Customer support is very helpful. They go above and beyond what they are required to do. Today I was pleasantly surprised by how far they will go and time spent to ensure you are satisfied.

I am not in the habit of providing reviews and this is completely unsolicited. I decided to write this to put on record that in the world of trading, there are very few vendors who are providing genuine products which are price competitive. With my nearly 20 years experience as a trader, I rate ninZa.co at the very top! I have been with them from their very inception and apart from their superior products, what also stands out is their way above the industry norm for Customer Service. Prompt responses, genuine desire to resolve problems and always taking the extra step to ensure client satisfaction - I couldn't ask for more as a customer. They truly "walk the talk"!

I have been trading for well over 20 years, during that time I have purchased many trading tutorials and indicators. The most important aspect of any product is the service provided after and before the sale. Grace best of the best customer service! Professional grade indicators made simple enough for the average trader to use. There is a great difference between "Stock" indicators and Ninza.co's custom made trading indicator suites and makes all the difference.

I have downloaded all of their free indicators. The NinZa Renko has been the most helpful. I also purchased 3 indicators recently which I am having troubles optimizing but I will keep tweaking them. The best part about NinZa is the customer service is on point. I had a couple small issues and they help immediately once they see your requests. You can email, live chat, or contact Hannah inside of NinZa's Discord channel which is really helpful!

Bought SaberTooth Tiger trading package from RenkoKings with help from Hannah last week and it is game changer for me. I followed the signals generated combine with Sumor cloud for trending and it helps me pass the eval account. Ninza.co or Renkokings product are great. Ninza.co has always been a company that has gone the extra yard. They want you to be happy with what you purchase and will work to ensure that. They have excellent customer service and a wide variety of products for the NT8 world. They are definitely worth checking out.

Ninza.co’s new system Zephyrus Force defies belief and is as close to the holy grail of trading as any indicator can possibly get. Fully customizable to get as many or as few signals as you want. I’ve used it for 4 days so far in this week’s crazy markets and the system paid for itself after 2 sessions trading just 1 micro NQ contract 🔥. Never forget, indicators are only as good as your own money management! Zephyrus came with 2 very useful gifts as well. I had a few questions for the team and Grace, being the epitome of class, timely responded to my emails and provided some useful settings templates for different bar types. Just great customer service. It has been several years now and customer service has always been consistent with the Reps from Ninza.co. More specifically, it seems most of my experiences have been with Hannah W. I wanted to return some thanks and say how she has always been there for any issues. I think what makes NinZa stand out is this asset. Hannah fixes problems and remains kind whether you want to make a purchase, or exchange an indicator, or whatever. In general, they listen to the customer. Many other Vendors do not share the same qualities. Once you purchase the indicator it seems like you are a burden. But this has not been the attitude with NinZa.

The professionalism and correspondence with Grace and the team at Ninza has been exceptional. They always answer your emails and get back to you with suggestions for better performance and experience. I value this relationship because its with people and not a robot or AI. Considering the time zone difference I have always been satisfied with their responses to questions. They offer good to great deals time to time and even have some of their paid indicators as freebees when you register and during other events. You can reach out through chat if you are interested in any kind of package deal as well.

I'm not a good writer and never wrote review to anyone, but this case is an exception! Here is my story: I had a trouble with my indicators, they stopped working and gave me a few errors. I tried to fix it and I made things even worse! Customer Care manager Grace Lopez came to my rescue! I stopped counting how many time this girl helped me with their products. In this particular case she organized remote support session, logon to my PC and she fixed my problems in 3 minutes !!!!! Grace is very knowledgeable in ninza.co product, she has computer knowledge and most important she knows what to be fixed and how to fix it. Incredible support! I like ninza.co products. They have many free indicators, and very often they have discounts really good ones. Most valuable is that ninza.co have Grace Lopez, she can provide excellent customer support for these products!!!. Her dedication and hard work should be recognized by ninza.co management team and should increase her salary for such good work! I hope management team can read my review and make appropriate action. Delighted with the service and deal from Hannah. I had difficulty installing due to my lack of knowledge and patience but Grace connected with me and made sure everything was set up perfectly, I cannot fault this kind of customer service!Now lets hope their products are as excellent as the customer service!!
