Is nextdayflyers.com Legit?

My order was two days late, rendering it somewhat useless as I had ordered a specific amount anticipating I'd have a certain amount of time before my event to distribute them. Additionally, the print quality was subpar. It almost looked like the paper had moved while printing because the letters and designs appeared offset, in a way. It's hard to describe but it wasn't hard to see. Not the quality or timing that I expected.

Product was not delivered within the time frame given.Product was wrong dimensions/size.Tax Exempt for Nonprofit was not processed or applied.Standard shipping on an order of 200 half sheet copy paper flyers was $23 and change. Just be warned.

My order was easy to put together, went into production quickly and I got it on the date they said it would arrive!

My order didn’t arrive on time, and I paid astronomical shipping fees, instead of packaging my 2 items together to save shipping they shipped them separately and charged me twice! Very unhappy.

I needed these for a craft show and had limited time. The met and exceeded my expectations and looked awesome

I actually had to change background color after I already made the order , they let me change it and made things so easy for me and my order still came on time and they are beautiful!

The product itself is just as expected. The service left a lot to be desired. I was in a rush on this order and needed it in-hand by noon 5 days after I ordered. There was a weekend in there, so I paid extra and chose one-day printing and one-day transport. The expected delivery day was Friday--in plenty of time for my noon Monday meeting (since Fed Ex delivers over the weekend, even had a couple of days to spare). Well....there was no 'rush' and the box was delivered at 1:33 on Monday afternoon. I chatted with Customer Service and the best they could do--for missing my deadline entirely--was refund 'half' of the one-day printing cost. All I requested was to get back the costs I paid to expedite--not a full refund. They wouldn't even do that.

Using the web site was extremely easy. The site helped me choose the appropriate size and allowed to get an idea what it would like. I received a proof for approval the next day. I approved it and received notice that it was going to ship the day after. When I received the banner I was very pleased with the quality of the finished product. I will use Next Day Flyers again and heartily recommend them.

“Horrible Print Quality on Direct Mail Postcard”

Order postcard with a direct mail service. My postcard looked so bad the ink was missing and smeared all over the front. How this bad of quality was actually mailed out is unacceptable when was told a so many point check before going out when they were clearly damaged. So disappointed because this is mailed out as a representation of my business

I am very pleased with my retractable banner. The carrying case had a tear at one end to which I informed Customer Service. A replacement case was immediately shipped via Fedex to me. Unfortunately, the outer zipper broke the first time using it. Didn't bother Customer Service again. Good company, good customer service and good primary product. They need to get better quality carrying cases.

These guys are horrible. They say that they will call and they do not. It's like they don't need business. Their "chat" is so painfully slow. I have been trying for 5 days to get our postcards done. I have the postcard done and the mailing list already but I have to wait for them to call me and that has yet to happen even though I was advised that I would have a call back on a specific day.
