10/10 customer service - Paul was exceptional at communicating, educating, and providing advise at every step of the process. There was never a day where he wasn’t keeping on top of things, or providing updates on any progression in our purchase. He even delivered the car straight to our doorstep. Amazing service, and I definitely know who to reach out to when we’re looking for our next vehicle!

So, who pays thousands of pounds for a car they’ve never seen to company on the internet! All worries allayed when it turned up as promised. Excellent communication from John who responded quickly to our e mails and we’re so happy with the car.

I have just bought a Hyundai Tucson after getting a lot of quotes from dealers and internet suppliers. After receiving a quote nearly £2k less than competitors, I was a little suspicious, particularly after all the glowing 5 star reviews on Trustpilot! This is the second new car I have bought from new-car-discounts. On both occasions the service was impeccable. Every query, large or small, was dealt with promptly and efficiently. When the promised date of my new (73 plate) Nissan was pushed back to the end of October my sales agent John sourced me a choice of replacements within hours and I could not be happier with my new Kia.The delivery driver was very helpful and deserves a mention. I don't normally recommend companies but for these guys I make an exception. Way better than ANY main dealer I have ever dealt with in over 50 years of car buying, new and used.

Purchased a new Hyundai from New car discount and received it today. I would thoroughly recommend these guys, particularly John Robertson who was always very responsive to queries and concerns. Some people may be wary of purchasing such a large item via the internet but I can reassure you that the bargain prices are very real and the service is second to none.

I bought a Cupra Formentor V2 150bhp DSG through New Car Discount, just took delivery on Friday and I’m absolutely delighted with it. The whole process was very easy, paid a £500 deposit when I ordered the car and paid the remaining balance a few days before the car was delivered to my door, I saved close to £5k on price new. I must give a mention to John Robertson who answered all my questions within a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car, and will definitely use again in the future. 5 Stars

Placed an order for Seat Terraco October 21. Website and confirmation was that I would be the first registered person on the log book, as Registration A process was for all SEATS!7 months later I am told apparently SEAT have now put a new rule such that NCD would need to be the first and only registered keeper, keeping hold of the log book for 12 months and I would need to either accept this or walk away! Due to my concerns over legality I decided to walk away. NCD did very quickly refund the deposit. I have my suspicions on the SEAT rule change!

My second car from NCD. Same big savings (£7k on a Audi A4 this time) and the same seamless arrangements for delivery of my new car and pick up of the old one. What was different was the environment in which I made the purchase. I ended up getting the car three months late owing to lockdown and then the sale being suspended whilst recall work was carried out. Neither of these was due to NCD, but Nick Ainley kept me updated throughout. Proof that competitive prices do not mean you have to make sacrifices regarding service levels

When I first spoke to New Car Discount back in September last year I was somewhat sceptical of purchasing a vehicle via the internet. However I have to say it was very smooth and their customer skills were excellent and very worthy of recommendation.
