(Liverpool) It was the worst party I’ve ever held for with of my two kids in over 11 years of holding them. The party room was a mess with puddles on the floor. Dirty table. Nothing laid out. Not enough food, some of our guests didn’t have any food and ate one of the mums lunches she’d bought at the cafe. Megan told me I couldn’t buy any more food. But I was told when booking I could. She then screamed at me all the way the stairs telling me to speak to her manager because I dared say that this had been a total disaster. She proper kicked off. In front of everyone she was in my face yelling and screaming. One of the other staff did apologise on her behalf but we were all so upset by then. She also said I could buy extra food. The place is a joke!!!We just finished the party and left quickly as I wanted to focus on my boy having a good time so I am hoping this went over his head. I would not rate this place or recommend to anyone.

No supervision, 5 year olds running around causing accidents. On the day we went there was a baby on the course. Place is a joke save your money!

Ninja is sooooo supportive to our client group.They go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable and memorable for young people who have often forgotten what it is like to have so much fun.Sometimes we have to rearrange, and they are incredibly accommodating.I can't fault them!!

Good facilities, an hour was enough for us. Good taste of how the tv show is.During our visit today Courtney was very accommodating, professional and helpful so we share thanks to her

Took my friends kids here and it was epic. They had a great time tearing around the course. Great family fun, easy to organise and find.

Staff was rude , kids didn't feel welcome at all. But what I was more shocked was how the staff in there is extremely rude . Specially at the reception , makes you not want to bring your kids in there ever again .

My son and his friends enjoyed their stay @Ninja warriors Teesside. In his words, "Best Birthday party ever!". Their host, Reeth, was very lovely and patient with the kids. Amazing food was hot and ready for their hungry bellies after lots of play. The ultimate slushies was so refreshing for sweaty boys and girls. Thanks @Ninja warrior team.

Attempted to go to the Teesside Park Ninja Warrior but was turned away due to a corporate event on 04/10. There was no advertisement anywhere that the site was closed for this reason whether on their website or social media pages. This was in addition to a member of our party emailing and speaking to members of staff the prior week seeking clarification that we can just attend on the 4/10 without the need to book. Staff at the reception were incredibly unhelpful and didn’t seem to grasp that we had not been given notification

Ninja warrior Bristol It’s always disorganised when you enter- long lines with 1 person assisting and maybe a second will come for 5 mins if you’re lucky. Once inside it’s alright - kids always have fun Accidentally booked Milton Keynes - manager was rude unbothered - didn’t care - told me to ask Milton Keynes for a refund and then book here … not the slightest bit helpful .We’ll be going back to free dog

Absolute rip off! £24 for an hour session. Turned up to no queue but completely ignored by 2 staff on reception discussing a party they had! My son has been to a party previously so fortunately had the ‘correct’ socks. My daughter was however turned away from the inflatables because she had grip socks, however they weren’t red!!! Absolutely disgusting charging a further £2 per pair of socks on top of entry when we had the necessary safety gear. Not great on the environment either! Won’t be going back. Far better experience at jump parks! Very unprofessional 👎🏼

Poor service; don’t bother trying to contact any of the venues, you can’t talk to anyone and no one follows up after leaving numerous times and never had a call back (Bristol venue) I accidentally booked the wrong venue and just wanted my booking transferred. I had to pay again at the right venue! I know it’s my mistake but it would have been nice to speak with someone and to get my booking transferred. TERRIBLE!

We came to ninja warrior Chatham for our sons 9th birthday celebration with his friend and older brother. The staff were very friendly especially Emmie who was working on the food counter when we arrived. She was extremely friendly and kind and went out of her way to help us. Staff members like this should be recognised for their fantastic customer service and just generally being a lovely person. We will return as our children love this place. We had a school visit to Ninja Chatham in connection with First Lego Explore an exciting Stem programme for 6-9 year olds and it was fantastic. The staff were amazing and treated us to drinks and sweets. The children built lego models then had a great experience by having a session on the ninja warrior course. Shout out to Megan, Georgie and Casey thanks for a great day.

having took my grandaughter yest. on an inset day from school, was very impressed, she loved it, reasonably priced drinks etc, very clean lots of marshalls about, all she kept saying she left is when can we come again nanny, highly recommend it good exercise as well for them.

Would give this no stars if possible! Staff were rude, we ordered food and were asked where we were sitting. Took our drinks and were expecting the staff would bring our food up to us. 20 mins later we were still waiting, so we went down to find our food just sitting on the side, why ask where you are sitting if you aren't going to bring it over?! If I’d known, I would have come down sooner. A little while later I did see staff delivering food so it must have been just us. Food was cold and very below par. We went in a group of 10 and I have high hopes for this place. Will not be going back. Very dirty establishment, toilets were disgusting. No toilet roll either, and staff were not willing to do anything about it. I felt ignored the whole time I tried to raise something.

Avoid at all costs. My 7 year old had an issue and the staff were absolutely terrible. On the day I was given zero support and told the General Manager will follow up on the Monday. Despite numerous calls, I still haven’t heard from the General Manager. Personally I won’t be going back and would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Amazing from the moment we entered! 27/07/24Staff at the desk were very lovely and welcoming! I attended with my 2 children and my friends and her 3 children.Kids absolutely loved it and so did 1 😁. Food and drink prices very reasonable. Great atmosphere great music and great staff! Definitely recommend to everyone! Thinking of booking a party for my son! Will be back! Thank you!

This is not a place that’s run by adults … and the few that MIGHT take it in turns managing shifts do not care about customer service. There are rules, but no one follows or enforces them, and the toilets are digesting. This is the second time we’ve been in the last 18 months (I wanted to hope it was a one off or they’d had time to get it together - but no) so it will definitely be the last. If you want a good experience, free dog in bemmy is the one.
