Is nike.co.uk Legit?

I always buy Nike - always loved their clothes/shoes etc and have always bought it for my family too. Every year the app gives me the birthday discount - as it did this year. However, when I went to use it the message wouldn’t load and the code wouldn’t work. My main complaint is their chat bot help thing!!!! I was on there for 30 mins. They read the messages and don’tbother to reply. Then it cuts off after their ‘inactivity’ and gives you to another advisor who does EXACTLY the same thing. So you spend the whole time there talking to yourself. It’s incredibly frustrating and you’d think with the ridiculous money they make they could at LEAST have a decent help section!! It’s the worst I’ve ever experienced. Will no longer shop on the app because should anything go wrong, there’s NO help!!!

Ordered a top, that was £72. Washed it twice and on the second wash it totally disintegrated. Let them know about this and was just given a message saying, not our problem effectively. Quality of everything has gone way down hill, shop new balance, way better.

Was in today to swap trainers over and I have to say Lucia was amazing! Didn't mind helping me apply my student discount, sorted out the price for my trainers which were incorrect, and all with a smile! Even when I was holding up the line, she said it wasn't a bother, and just continued to help, and got others to assist. The other members of staff didn't have the same approach and offered a more 'not my problem' attitude.

I always try to purchase Nike shoes and athletic apparel. I am impressed by their quality and the variety of what Nike offers. Also, their line of products is available in all the different sizes I have in my family. Also, their prices are reasonable, and periodically you can catch items on sale.

Disgusting. Return sent over a month ago. Still no refund. Chased once, told 5 - 9 working days because of internal error. Nothing for weeks. Chased again, again told 5 - 9 working days because of internal error. Still haven't heard. Asked for complaints procedure. Told complaints only handled internally so I won't hear anything. Website points to EU dispute resolution service. That doesn't cover complaints originating in the UK. It's like dealing with a bunch of cowboys.EXTRA NOTE: they've refunded me! Around 4 phone calls, 20 e-mails and a court case later. Took a year.

Absolutely appalling customer service. They have a 2 year guarantee on footwear. After 4 months, the soles of my trainers had split. It has taken 6 months for them to send a returns label. After reading the reviews I'm sceptical to return them as I don't think they will refund me. Even though the trainers at split, they are still wearable. So I'd rather keep them than be out of pocket £120.00 and not have any trainers. Will never purchase Nike products again for me and my family. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Crap, bought a pair of Nike Air zoom victory tour 3 nrg golf shoes, 2 year waterproof guarantee.Wore them for the first time on a dry day with dew on the ground and my feet were wet after a few holes.Nike customer services not interested in the issue.AVOID at all costs, 225 pound golf shoes which you can only wear when the ground is bone dry.

Ordered trainers 21st Nov with delivery scheduled before 24th Nov. Never realised NIKE use the garbage EVRI delivery company who no-one can contact or get an update from? Contacted Nike customer service by phone on 24th Nov - told they would get in touch with couriers and give me an update by email or phone after 24 hours. Of course, heard nothing. Contacted them again 27th Nov and again promised to chase parcel up and get back to me within 24 hours. Nothing. Parcel has been stuck in Evri's system with no update for 1 week now. Nike you rely on your name for people to buy your products - We do Yes and have to suffer bad service from your company and the awful courier company - EVRI. I am done.

I started placing order in Nike.co.uk since 45 days ago:1. never success to complete payment (always error)2. have tried different payment methods trillion times3. have contected customer service 10 times and followed their advise to checkout, but still no solution is given.4. customer service always keep telling me they will pass the technical support to contact me and get the payment issue be resolved, but NONE has contacted me until now (already 30 days since day 1 contacted the CS).I have not completed the purchase order, still, 45 days and some items have ran out already.It seems Nike.co.uk dosen't care about it.I always made purchases in other official sites, never encountered such ridiculous experience as with NIKE.None solution from CS too.Horrible time wasting !!!

I have got Nike air zoom training flyknit a few years back and initially it was abit uncomfortable for a few days . But after a few days , it became so comfortable and it did help me a lot with my bunion amazingly . I guess the reason it was uncomfortable for a few days initially was the shoes was trying to shape my bunion feet and then it got used to it after . And it was amazingly helpful. Only people with bunion will know how horrible the pain is .. I am wearing Nike React these days and it is really good since Nike flyknit discontinued and Nike react is also very supportive for my bunion too . My husband used to wear Nike Vomero 13 and it was helpful with his knees which had surgery before . But these days he is wearing Nike react and it is better than previous vomero 13 . I only wish they could do customised shoes as I believe it would be much more helpful with individual feet issues and shapes . I strongly recommend the quantity of it .

I love this store coz you can always pick something good on sale. It’s branded clothes, has awesome quality, and you have plenty of choices when shopping online. Just everything you need! Besides, the clothes always perfectly fit you!

I really enjoy visiting the Nike store to get the latest Nike shoes, especially the ones that are suitable for physical sports like basketball. Because they are really comfortable and they have the perfect grip on the surface and they help you enjoy the rest of your game or any other physical exercise.

Goretex trainers. Bought Xmas 2022. Not at all goretex. Not waterproof and now Nike want original receipt from 6 months ago. Sent them screenshot from Next showing them. But that’s not good enough! Also £224 Nike scorpion SE trainers turned up and the sole has come away from trainer on first time I’ve worn them. Have 80 pairs of trainers. Won’t be buying any more from Nike at all now.The fact that Nike don’t respond says it all really. Expensive but made poorly. Adidas now my favourite brand.

Ordered quite a few items only received 3 items, was told they made an investigation and there was nothing they can do. Paid £310 for trainers and socks. Great 👍 customer service very unhelpful

Ordered pair of trainers for £152, they arrived with a damaged instep- the leather was worn. Returned by having to travel to the post office. The exchange pair arrived and were damaged in exactly the same place. So angry- also had to waste time and effort returning via the post office. Overpriced and low quality that’s all I have to say. Nike were good in the 90’s. Now today they are junk living off the name.

This is a shameful company. not eligible to be a sponsor to Chelsea football club. no courage to fight together in difficult times. only concerned with victory. SHAME ON YOU !!!

First order took longer than expected to arrive and one item went out of stock in meantime after being told by customer service all was fine and on their way. No apology or anything.2nd order has disappeared after being way over delivery date and scanned several times in warehouse every day for over a week for some reason. Again no proper apology. Luckily items still in stock (or hope they are as were on offer) but who knows if will be by time they resend them out or if I’ll get them. They’re all fake cheery but don’t feel they really care or are bothered. They say one thing then days later find out isn’t the case. Feel very reluctant to ever order again as each time has been an issue. I wouldn’t recommend. Also takes it ages for items to be sent out for some reason and nothing arrives when should, plus items show as in stock when order but by time they’re dispatched it seems they aren’t. Maybe other customers after me get the items, who knows. Expect more than to be just fobbed off with fake overly cheerful unhelpful advisors who don’t give me correct information.

For my birthday, one of my friends got me a pair of Nike slip-ons. I liked them so much that I went back and they had so much stuff. We went to the one in the outlet mall in Gretna, NE. I got a lunch box, which was on sale and SUPER CUTE! A shirt, shoes, and shorts. It was a great experience and everyone there was really kind.
