Hired a VW van for a day at the Batley branch. Such a trouble free experience served up by very helpful and friendly staff both at the reception desk and in the yard during our pick up and drop off. The deposit was immediately refunded at the drop off, meaning that the money never actually left our account. Will not look elsewhere when we need a rental van in the future. Used the Batley branch several times always had a LWB van fantastic service as always super friendly staff. Never any issues when returning vehicle unlike some other hire companies

Friendly staff when I went to pickup, fairly straightforward process (made easier because I came prepared with the required documents). The van I was given was in a pretty bad state terms of damage, but they said the van I was going to get broke down, so it was a last minute change. Inside the van however was clean and drove without issues. I returned the van after 2 days, there was a bit of a wait but it was Monday morning so understandable. Staff were helpful, even asked if I managed to get my work done with the van. Will definitely use again if I need a van.

Booked in for brakes doing today at 1pm and managed to squeeze me in for 11.30 which is very much appreciated... the full team at brown lane branch leeds are always happy/chirpy and willing to help in any situation if possible ... As a logistics company we sometimes need hire vans due to our fleet vehicles being off road. At the Leeds depot we usually talk to a gentleman called Chris who always goes above and beyond for us. The full team round at NL Leeds are just amazing. We have always used NL and could not imagine going elsewhere for our vehicle needs.

Needed a van last minute to pick up some furniture. The team at the Batley branch were very accommodating, Darrel and Jade sorted one out quickly. Very friendly and professional would recommend.

The staff were on point and polite. The van was reliable and exactly what i thought I was hiring.The girl on the counter was professional and took note that I was moving property. She asked me how it went when I dropped the van back of, which was nice.

Minimal organisation and feedback came to drop off a truck and pick one up currently waiting 30 minutes and counting no staff to be found ghost town :(

As a business, we have been hiring vehicles on a weekly basis from Ella and Heather at NL for YEARS. This alone should be testament to the how good the service is. They are fair, able to keep up with our high demands, helpful and the customer service is second to none. We currently have 4 vans on hire but some weeks we can have up to 10!

This is the second time NL have saved the day for us. The first time we were let down by Europcar who flaked on our van booking and the second time was a next day need of a van. Heather was extremely helpful in store at sorting us out a last minute LWB van and made the process as easy as possible. She was very thorough during the vehicle hiring process, made sure that we were happy with the report of the vehicles state and the mechanic even changed a tyre in front of us to reassure us after we were a little unsure about its sidewall. The return was easy and the deposit was released very quickly. Great service and reasonable prices.

Great Service from Ella, Heather, and Chris today.Our contract vehicle broke down and the team went above and beyond to get it fixed roadside.The Driver is happily on his way which will mean our customers will get delivery of their parcels today.

I’ve rented vans before and this is by far the best company! Friendly staff with reasonable prices and don’t create unnecessary situations for the customer like others do. On the contrary they make things a lot easier. Fair and professional services highly recommended

So I have found myself in a situation where I had to move asap. Like I was not stressed enough I needed a van to move my stuff. I called a few companies who had loads of questions and were asking for a ton of money. Then I called NL in St. Helens. I was put through the Manager, a polite and understanding lady who went above anf beyond to help me with problem . She managed to resolved my problem in a professional and timely manner taking off the pressure of a situation that was draining me already. Iv been using NL for many many years now for any of my vehicle needs. Whether its a small car, 4x4 in the winter or a van for moving house, they have always accommodated my every need. Katie in the workshop goes above and beyond, as does everyone else. I would recommend this company to anybody as the service you receive is so warming, you can definitely tell this is a family run business!
