking our door, he called and raising his voice telling he came 2times , he also told me that my room number also confusing, how come when it is on first floor only?and we are ordering always from nood food and noon 15mins daily, this is the first time happened that the delivery person is telling that my room number is confusing ,He even can press the doorbell if for example i cannot here his knocking. I ordered 3 stuff and requested that they all arrive together, I received the headphones on time and still waiting 3 days for the laptop to arrive! I bought a Yamaha ydp 105 digital piano for my kids birthday. They cancelled the order a day before their birthday leaving no time to replace the gift. They called me to apologise and say that there was an error with their warehouse and that I have to place the order again. Now the price has gone up by 700 SAR and they would not match the original offer. First time I get scammed by a big e-commerce company. I will never buy again. There is a reason why Amazon is no1.

1 Star Review - This Place is a Total Fraud! Selling Fake Perfumes and Treating Customers Like FoolsDO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I was scammed out of 1200 AED for two bottles of Erba Pura that were blatantly FAKE. The scent vanished after barely 5 minutes—completely different from the real product. When I demanded a refund, they mocked me, saying I’d need to go to a lab and get scientific proof that the perfumes were counterfeit. Are you kidding me? My package was supposed to be delivered on last wednesday but they delivered it to wrong address. Upon highlighting this to the noon team no immediate action was taken and got a call from them on friday saying that they are investigating. I provided the proof of wrong delivery as the package was not delivered to mu room and its not the same door where they usually delivered as well.On saturday asked them to deliver the package so i can send back home but they kept on telling they gonna raise the new complaint. I dnt get it why new complain everytime and i keep getting a call 2-3 times a day saying under investigation or we will raise a new complain. I had zero idea that the noon are this irresponsible. Now because they didnt delivered my package at all i bought a new one again and paid extra for the courier and once asking for the compensation for their mistake they r telling me they gonna refund me the same amount i paid. I have made an order on noon minute, and what I have received is half of my order. The left are gone! “Noon Not Delivering”

My Iphone is delayed two days and other order one day, whole holiday plan is rescheduled as I was suposed to travel last night but I need iphone so was unable to travel, n now Noon started using new way to delay delivery, Rider will go to some other place and call you am on wrong adress, so I cancelled delivery, You will get tomorrow your order. Like who gave you that adress and they will not answer, if you cross check from customer care they will tell correct address. I ordered the 2 ton AC on 1 Mar 22 from noon online shop. Which should be delivered at 5 March 2022. Still on processing state and not received any proper reply from them. Also recently took the noon VIP membership. I have escalated this issue to priority customer service and no action was taken from their side. I've had a lot of bad experiences since noon, but this is the first time I'm leaving a bad review because it's moved too far. When I ordered some items today, I asked them to ensure good quality items rather than ones that were past their expiration date or were close to doing so and today they just delivered Rotten vegetables which I can't prepare. Last month I have made purchases by over 2000 and they cancelled my last two orders to avoid granting me 200 dhs as per their own rules - I should receive 200! What a terrible approach to service - cheating the customers. Don't be fool, it is time to reduce shopping with NOON. There are other options - I will use NOON much less now. Shipped a pre-activated product. When I receive this laptop, only 207 days of manufacturer warranty was remaining and I checked with manufacturer and get it know that the item got activated 158 days back. I wasted my time. Laptop was defected too. It was deadly slow while doing initial set up process. Then decided to return on the same day it got delivered. But noon did not accept back and one month of my time they wasted by keep saying " we will check and get back to you". Dont ever buy any electronic products from noon because if there is any fault on the product they will not refund money, they will ask you to claim warranty. Noon is an online UAE company that list many products. However, I have ordered TWICE and they automatically cancel and tell me it is not available and credit me after almost a month. Secondly they advertise next day delivery and it usually takes 3 weeks... They need to learn the online business and treat customer better or not sell products they have no control over; besides, adhering to their advertising of next day delivery. What a joke!
