Is nimbusweb.me Legit?

I purchased an Annual Capture Pro subscription from January 2022 to July 2024 for $49 per year and a $249 Lifetime Pro license on July 5, 2020, for project management and data collection. However, I faced significant challenges transitioning from the annual to the lifetime license, as I couldn’t access Pro features, and technical support has frequently been unresponsive to this issue since December 2024.On July 8, I recorded a 2.5-hour client session using the Chrome extension on Brave Browser, but it froze on the "Processing Video" page. Support suggested using Chrome only, which I followed. A similar issue occurred on October 31, and after multiple follow-ups, no further contact or solution was found by December 1, 2024.I’m disappointed with the software's performance and inadequate support, especially after spending over $200. I formally request a full refund of my Lifetime Pro license because the software failed to perform its primary function and did not respond to my inquiries. After repeatedly being ghosted by the company despite asking for information on requesting a full refund, I hope making a more public appeal will elicit a response.

I have long considered using FuseBase. I love another well-known app. When they renamed NibusNote to FuseBase and created the option to build my own portal, I didn't hesitate to invest the money. I work as a coach and consultant and need to share coaching techniques, client documents, online course material, financials, etc. with my team. Even my wife (also a coach) loved FuseBase because she is familiar with our portal and doesn't have to learn the whole app. On the other hand, what still needs work is working with the database. Although you can create tables, if the table is larger, it is almost impossible to work with it effectively.

With their client portals, I now have a dedicated hub to access everything I need in one place - project timelines, files, conversations, tasks, etc. It's tailored to my needs, easy to use, and keeps me looped in on progress. No more confusing back-and-forth or waiting around for answers.Beyond the portal, this tool just provides a smoother client experience overall. I get the transparency I want without having to learn multiple tools. Things are more organized on the agency side too, so work moves faster. The platform has strengthened collaboration and ultimately makes my life easier.

Using FuseBase has been mostly positive for us. It's great for tracking how clients interact with our content, which helps us make better decisions. Handling campaign feedback is more efficient now. FuseBase has been a useful tool for making our work more data-driven and client-focused.

I am using Nimbus for over the year, and sometimes thinking how I used to do my project without. I tried some other, but Nimbus is great, easy to use. Still exploring some options, but mostly saving full page of text from browser, instead copying to word. Started paid option to see difference, but so far nothing to be exited for me personally. As a free user, have more than enough possibilities.

Worst experience I've ever had with a softeware company. I have been begging them for months to cancel my subscription on an account I no longer have access to but they never respond. Yesterday I got a $70 charge and finally had enough. (It's been over $250) I asked for a refund and they offered me credit for a product I don't like or want and will never use. Buyer beware.

Nimbus is an Amazing tool! I use it for EVERYTHING. My whole life is there. For organizing my Art Works (Technical Info and Medias), to cataloging my Blog Posts and Writings. I also have specific collaborative Workspaces where I share info with the Teachers/Organizations that host their courses on my online courses platform. I use Nimbus to organize both my personal and professional notes. Been using it everyday since I have my account. Also, the OCR ability and their other tools are very handy.

Many companies use dark pattern techniques to make it difficult for users to find how to delete their accounts. This company is one of them. Once an account is created, it cannot be deleted.

Great note taking app. Works very well as a 2nd Brain, and for journal writing. I also have a second workspace which I use for keeping recipes and have organised so I can find a recipe by simply searching for it or going to the specific category for it. But not all foods fit into a category so tags are also used when needed. I've been using Nimbus Note for several years now and often marvel at new features that come out for it fairly regularly. The only downside is that moving notes to another folder can get a bit laggy after moving several (20 or more) and importing Evernote files has the same lagginess after a few imports. I'm sure this will be improved in time.

So far, so good. Honestly, I haven't played around with it enough to give a full review just yet; but I can say that I love every feature and I'm looking forward to spending more time getting to know it. I shall update at yonder point of existence.May want to remind me though; if these features are all in proper working order...🤘

Look, just save yourself some time and jump into Nimbus Note. You may try others but you will end up here anyway. May as well save yourself some time and effort testing the competition. Nimbus Note does absolutely everything I want an organized note repository to do. They have either a) 20,000 or b) just a few really, really good developers. That is the only explanation for the frequency that new features are added. I'm a happy camper

I needed to break up with Evernote after more than a decade, and Nimbus makes that possible. I love the block layout and markdown formatting. However, the syncing to mobile is tedious and unreliable, and there are a lot of features missing. For example - I can’t create or edit tables on mobile, there is no handwriting OCR like in Evernote, and there is no way to search across workspaces.I’m hopefull that with more development it will improve. For now, it’s usable but not awesome.

I signed up for the business plan about 2 weeks ago and have been absolutely amazed at 1) the quality of the existing product and 2) the speed at which they are deploying even more value added feature and 3) the willingness of the support team to jump in and help out where required. Can't wait for Portals (hoping for a beta invite) and integrated Video messaging! This is the best investment I've made in SaaS in years!

Full of bugs, often it won't record anything, on other times it will sign out and it won't allow you to upload the videos. The worst part is that their "support" team never provides any useful help (and often even ignore my messages). TLDR; Horrible service, horrible support

Great application!!!! Save all your information from the web!! I use the Nimbus screenshot and screen recorder extension all the time. I often print webpages to pdf to save them - but many web pages don't print the way the web page looks. With the screenshot extension, just select "Entire page" - it will scan the page, and then save it as a pdf that looks just like the webpage. Purchased lifetime subscription!! Terrific value!!

Best App to Keep Notes, Knowledge Base any kind of text and media. It's super easy to use and it is excelent to share content with customers and teammates. Nimbus team always surprise me with new awesome features every weeks. I enjoy it every time I log in.

Best replacement for Evernote and Notion, whom I'm a fan of the last 3 years. But NimbusNote is da bomb now because of the flexibility, SEO capabilities, and price...I use it everyday. Never looked back since I migrated from Evernote and Notion.

When I first started to use Nimbus Note it was ok but as time went on and I used it more and more it took quite a while for notes to load. It got to the point that I just could not wait as long as it took.I moved on to another program and stopped using Nimbus Note.Today I received an email about being charged for another year. I immediately I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund which was promptly declined.I just feel it's a poor business practice to NOT to send a renewal reminder prior to the charge date and refuse a refund the very same day of the charge.
