Needed an adaptor kit for AM5 for my old NH-14D. Noctua sent me one for free - received it by mail the day after.Edit:I just read through a lot of the other reviews, and often people are angry that it takes a long time to receive the mounting kit. Noctua specifically writes the following about free shipping on the order form: "Shipping via standard letter air mail (shipping time up to 20 business days)". They also offer faster shipment for a little fee, which is what I did.So keep in mind, when reading other reviews that some of them are done by people who are too cheap to pay a little for shipment and don't read the order form.

Fast customer support answers, Fast and free new brackets for OLD discontinued cooler.

I built a fairly high spec PC back in 2014 using a NH-U14S as the CPU cooler, it was fantastic, didn't know it was there. Now I'm upgrading but instead of Intel I've gone AMD. I wanted to use the same cooler but needed new mounts, imagine my surprise when Noctua had a free upgrade available and sure enough it arrived as promised. Noctua customer support dispatched the mounts within 2 days but it took 3 weeks to get to me so if you need it urgently go to Amazon as suggested on their own website. Great product and company.

Swapped out the stock cooler from my 5600x. After hearing so much good about noctua i got to experience it first hand. The cooler is silent in normal use browsing, youtube, excel.After applying OC to my chip and running benchmarks i got around 8 % more performance while being 20° cooler than before. The "noise" is bearable and its not the annoying whiny sound, more of a noise of constant airflow. My case fans are louder than the cpu fan right now, which was not the case before. Can only recommend the nh-u12s for mid-low end cpus like the 5600x.

Their products may be good, but their customer service isn't. They won't sell direct to customers. Try getting an NA-HC3. Tried ordering thru 2 parties and things didn't go through. One had stock on website and not in warehouse, another became impossible to ship without costing as much to ship from Italy to the UK as the product. On Amazon UK someone is charging £60 to ship them (2 to 3 times actual cost of the item). I think Noctua are only interested in bulk sales which doesn't suit the individual pc making their own builds. They won't win me over as a repeat customer as a result.

I had one of their fans (NF-P14s), which was only 3 months old, suddenly fail while running, a fan blade flew off and the fan started vibrating terribly.Since it was only a few months old, it seemed like a pretty straightforward situation; Submit an RMA request, and be sent a replacement fan, that can't take long, right?For some reason though, it took them 3 whole working days to even reply to the RMA request. I don't understand how it can take so long, but I guess they either have too many of their products failing, they have too few support staff, or both.I did eventually receive a replacement fan, but since it look so long it was only after I'd bought a replacement (not Noctua) fan, so the one they sent is now my spare, and I'm out of pocket.

Ordered an NM-AM4 mounting kit 16 days ago. Had to get an update through Twitter where they rudely told me to buy it again but with express shipping and then il wait 8 weeks. Just buy from another manufacturer, there’s plenty of them. Noctua don’t deserve our custom.

Their products are very expensive, but the product quality and customer service is absolutely top world class and make them absolutely worthy the price paid. My NH-D14 has been in use daily since 2010 and after 11 years is still perfect, the AMD stock cooler on the Ryzen CPU I just bought is nothing compared to theirs, and I look forward to install the NH-D14 with the AM4 adapter they sent me for free (to Italy!) without charging even the shipping costs.I strongly appreciate this company for their products and customer service, and I will surely buy another Noctua next year for my new PC at home.

i have tried a few AIOs now, and other brands of air coolers for my 3900X but the simplicity, ease of installation, build quality feel, as well as the clean look you get with the heatsink covers is probably one of the best available in the market. The temperatures I get are better than the AIOs in comparison!I have tried a few different 120mm fans and they all fit with ease.

The CPU fan is great and have used it in my build for the last few years, Ive recently upgraded to a B650 motherboard so have needed new brackets so it fits. On the website it mentions that they will send this out free of charge which is great. I requested this and a month later no bracket. Contacted support a few times and they are useless, telling me to just wait. I even offered to pay for better delivery if they can resend it. No reply. Month of waiting for essentially nothing. Wont be using the fan for the new build and will be buying a new CPU fan from another company. Great fans but hope you never need customer service from them.

This was originally a 1 star review as it was written after waiting almost 2 weeks for Noctua to deliver a free mounting kit upgrade for my NH-D15.The upgrade eventually arrived after two weeks, so I'm going to change this review to a 3 star... Noctua have best in class products but their customer service needs some work. Nobody wants to wait 2 weeks for a mounting kit to be delivered whilst their new computer parts gather dust. I understand the release of Alder Lake was probably a busy time for Noctua, but the situation wasn't handled well - I was getting mixed messages from customer services - Like them suggesting I should buy the mounting kit myself, or occasionally they would take 3 days to reply to my messages. I believe Noctua outsource their customer services? If so, it may be worth reconsidering that contract...Never the less, once the upgrade kit finally arrived I had no issues, fits like a glove. Thank you.

Even I have received a bracket and fan from this company for my d14 when my cpu was dying with bsods (as a 5+ year 5ghz overclocker with a Sandy Bridge K series, don't believe in what pc salesman says in the terms of pricing in stores). Shipping may be a bit slow, but it is worth the price.My 5ghz didn't last long, only 2 hrs stability on air, but it was worth the sight. 4.8ghz was the block I'm on.

Best PC fans and best customer service on the planet!I lost some anti vibration rubber things for my fan I bought 9 years ago. I contacted them to se if it was something they sold. They offered to give and ship them to me for free! That's the best service I've ever experienced. Also their fans are the best on the market. Super quiet, reliable, and moves a ton of air.

Ordered the free mounting kit for my old D14 and got it in 2 weeks. I live in Finland, Kotka. It may be that the USA, Australia ect. customers have to wait quite a bit longer. Amazing tho to get it free for a 7 year old cooler. No problems with customer support at this point.Bought the new NH-D15 after realizing that I could finally squeeze in DDR with big cooling fins. The new big fans are amazing and silent. My Ryzen x5950 runs 30-36‘C idle and 60-65 at max usage. Silent as the night and heavy as an elephant. The whole thing is about 1kg and should be removed if the pc is transported. Wrong handling when not installed can bend the cooling pipes.Hoping that the new black models won’t replace the creamy brown classic. For some reason that unique color makes me smile.

Noctua coolers are great! They are.But their services could be way better.In many cases they offer brackets, in order to mount CPU coolers on a wide variaty of older sockets.That service was perfect I thought, and ordered a CPU cooler at a local reseller, and filled out the required form to recieve the appropiate brackets for an older socket.This is now many many weeks ago, and despite me asking for an update, hoping it would arrive before Christmas, Noctua customer care is completely silent!Order the coolers if you need a great cooler, but don’t expect any kind of customer care or support.They also gurantee that many of their cooles will be able to fit future sockets, and if you utilize this, please just be aware that you might have to wait a loooooooong time before you recieve the new brackets..Update; 4 days after Christmas and the brackets for the older socket finally arrived.Will adjust my initial review with a single Star extra.Could have been 5 stars if the bracket arrived sooner.
