On [17.8.2024], I deposited $5000 into my Nominex account. After just four days of using the platform, I was informed that in order to continue daily trading, I needed to upgrade my account level to $10,000. If I couldn’t upgrade, they threatened to block my account.This action is in direct violation of the platform's own rules, which clearly state that users can continue using their current account level for 180 days. I was only four days into using my account when this issue arose, and since I didn’t have the funds to upgrade to $10,000, they threatened to block my account.This behavior not only violates their own policies but also shows that they are clearly trying to extort users into depositing more money under unfair conditions. I have proof of these claims, including screenshots of the communications and terms, and I am prepared to provide this evidence.This situation clearly proves that Nominex is an unreliable and fraudulent platform. I urge all users to stay away from this platform and to be aware of the risks involved.This complaint highlights the main issues and calls attention to the violation of their own rules, adding weight to your argument with the mention of supporting evidence.

For me this exchange site has been life changing, ever since the staking platform launched, I've been farming and it's been pretty good. Also, there are huge discounts on trading fee's if you use the NMX token to pay fee's, it's been a huge incentive to start doing some trading on the side. Absolutely by far the worst Android app i have ever seen.The UI is terrible.Nothing loads properly. Errors appear in every view.No in-app back button. The mobile physical back button either logs you out or closes the app. Every time you open the app you have to log in again. If you open a support thread and then close the app, the thread dissapears. Which renders the support 'feature' useless. You cant connect the wallet through the app. It shows an error about a missing extension.Half the buttons i clicked didnt do anything. In the end wasn't able to do acually deposit anything. (thank god)

In April, the exchange blocked my account without specifying the reason for blocking. We conducted a video interview, then the communication was by mail, and the manager answered me once a month, and then stopped answering at all. They do not respond to my requests to provide a hash of the transactions that they are interested in. Nominex's trajectory was impressive, when everything was going down, and its price increased. If you look at its graph it is totally ascending and it does not seem that it is going to stay here, in my opinion there is still a lot of potential for this exchange.

I have used nominex for quite some time, and suddenly when I deposited a large sum, they locked my account immediately after. They asked me to submit KYC, and my account would be unlocked immediately after. I submitted this KYC 8 days ago, and they mocked me by asking me if I have submitted it multiple times over this week. If the website cannot tell for themselves I have submitted the forms, over a week and a half ago, there is something shady going on here. I am not a U.S. resident, and they have ignored me completely. If you want to fix this, actually email me instead of closing all tickets related to the situation. My ID is 143023

Truly impressing! I have been using them about two years and they never let me down. When you compare with other exchanges you will see a significiant change, and by the change I mean improvement.
