Sonst keine Reaktion. Nach einiger Zeit habe ich erneut nach einer Rücksendeadresse gefragt. Es hieß, der Artikel sei reduziert gewesen und daher nicht rückerstattungsfähig. Das ging aber aus der Bestellung nicht hervor. Also habe ich widersprochen.Ich bekam eine Rücksendeadresse in den Niederlanden. Ich schickte das Paket per Einschreiben in die Niederlande zurück (7,20 EUR) und legte die Bestellnummer bei. Paypal wollte den Fall schließen, obwohl ich keine Nachricht von New Berlin hatte. Dann habe ich ein drittes Mal geschrieben. New Berlin wollte nun den Postbeleg und die Trackingnummer, damit sie den Fall „prüfen“ können.So habe ich das Geld zurückbekommen, allerdings haben sie 13,78 EUR für den Rückversand einbehalten, obwohl ich 7,20 Porto bezahlt hatte.Hard work.This is not a five-star rating. Paypal wanted to close the case even though I had no message from New Berlin. Then I wrote a third time via Paypal. New Berlin now wanted the postal receipt and tracking number so they could "check" the case.This is how I got the money back, but they withheld 13.78 EUR for the return shipment, although I had paid 7.20 postage.
Drop shipping for cheap and terrible quality chinese clothes, completely different to what is advertised. You have to send the item back to China for a full refund, making it pointless, and allowing the seller to profit. Absolute Scam
The clothes are poor quality and not true to size! There is also no return policy!!! What a complete waist of money!!!
