Is nighshop.com Legit?

Must be scam, as the photos from the stores they use are from Sivasdecalzo from Barcelona

Whoever wrote an excellent review is probably someone working with this company . Sadly I wish I had read the reviews before ordering . Same thing get an email from Mychelle Bell telling me to be patient . Tracking number is from some world to express . After almost a month it says my package is stranded at customs . No need to keep repeating what many has said before . Someone should shut this site down .

This is a scam company. You will never receive your items after ordering. I placed an order since April they sent me a fake website with tracking number information. Once you started complaining they don’t answer you anymore.

Same story; took our money, responded a few times, sent fake tracking number that included a link that said it was stuck at customs. Mychelle was the person who initially replied; probably a bunch of scammers that operate it and pretend to be her. I disputed the charges with my CC company and have since been fully reimbursed but what a hassle and I’m lucky! Why don’t the credit card companies have a better handle on this site when so many of us have had to file fraud claims? AVOID!!!

Honestly, I was very nervous to buy. I had heard some good things about Nighshop, but also some bad things - mainly regarding authenticity (reputable shoe vendors warning me, stories of lawsuits, etc). That being said, I got the Low White Camo Jordan's and they amazing. Definitely authentic and got them for a good price. They came relatively quickly and updated me along the entire process. I'd be careful what you get and trust, but for my purchase everything did go smoothly.

Scam. Everything is fake. The websites are fake, the store in Orlando Florida is fake, the store in Crenshaw Los Angeles is fake, charge my card in Italy with an address in France. Completely a scam completely a fraud it’s too bad I found out about this review page only when I started searching for my sneakers that never arrived did I find these reviews.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I placed an order in December for Converse Midnight Clover shoes. They immediately took my money. I received a confirmation and then nothing ever came. "Mychelle Bell" responded to a couple of emails saying to be patient. Once Christmas was over, the emails no longer got responded to and the phone number on the confirmation doesn't work. Thank you for taking my money and disappointing my Daughter! Who does this!?!??

I was suspicious as that website store does not have paypal to pay and they have available in all sizes Adidas sneakers that are sold out in all other real website stores, so I checked the nighshop address in google maps, which according to the nighshop website is 2480 E Michigan St, Orlando, FL 32806, USA.That is actually a company named Civil Engineering Group Inc.Definitely nighshop is a SCAM!

Total SCAM! The addresses listed are not real store locations, it looks like the only real address is an apartment in LA. Did not receive an email confirmation and when I tried to call, the customer service number was a google voicemail box. I did send an email and a Jacob Felix responded saying I would receive tracking after the order was sent. No actual details like specifics of the order, order number, confirmation or tracking. Can’t believe this site is even still up!

I bought a jacket (that was sold out basically everywhere )almost three weeks ago and they immediately sent me an email in which they apologised for not being able to ship it due to the covid-19. I initially trust them until some days ago when I decided to ask updates about my order and I never received an answer because the email doesn’t exist! Please stay away from this website!!! It’s clearly a scam!!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!! This is a scam page. I placed an order in April,2022 and never received my product delivered. Of course they were quick to charge my credit card. I never received a confirmation email of my purchase and when I log into the account I created to make the purchase, it shows that the order in complete and shipped, which is absolutely not true. I have tried contacting them to the phone numbers and email they have in the web side but they never responded. I sent a letter via currier to both addresses in Florida and California, and have not received any reply. I had to place a claim with my bank but I am still waiting for the merchant to respond (which I am sure they won't) to see if I can get my money back.

I ordered back in April of 2022 and still have not received my shoes. They sent me a fake tracking number from a fake shipping company and quickly charged my card and haven’t responded to any emails. The shipping website does not even come up any longer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will not receive your product or your money back!

Worst place EVER spent 200 dollars on a pair of shoes some lady name Mychelle was responding to me emails kept saying she would be me shipping information and never did it has been 8 weeks now since order was placed and still no shoes still no refund and now NOONE will respond to me emails at all. RUN RUN RUN ! I am going to put a group of other custumers together and organize a legal action suit against this NIGHshop if you are interested in joining that please contact me on FB under name Denise Bolen tried to put an email address in here but it wont let you!

I have read a lot of bad reviews about ordering in NighShop, I was lil bit scared about my order but i shook it off. The order took 2weeks before it arrived. One week for product authentication and one week for DHL delivery. So far my order was in good condition and no damage and not as same with the reviews i have read.

I ordered two pairs of Nike shoes at nighshop on June 19OFF-WHITE X NIKE AIR FORCE 1 LOW and NikeNIKE DUNK LOW'ROOTED IN PEACE'. The customer service staff is very good, the response speed is very fast, and they help me patiently. Parcel logistics is also fast. The package I just received today is intact and the shoes are 100% authentic. I am very satisfied with this shopping experience. Looking forward to ordering products at nighshop next time.

Definitely a scam don’t waste your time or money the customer representative is probably a fat mfka in his basement. in my case specifically I have to wait 45-60 days for my dispute with my bank for a charge back which is basically pointless so yea this website 100% A SCAM

Complete scam. Ordered shoes and a minute after I ordered I got a “your order has shipped” email. I waited a couple days and contacted them asking why my shoes are shipped and no tracking number has been provided. They said to wait until the delivery of the shoes to get a tracking number.. the customer service rep Mychelle Bell is a fake person and is probably overseas. I was told to keep waiting with no real explanation. I waited about 2 weeks until I called my bank for a chargeback. This site is completely fake and do not spend your hard earned dollars here.

The sneaker(NIKE) was damaged and looks fake, and it was from China through the mail directly. I return the sneaker, and they responded DO NOT support the refund. That's indeed a SCAM! I can't believe there is such a bold online fraud in the U.S. I lost more than 100 bucks includes two-way shipping.
