Is nonstopdogwear.com Legit?

I have unfortunatley now purchased 2 Non-stop - Strong Leashes. Both have failed. The dog has escaped off the lead by busy roads multiple times due to the clasp mechanism failing. Dog has nearly been maimed in traffic due to the leads failing.The failure happens when you are stationary with the lead, ie picking up a dog poo or waiting for traffic. There is clearly an issue with the clasp design.Threw first lead away assuming was a one off fault. Design of lead etc looked sturdy so thought would give a second chance. But second lead has had EXACT same issue.Tried to raise issue with Non-Stop through chat channels and warranty claim. They have NO INTEREST. They claim not a valid warranty as not purchased directly from them and claim an Ebay pet shop that sells 100s of their new leads is a second hand seller.The Non-stop - Strong Leash is dangerous. The company charges a fortune for a lead that fails. I am very confident this is a known issue, hence why they have developed the carabina version.To the Non-Stop review responder, I have no interest in a response here. Your leads are death traps. THE FAULTY LEADS WERE BOTH LESS THAN 9 MONTHS OLD. IT IS OF HUGE CONCERN THAT A 9 MONTH OLD LEAD IS DEEMED TO BE OLD BY THE COMPANY AND THAT THEIR SPRINGS WEAR DOWN IN THIS TIME. IT IS REFRESHING THOUGH THE MODERATOR HERE ACCEPTS THEIR LEADS DEGRADE AND STOP WORKING.THIS PARTICULAR LEAD IS A DEATH INDUCING PRODUCT.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Checkout was slightly glitchy. The checkout wouldn’t advance after entering the addresses to allow me to put in payment. Shipping and processing time was quick! I got my gear within a week of ordering.

Love the traveler leash and it arrives quickly to the US. I like how it can be quickly made into a straight leash or attach around objects. My previous shoulder style leash didn't have that feature. I wish the just sold the quick release buckles because I would buy some for other applications.

Amazingly fast shipping and excellent product. The product fit exactly as expected, and the guides on the website helped me get the perfect measurements. I have a longer dog (standard poodle) so it was very important that the harness doesn't rub on her front legs as she moves. This harness has just enough attachments and fits perfectly. The extra straps on the back make me feel so much better about potential backing out while she's working and the patch placement is great, even if the loop connection space is rather small.

Sizing guide was spot-on! Excellent resources to get you started if you're a beginner. Fast delivery and so happy with everything we purchased. Our dog was so happy to wear the harness straight away. I was originally going to purchase from the Australian online store but the lack of stock and something about the website just didn't feel genuine so I opted to purchase from the nonstopdogwear.com site. I did email the Australian website but the communication felt a bit short and not particularly helpful.

The carabiner seems to be dyed in something that rubs off on my dog. He has a white coat that has a dark gray spot left behind from the clip. I love the features suck as adjustable handle clip and bungee lead though. Edit- the team reached out and was super helpful in identifying the issue. I updated the review to reflect their excellent follow up customer service and commitment to their products.

I have a Boston Terrier, so often when things are sized by girth measurements and/or weight, it’s ultimately too big and needs to be exchanged. This fits PERFECTLY!

Nonstop makes excellent equipment that is durable and comfortable. I received a canix belt pro, a split bungee leash, and 2 combined harnesses for my huskies. They seem a lot more comfortable as I do to. Super fast shipping to the US as well, only 2 days from Norway.

I previously brought the rock harness long for mantrailing. Lovely fit, no movement when in use, lightweight and breathable and well made. I have since brought the rock harness short and again it fits perfectly and does not slop around like some harnesses can when the dog moves.

We have ordered multiple times now at Nonstop because we love their products. Especially the bungee leashes are great! They are one of the best ones we have tried yet. But to us the customer service is also very important. And we did not get disappointed once with Nonstop. We always got very fast answers and help with our problems! So we totally would recommend them!

The protector life jacket is AMAZING! I love that its thin and lightweight enough for my dog to run in and still support him when he swims. He is also still able to dive in the water if he wants to pickup his ball without being restricted by the jacket. I have a schnauzer that is OBSSESED with water and he's fearless so every time we go to the dog pool he would shoot ahead and just jump into the water. We let him wear the jacket from home since we can attach him to his dog seat and leash. This reduces the amount of things he has to wear to the dog park since he doesnt really need a harness.

Despite being shipped from Norway to the US west coast, this showed up in great time. The Protector life jacket is great. This is the first vest I have found that is actually comfortable. It allows my dog to bend and flex. I have tried just about every other vest on the market, and this is the first one I actually feel good about having my dog wear.
