Is netia.pl Legit?

Their Sales agent lied to me and sold internet , internet itself was great but this lady says if you can change location , no problem , you don't have to pay as long as you didn't use our service , after relocate to another city i found myself in National Debt Collection and they're asking me to pay 24months service where i used their service for 4 months , please if you don't understand polish ask these guys to provide the contract in English if they can't find another service provider ! don't sign!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought they were a good company. But they have very shady offers. They offered a 2gbps download connection and it turns out they "provide" 2gbps but their ONT ports have only 1gbps so you get a max bandwith of 1gbps in your device. If you use your own device they will block your access to internet until you call them back. When contracting this I specifically asked about this situation and was assured that I could use my own device. No such case after signing.

I DON’T RECOMMEND this company to anyone! Awful customer service, they lie to you, don’t answer questions if you are not polish! When we asked if we are able to transfer internet to another flat they told yes, but when we had to move not from our desire, they disagreed to transfer it and continued to charge us for services, however we didn’t use it! Horrible service!

From the big variety of providers services I've used in Europe this is the most awful experience. Somehow i've get into this provider from my old ISTS provider after rebranding. Netia never informed me about that, after my internet just stopped to work they've didn't pick up the phone. Actually their customer service build in that way that it's hard and almost impossible to speak with any of their representatives, they just redirecting you from one to another. But the most awful thing here is that I was forced to pay even after I've returned them all the equipment because, wait: I should send them special resignation letter by post mail on paper, which the've never mentioned when I was at their office in person. In summary: I wouldn't recommend any business or collaboration with Netia to people who enjoy clear and transparent services.

Netia is terrible and they know it. That’s why you can’t cancel their services without paying hundreds or thousands.

Alright, so my last review was about the phone service which I really would not recommend. It's like they try to make you not use their services. Anyway, if you have phone service and iternet, you will have two accounts with them because they can't figure it out how to merge but they somehow managed to be two companies as one?The internet worked, sometimes outages but in a reasonable freaquency but try to get out the contract and it's a nightmare! Usually, when you're a customer, they will send you notifications to the email that you have invoices and whatnot. If you resign from the contract, you will be able to log into your account months after but they will not send you mails anymore. They will not tell you anything, they just send out one letter. They don't care that you moved, they threaten with debt collector, court and everything they can in the letter, that you may or may not see. Plus you of course will be the one to pay any fees that come up because you were the one who didn't pay.I send the equipment away straight after cancelling the contract and again, they just send a letter that they didn't receive it and I have to pay 600zl. Even if the mail service tells you that they deliver the package, Netia doesn't care because "they checked with the warehouse". Going to update as soon as I can, but as far as I can tell, epic legal con artists

I really really don't remmoned this company. Pls don't sign before reading everything and you might end up in problem
