If I could learn what has frozen my account and why they are not processing anything I would maybe feel better. I used them for 2-3 full months and was changing to a new medication. My doctor’s office submitted my paperwork last week. It is very unfortunate and I pray I can find another assistance program. Paying $50 a month isn’t bad compared to $1800. Everything went smoothly in the past so I hope whatever has caused them to freeze everything is fixed.
