“This company doesn't deserve 1 star!”

This company doesn't deserve 1 star! Placed an order on December 15,2024 for a Christmas gift. Got several emails with different delivery dates, but the shipper never had possession of the package. NHL's customer service people are rude and unable to provide a refund because the item has shipped. But unable to prove the shipping company has possession of the package. “Poor Customer Service”

The agents are nice but they are dealing with a corrupted system. I placed an order and within an hour I need to cancel it. The website says you can cancel mentions no time limit. I contacted the agent via chat and they said you have only 30 minutes after placing order to cancel. So now I have to wait for 10 days to receive the item and request a refund and return. “Horrible website, absolute no customer service, false advertising”

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. This has got to be the worst website out there. There's literally no customer service except their stupid chat bot. You can't actually get somebody on the phone and it is impossible to cancel an order. The website said my item was in stock and would ship out within two business days of me purchasing. It never shipped out so I checked every other day on that same item, and it kept saying it was going to ship out the next day and the next. Never did weeks go by, tried to find some sort of customer service to just cancel and buy somewhere else but there's no number or anything. “So Disappointed”

The first picture is what I ordered. The second is the ugly one that arrived. And this happened not once but twice. The first time I contacted them they were very apologetic and immediately sent out what was supposed to be the correct one, but I received the same ugly piece of crap. I will never order from them again. I have blocked their ads.

NHLShop.com is quite possibly the worst online shopping experience. I spent over $500 on merchandise, and still had to pay shipping. Then the pajama shorts I ordered were too small even though I ordered them a size to large for comfort. I was not even able to process an even exchange for the item, I to reorder the item + shipping and wait 7 days to get my online gift card refund. My only other option was to pay $10 to have my funds credited to my original tender. Total scam of a website. Not even sure I will claim my e-gift card once it finally shows up in my account. Avoid this merchant. Side not to Fanatics and NHLShop.com - female hockey players might have big thighs. Tip for consumers:Find a local store - this operation has no clue how to run a digital business. Products used:Other than the shorts that were undersized, all other products were used. “Delivery not as promised by Christmas”

Placed my order on December 5th for a personalized back pack for my Grandson for Christmas, website said it would get here before Christmas. When I checked shipping status it states the 27th, so they lied. When I called them they said I should have picked another shipping option instead of the standard 3-7 business days, they were given 20 days to fulfill the order. I got no resolution just got blah, blah, blah, from JP. Their website does not disclose this, it's false advertising, nor does it warn you that you won't get it by Christmas! I could not find a yelp page or no way to place a review on the website, now I know why! “Missing Letters on Jersey”

Received the Jersey I ordered timely but when I opened the package there was a letter missing from my player's name. Used site's chat option to resolve the issue which got me absolutely no where. I have heard from my local embroidery shop that he gets their jerseys often with missing items and patches. I do not recommend ordering from them or Fanatics Brand in general.

“No free returns! They charge 5.50 for returns.”

Before you purchase from NHL.com, please know if you purchase from this company, although the site says free shipping and returns for purchases over 25.00, they charge 5.50 to send any items back to them.

“Bad customer service”

Not good customer service at all he was rude, unsympathetic and just plain useless. When I was just trying to figure out what happened to my package that I got as a Christmas present that hasn't shown up yet.

“Zero Stars if it was allowed”

I ordered a limited edition item last December. It was supposed to ship on 12/26/19. I forgot about it until 2/21/20 when I contacted them about it. I had received ZERO correspondence regarding that item and any type of delay. When I contacted them, they said it was shipping in 4 days, and I would get an email confirming that. No email came and guess what happened on that fourth day? Paypal notifies me of a refund. Yes they didn't even have the decency to email me with an apology and an explanation as to why they cancelled my order! When I contacted them a second time to find out why, I was told 'It seems the item oversold and they could not meet the demand'. And they didn't refund my money for 2 months! Their customer service apologized if their email offended me, but I never got an email or any other correspondence from them about this item once they received my money. Absolutely horrible customer service! Tip for consumers:Shop elsewhere! No communication once they get your money. For the money I paid I at least expected more professional and nicer packaging. The product came all wrinkled, like it was used and washed, stuffed in a plastic bag and then envelope. The product quality is poor. Will not order again.

2 items ordered. First was a discounted end of line jersey. Product delivered on time and was good. Second was custom ordered with player name. Delivery within 1 week. 2 weeks later still no product. To cancel order, now have to wait an additional 3-5 days for confirmation... the playoffs will be over by then. Unfortunate as this was my second vendor. First one "sports jerseys canada" emailed right away saying product not in stock and refunded day 1. I would check them out first as they seem way more reputable.

I order St. Louis Blues playoff shirt to only be disappointed. The material on front was stuck together. Pulled it apart and it tore. Paid 29.95 to have overnight. Now I'm out that money. Said they could send me a new one once I pay to return the defective shirt. Now I'm out an additional 6.00 plus they're sending by regular shipping which may show after the playoffs are over. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. Buyer beware! Before Christmas I ordered a SJ Sharks Stadium Series jersey. Six weeks later, they send an email saying the jersey is "not available" -- which was a complete lie because the jersey is still being sold at other locations. Bought a customized youth top - went by their sizing charts - top turns up and its 2 inches short. Customer service first does not believe us and second says this is manufacturer's fault. Am waiting to see how this resolves! After several weeks of calls and e-mails etc - manage to return the top and get full refund. Had to be very persistent.

Returned a shirt on January 30,2017 that my husband bought for me that was too large and still have not received the refund. “Great product, few days late”

I read some horrible reviews about NHL ship unfortunately after I had already purchased my product, a 2022 Calgary Flames home jersey. Luckily, the product I received was in great condition, exactly as I wanted. It did arrive about 4 days after the expected delivery date, but after reading some of the reviews I had been worried I would never get it at all, so I was pleasantly surprised. Apart from the delayed arrival, no complaints at all.

“Broken Order”

I ordered a display case for my mini helmet. Came in and the base was broken. I spoke with Sheilah who got a new one sent to me. A few days later the replacement arrived and was ALSO broken. Sheilah again made a quick turn around and got another one out to me. Third times a charm, it came un-damaged. It is packed so tightly that any damage to the box breaks the wooden base to the display case. It sucked I had to have 3 sent to me to get it right but the customer service was quick about it.
