Is newsmax.com Legit?

This has to do with Greta and her horrible coverage of the Republican Convention. She kept interrupting everyone to express her "unique" opinion and at times was just plain argumentative. I left FOX a while ago for Newsmax and typically love the hosts, but Greta was horrible on FOX and now she's stinking up Newsmax as well. Please please don't let her ever host something as important as the Convention ever again.

I cannot understand why Newsmax cannot cut into their warmed over shows with a current. happening/development. I am having to go to CNN to see a current event that just happened. I get so tired of their warmed over shows. Why would I pay for something extra when I do not like what they are showing in the first place.. They have no news reporter so anything that has happened you have to find out about the next day. They need a current reporter who can break in with developing news.

“Newsmax” seems to tell it like it is! They bring real news and seem to always be able to support what they air. I enjoy watching what seems to be honest and strait forward news. I watch hours of “Newsmax”! Keep up the great news “NEWSMAX”!! BRING IT!!! 5+ stars!!

News max is great at giving the truth on the news I watch them all the time. But when it comes to there shares there trying to sale there is a catch not only do you have to spend 5 thousand dollars you also have to make 200 thousand dollars a year income to qualify. Not good for the average joe and there main supporters.

Love the coverage and all the hosts, especially Rob Schmitt & Bianca de la Garza so very professional and informative, great guests! The only issue I have for not giving 5 starts is their video, seems to always have some issues with sound or can't pull up for viewers. Hopefully, it gets better in the coming months. Well worth the $50 a year.

Finally we got a news channel that tells the relative truth, that is, after FOX news went rogue, caving in to new owners agenda. I relied on Newsmax for a real picture of what’s going on. And now you have to pay for the truth?!! Absolutely not! I Refuse. “The truth will become brighter as the day draws near” - Read Proverbs. And that is what I will now rely on. It’s not the money, its the principle. Some may not be able to afford additional expenses. What about them?

I really love Newsmax2. I left Fox because they are turning left. I like all of Newsmax2 reporters but I am not in favor of all the Regan and the Mustache swimmer. I am in favor of the news that is really news reporting. By the way has any of your reporters been shopping for food lately? Inflation is suremore higher than 3%. A good loaf of bread is now more than five or six dollars.

There are TWO very annoying things about Newsmax which could easily be fixed.1) Stop the late afternoon and evening opinion show hosts from REPEATEDLY showing clips taken of The View, or MSNBC host shows, or CNN host shows. If we wanted to see that CRAP, we'd watch those programs/stations! It's almost like, c'mon, let's hate them real good. ENOUGH!2) GET RID OF GRETA VAN SUSTEREN. Not only is her voice annoying, but she's more far left than conservative, PLUS she is constantly interrupting her guests which is just downright rude. And those stupid purported "comical clips" shown at the end of the show are idiotic!

Dishonesty problem at NEWSMAX. Don't buy NEWSMAX public shares, they have a dishonesty problem. They train their customer service to lie to customers with issues and say their technical staff is fixing them. But they have had the same problem for 10 months and they haven't solved it. Their solution is to teach employees to lie. I think a company that does such a simple thing is not honest about serious issues. I would not trust NEWSMAX leaders until they change this culture. It could lead to a big problem. Some people at NEWSMAX are good, but some are bad.

Right now they are showing last nights trump rally with a big banner that says LIVE. What does that say about their integrity?

Staying away from this website. Clicked on one of their articles and got a virus message (the one where there really isn't one but wants you to pay to be able to get rid of the virus that is not there). I have learned how to get out of it. Newsmax needs to be more careful what articles they post on their site.

I like all the commentators and the content. What is super annoying is I bought the app and you can’t do anything special with it e.g. if you view previously recorded videos, you can’t fast-forward it you can’t do anything. Way too many commercials it totally distracts from the content.

dont believe the hype after blowing up the newsmaxplus pre deployment its ovious nwesmax devlopers didnt do their due dilegence. Bought the yearly subscription try to install the app on apple tv . it doesnt work ! tried calling customer support 3 times finally got bck to me said that they were working on update with apple ?WTH you have to work the bugs out before release ! and if there is a bug after release you release updates to the code and not make customers wait or tell them you need to try and delete and reinstall several timex.. Cancelled subscription !

I love Newsmax. It’s far superior to FoxNew. I love all the anchors, especially Rob Schmidt and Greg Kelly. I even love Greta. She’s brilliant, fair, and well respected, even by people on the left. It’s the only station I watch.

Newsmax TV is great when it works. I changed from FOX to NEWSMAX when they fired Tucker. The problem is service. I am on day seven with no audio on Newsmax and day six of no response from Newsmax despite texting their contact line numerous times. It also doesn't go without notice that they don't respond to TRUST PILOT reviews.

They shouldn't have hired Greta van Susteren or Bob Sellers, or fired Sean Spicer. I haven't been able to watch them since hiring Greta from CNN, and Bob Sellers, wherever they found him, is too much of a milquetoast, no personality, and brings nothing to the show. He became hated when he treated Mike Lindell so poorly, walking off the program on him. Sellers is just a fixture, he repeats things and agrees with the other anchor, doesn't contribute anything. These people are lost! Wrong way guys!

“Pretty Good”

It's not perfect and it sits middle right but it does a pretty good job of presenting the facts and then discussing things. It doesn't show a lopsided bias towards things and mostly allows the viewer to make their own judgement. FOX will be losing a lot of viewers to this. FOX just pushes propaganda anymore.

“Bad Service”

I am not complaining that I have to pay to watch the news. I am complaining that I need to watch the shows on demand, not live. But NewsMax does not update some shows in a timely manner. I wrote to them a few times and I never heard back from them. I am definitely not renewing my subscription. Service Value Quality

“National Coverage”

Newsmax has very good National coverage both delivering the News and commentary programming. Their ratings have grown substantially for a reason. However I would like to see more world coverage, like now Iranians massive protests, 2 largest populous and nuclear powered nations (China & India) gathering troops at their boarder, and Israel's responses to attacks all deserve attention.

The regular Newsmax TV was so horrible to watch. It was operated by people that didn't know how to do their jobs. The promise of Newsmax Plus and how wonderful and professional it will be, fooled me in paying for subscription. Another poorly run and edited joke. I only watch President Trump rallies on Newsmax. Newsmax is pretend news. It uses the trappings of other news networks to appear as one of them at first glance, but lacks any real substance or ethics in it's reporting, misrepresents facts, and makes up some things whole-cloth

“Technical”

Really love this news channel. But it has some annoying technical problems. Don't know why they have so many of them. Need to look into this problem and fix it. Hire better skilled people or up-date their equipment. Everything else in my opinion is EXCELLENT.

“Low end”

When it started there were hiccups and various issues w their broadcasting, thought of giving them a chance, being new. The quality actually went down, w a bunch of interruptions, technical issues, no sound bites when needed, the anchors stuttering muttering all over the place. I've watched newsmax free streaming for a long time, but now I have deleted it from all my devices. I never thought they would follow the swamp and be obligated to cable t.v., direct, it goes to show you that nothing cannot be bought out!

Keep in mind that I'm a very, very conservative leaning individual so I can only figure that these clowns must sleep with a copy of Mein Kampf under their pillows to find any of my posts intolerable! I'm as anti-Obama and anti-liberal policy as they come but there are ethnically pejorative and downright bigoted posts left untouched on that website while very (like mine) sincere, polite and what I believe to be insightful (at the least thoughtful) writings were "held for review" and subsequently deleted. Stay away from that group if you care to have a meaningful dialogue. Newsmax, as a website is a joke!

They should take news out of their name. No responsibility to the check fact or actually report the news. Just sells ads! If you are looking at this app or channel for any length of time you are doing yourself great harm. It's trash stop reading and get rid of it from your routine!

The Newsmax web site would have been rejected in the late nineties. Looks bad, functions badly and I am wondering if there is even an editor? Go look at the text of the stories, odd characters and misspellings all over. Oh, and half the stories are actually ads, and I dont mean conservative leaning, I mean paid ads.

If you sign up for the free radio you end up being on their subscription list even though you cancel it. Then they wait a year or two and bill your credit card for a year long magazine subscription. (This has happened to me three times in four years.) Using my bank's fraud services, the Newsmax rep told my banker and me that she had a current request for a subscription from me in her hand. So I would add Liar as well as Thief to any description of this company.

They used to be good then money got in the way, why else would they have a commercial every time you turn it on about the jab! We all read all the side effects and these drug companies should be arrested for crimes against humanity!

I watch newsmax for over 5 years, "religiously". I used to enjoy coming home after work and watching Rob Schmidt, Greg Kelly, and Eric Bolling every evening. Ever since they changed to newsmax plus it's been terrible. I instantly bought the monthly subscription and it was so terrible from buffering and not working correctly I would cancel and try to find another new station to watch. After I canceled the first time, 2 months later, I purchased another newsmax Plus subscription to see if they fixed the issues. Nothing was fixed it was the same or worse than before. The first time they did refund my money no problems but I just want to watch original newsmax. So I canceled my second subscription and I guess that's it... One good thing that came of this is I found a station that is just as good if not better the newsmax. A great conservative news station called "Real America's Voice". So I guess I can say thank you newsmax for leading me to a different station. Service Value Returns Quality

“Wake up America weekdays”

Week days Morning male host is excellent. Female hosts are lacking. All appear young, inexperienced and some are annoying. Need a serious more mature co-host for Rob. Rita Cosby comes to mind. I would love to watch the morning program, however turn to Fox business on most days because of female hosts.
