Bad shopping experience I enter my address correctly and I got an email asking me to confirm if it was correct. I just clicked on the first button and it ended up modifying the address to a suggested addres they just entered for me automatically. The result is that the order was shipped to a wrong address even though I emailed them right away. No it is going back to them and they are not going to pay me until they receive it. Even gbough I did not touched the parcel. I lost time and my money is still with them. Never ever again. I also don’t like that. I don’t know where they ship from until it is shipped. If I knew it was from Hong Kong I would haven’t placed the order.

While I am pleased with the watch itself, the process of obtaining it was extremely frustrating and far below the standard I would expect from a company of your reputation.The watch was delayed in customs for approximately a month due to incomplete documentation on your end, specifically a missing watch worksheet. As a result, I was forced to provide extensive information to U.S. Customs in Alaska, including details about the watch’s materials and components—details I had no access to.Your team’s insistence that I complete the forms, with the alternative being to return the watch, added significant stress to an already cumbersome process. At one point, I even had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I believed I would never receive the product.Given the level of inconvenience and mental anguish this caused, I feel it is only fair to request a discount or some form of compensation as a gesture of goodwill. This experience has deeply tarnished what should have been an enjoyable and exciting purchase.Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

Unresponsive. Not shipping my order, not acknowledging my cancellation, not processing my refund. Just sitting there with my money. Seems I am not the only one. Please do not bother to respond with the copypasta standard response to this review. If you had any respect for your customers, you would have responded to them offline when they were begging to be served. Now? Too little too late.

Outstanding delivery, packaging was beautiful, quality, and various bezels was a helpful addition to customizing the watch.

Watch shipped with incorrect customs paperwork from Hong Kong, resulting in a delay. To NG's credit, their team member was responsive and helpful in correcting the situation. Upon receiving the watch I noticed the lume hour markers were not properly aligned with the hour indices. I also later noticed there was a rather large piece of lint stuck under the glass. For $1700 I would hope the quality control would be better. I purchased the titanium F77 adventurine dial. Careful with your purchase.

Quality is OK, not great. I have $250 watches from other China manufacturers that are finished better. Company has some intriguing designs, but quality (at least in my example) is not there.

Placed an order, after a week got no information on shipment/an ETA of when they'll ship. Sent multiple customer service request to find out. Got one response that they will look into it and then was ghosted. Asked for multiple updates and still nothing all while I was charged in full for my order. Never experienced worse customer service in my life. AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER!

Great products.Innovative design and great finish.My two complaints as always is the website needs to be updated as it hangs perpetually.In this day and age there is no excuse for a substandard website.Second complaint is lack of communication regarding delivery of preordered pieces.

The wrong watch was shipped. I promptly returned it and still have no shipping information for the replacement watch more than two weeks later. This is after the watch shipped from Hong Kong to US without the proper customs paperwork identifying the source of the watch and its components resulting in a customs delay on the wrong watch. I’m not holding out much hope that the correct watch ships soon or gets through customs smoothly.

My watch is taking 2 months to deliver (and I'll believe that if I see it) even though it was shown as in stock when I ordered. Furthermore, my CC has been charged already. And to pile on top, it takes 5+ emails to get responses from customer service. This is the WORST experience and nobody seems to care.

Recently got a white (hands, not dial) lollipop chronomaster (manual). The watch is awesome - looks great and is a perfect size. I got the manual because it’s a bit lighter and thinner than the auto. Australian customs held up delivery because of the strap, but NV were great in promptly providing paperwork to reassure them and secure clearance. The bezel is a bi-directional friction one. It can get knocked out of alignment in daily use, so if you’re OCD that might be an issue for you 😀. But honestly, it’s an awesome watch and so far keeping very good time .

The beads of rice bracelet I ordered for my Nivada Grenchen Super Antarctica 369 is beautifully made and was shipped from China in an almost unbelievably rapid fashion. I think I got it in two or three days if I remember correctly. It fit perfectly and dresses up my watch tremendously. Thank you for, the quality of the service and the bracelet!

I've been debating on buying this watch for 8 months, and finally pulled the trigger on it two weeks ago. Should have done it sooner, but I wanted to make sure I really wanted it since there are so many watches to choose from. The look is exactly what I wanted, clean, classic, with an atomic age twist. Very comfortable to wear all day. I've gotten numerous compliments so far, nobody has ever seen any face quite like it. Don't hesitate to buy the Antarctic Spider. If it catches your eye initially, the desire doesn't fade.

There was a mixup on the case back - didn't get the display back i wanted - and the CS reps were very helpful in resolving the issue.

I ordered 2 straps from Nivada Grenchen and received them with no issue. They are both very good quality (black leather rally style strap, and a Bonklip metal bracelet). I never received a tracking number and it did take a few weeks to receive my order, but it all worked out.

In my books, Nivada Grenchen is probably one of the best watch brand out there. This is a combination of both quality product and services. Some brands are good at one but not the other. Nivada Grenchen is one of the few brands that excel in all aspects. It produces interesting timepieces, the sales assistance were very courteous and helpful in providing the necessary information I need about the watch and the delivery was very fast, about 3-4 days. Most importantly, the price is reasonable.

Just got the custom made chronomaster sea diver and I‘m very happy with it! Especially the customer service was outstanding! My sales assistent Charrishe Noche allowed me to order a custom made watch 2 weeks after the deadline and helped me throughout the whole ordering process. Could‘t be happier! It was certainly not my last watch from Nivada! Thank you all for this great experience.

Super Antrarctic tropic dial.Fast delivery after purchace. Watch feels really good at wrist and finishing is well made with both polished and brushed surfaces. I like the tropical no date dial with sharp whit markers. Looks classic and modern at the same time.One star missing because the delivery was not from Switzerland. That makes me wonder if watch is swiss made at all.

I pre ordered the nivada grenchen F77 Lapis Lazuli and the customer support as the watch are out of this world. If you have a question they are giving you a fast and very polite response to answer every question. The watch is in a phenomenal shape and it feels and wears amazing. I definitely recommend Nivada Grenchen and i will buy some other watches there to.

Beautiful watches with many strap/bracelet options. Easy to use website, quick delivery to Canada. Currently own the stunning Antarctic Spider and Super Antarctic. Nicely finished, great demensions, very comfortable beads of rice bracelet, and a decent swiss movement that keeps very good time. Highly recommended.
