Listen - if you want to know the REAL customer reviews, look at what their customers are saying on their FB posts and at e liquid recipe forums. They may have a great product, but you'll never know unless you actually get it. I placed an order 5 days ago now, and it's not shipped yet. Nothing from them. Zilch They have a severe issue getting orders out... and hundreds if not thousands of customers are feeling the pain...

Nicotine River is the greatest supplier of DIY supplies ever! They may not have every flavor, but their customer service is above and beyond anywhere else I have ever experienced! They always try their best to solve any problems to make their customers happy! Keep up the good work!

“Horrible company”

Thought I would give them a try due to the reviews and felt I have been lied too. After 4 days of waiting my order was still not fulfilled. I contacted them and was on eternal hold but finally told they could TRY to get it out sooner but my salts were still in production so they would ship at some unknown date. I asked to cancel my order at that point and go to a more reputable supplier and found out they had to issue a refund because they billed me as soon as I hit order. After reading and researching I find my review is the norm. (look at their fb page)and think all the others must be false to generate business. If I ran my store like they do I would be OOB in a matter of months. They might have good products (ill never know) but the service, shipping, communication and staff are substandard and down right terrible.

“Mad at my self”

I bought the starter kit seen it was free shipping over 50 dollars cool. Didn't think about the 25 percent off. Looked at my income and then realized I could of got a lot more flavors for same price I paid. Oh well I guess you live and you learn

Get 99% of all my suplies from Nicotine River for the last few years. Occasionally they are out of stock or don't sell a flavor I need but that is pretty rare. Can't beat the prices or the spend $50+ for free shipping :)

Well packaged and timely delivery, especially considering it was ordered during the Black Friday sales weekend! I haven't tried the nicotine yet, so I can't review the actual product. The discounted price and free shipping made this deal too good to pass up. Hopefully I'll have the same positive opinion as many others as to the quality of NicRiver's nicotine.

I like Nicriver, website is easy to navigate, good selection, well packed and good prices. Deducted 1 star for the long wait from the time I placed my order to the time it shipped. If they shipped within a couple day's of order and they're a 5 star company

“Terrible shipping logistics”

First time i ordered in october. No holidays or promotions. 7 days went by order still hadnt been shipped. Tooks a couple days to get a response and couldnt offer when my items would ship OR an apology. I cancelled and they gave me a $25 gift card and promised my next order would go out faster. I ordered a month later and contacted them and they got it out in 2 days. I found another site to order from and they ship same day or next day ALWAYS. Now, since my normal vender keeps limited selection of products, i have to order again from nicotine river and same thing happens. 5 business days since order placed and NOTHING! Ive come to the conclusion these people are logistically incompetent. Its 2019 3 day handling time is max ANYWHERE. I havent ordered from anywhere in ages with longer than 3 day handling time. I hate im forced to order from such an incompetent bunch. Its beyond me.

“VERY SLOW SHIPPING IF NICOTINE IS PURCHASED”

I placed an order on Black Friday 11/24/17 which contained nicotine as part of the order. If nicotine is purchased, Nicotine River will ship the entire order via FedEx Ground. The order went out on the following Monday 11/27/17 and did not show up at my house until the following Monday 12/4/17. FedEx ground took a complete 7 day week to get my order to me from California to Tennessee. This is unacceptable and I did contact FedEx twice and was never followed through with. The package was out for delivery twice and was never delivered. I like Nicotine River and I like their high quality packaging/bottles etc... BUT please stop using FedEx Ground... They are HORRIBLE! Always have issues with FedEx... I will think twice before ordering Nicotine from here again.

So was debating writing this. However I think its a fair review. I place a order on June 12. On June 12 I get a email saying it has shipped. On June 15 I see nothing has updated with USPS. I contact customer service and the responded quickly and said if it wasnt updated by Friday they would send me out a new one. Ok well Friday comes along and I get a email saying the will ship it out today. On Monday I get a email saying it finally shipped. A week after I ordered it. I call them at this point and they swear that they shipped both packages. Heres my problem. I got the 2nd package on Wednesday. Only took 2. Days to get to me. Never did receive first one. Still no tracking info updated. I feel lied to. I think they are in the middle of a move and didnt ship out my package and it took me calling them to get it shipped. But all they do is blame USPS. I will think long and hard before I order again from them.

I love the store, and the customer service. The prices are amazing, and a lot of flavors to choose from. They send out a name of a person that made sure everything was there for you and a person that packed the box. They care about the quality and make sure to give best costumer care. I used to go searching for great deals and bought some things at different stores. With these guys it's hard to come across these kinds of deals and this service

I placed an order on the 3rd of January and it's the 11th and there are still processing my order. Holy crap I called the company and there telling me maybe they can have the 15 they will ship my order but that a maybe. Horrible business practices.

Even having ordered during the Black Friday sale, I got my order in just under a week, which I was satisfied with. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I promptly mixed up a mega batch of juice and now need to put in a new order and there is NO SALE! And so it goes. I love NicRiver.

So I've been a LOYAL TO THE DEATH Nicotine River client since I ventured into my DIY Juice. While they get the same supplies as everyone else there are two MAJOR factors that keep me coming back. The first being the ease of access to their website. The information is very informative without overloading you with extra words and descriptions that don't really match up like other websites do. Sure it may sound fancy but it also gets peoples hopes up and disapointment happens. Not the case here! Straight to the point. I've only ever had one con i didnt like and that was something I normally wouldnt vape anyway and it was for an order anyway. I digress. What keeps me hooked is their OUT OF THIS WORLD Customer Service! They go above and beyond to fix any issues you may have with your order, I've even had the CS agent call ME to ensure I was satisfied with everything. If there ever was a moment to start a slow clap in my life. This is it. I LOVE YOU GUYS!

A-lot of trouble trying to get the shipment from USA to Canada, because the company name is "NICOTINERIVER" even though i didn't order nicotine it self the Canadian Customs at the boarder didn't let it through so i had to clear it myself. Other then that seems to be good but i haven't tried any of the products yet
