I have been wanting to buy this for the longest time ever! the steam & crisp is really a different ball game! even though it is not perfect, but it simply fabulous for a quick meal at home with juicy chicken, and crisped skin on the outside. I have tried various ways of cooking - 3 in 1 (the rice at the bottom did get burned on the outer ring), Chinese soup (not the best, but quick & easy), Chinese dessert (not the best), whole chicken, cordon blue, chinese pork stew.... I can't wait to cook more Asian cuisine with this!

We have recently purchased a Ninja 9.5 litre Dual Airfryer. The order was quickly delivered from Ninja, well packaged and in perfect condition.The Ninja is replacing a single drawer Cosori and to date, we have no complaints about the cooking results - they're perfect. Our criticisms would be that unlike a number of air-fryers, there are no pre-sets for particular food types and no one-push pre-heat function. The product itself is quite large but not overly so and will easily fit in most kitchens. The final criticism is the unit is quite light so the whole thing moves when a drawer is pulled open or closed. A more 'grippy' base would solve the problem.Overall though, no hesitation in recommending.

This is the worst company. DO NOT BUY from NINJA. My multicusiner broke after 4 months. The fan no longer works. I'm sure it could have been an easy fix but they are impossible to deal with i emailed to ask what to do, it is still i warrenty. They do not respond. They gave me a number to call which doesn't work. They ignore emails.Very unpleasantVERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Item ordered while in stock, credit card was charged and 2 weeks later it sill has not shipped. Customer service is non existant, no answer to emails unless you call! Once you reach support over the phone they promise you all sorts of things but there are never any follow-ups! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

my machine is bad performing, I sent an email, and they replied there is nothing they could do to help

Good quality. Good price. Quick delivery. Very powerful, works well. Putting vegetables into the slicer/chopper not too easy. Need a little trick to keep them straight and pressed down under control, not to be grabbed by the disk. Disk moves really fast. Good when you've got the hang of it.

The mini-oven I purchased is a good product. I am glad I didn’t pay the full price but benefitted from a promotional discount. I think it may be a little overpriced for what it is in reality. Two of the four items of baking equipment that came with the oven as a special Christmas offer do not fit into this size oven. This is disappointing. Unfortunately my first oven was damaged in transit & had to be replaced. I waited for 3 weeks without an oven or communication from Ninja. For this reason I give the company 1/5 for customer service, as on this level they were really not great and would have me hesitate before buying another of their products. 👎🏻
