My lover Transfer me to my account I remembered more than on NETCOINS you must have the same name or who doesn't even have trusted people sections? Under review for 4 days!!!? I tell them to send me back the money I will transfer with my personal account! Pus response for 3 days!!! My account has over 10 transactions!!! Really unpleasant!!!!

Talking with a team member from Netcoins directly on the phone was so nice! Love that personal touch. And, best yet, they called me! So much better than having a chat with one of those chat boxes. The initial support (AI or bot) seemed to have figured out my request rather quickly. It had to be escalated to a support member but at least the process was straight forward.

Netcoins delivers on what it promises - a simple and secure way to get started with crypto. With the issues sprouting up among some larger exchanges and having a few of them pull out of Ontario, Netcoins is still here. The customer service team is helpful and responsive. I'd love to see more features down the line.

I love this crypto exchange, they make things so simple and user friendly. The best customer service I have ever experienced as well as such a smooth and effortless user experience on the app. These guys are legit, they are fully certified and regulated in Canada and the US, extremely secure, probably the only place I would be comfortable leaving my money in the crypto space. I had a issue with depositing funds into my account at Netcoins and even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, they responded immediately and also called. In what I thought was slowing or blocking me from investing my funds, in fact Netcoins was protecting me from possible fraud/etc. Shortly therafter ( 10 hours during the night ) they had explained that using 2 different emails is fine but Netcoins needs to know each one and verify it . Then your safe and so is your Crypto/Funds . Thank you Justin!! John

All netcoins users data was hacked on sepetember 17.Went and tried to withdraw some funds today to my registered email.They said I had to add a bunch of KYC information.I tried and the app keeps glitching out at the documents update page.Currently I have no access to my funds and am basically being extorted for more of my personal information which like all the other personal info they have will undoubtedly wind up in the hands of hackers.Complete BS.Do not use this company unless you don’t care who gets your personal information and if you can access your funds.

I sent 40 of Bitcoin to test a wallet it's been 3 days and about 4 phone calls. Because I've never sent money to a wallet through bitcoins (crazy high fees so don't use them much however I do use there card for Costco as it's a MasterCard and my other crypto cards are visas which I get better percentage back on) and they have now called me 4 times about my transaction which is just off to another centralized exchange lol.This is wild, with there fees your better off with wealthsimple or crypto.com at least it's not a nightmare to ever transfer crypto out.

horrible company who advertises that you get a $50 bonus for signing up on a referral and then they tell you “the community responded so well and we’re at our limit” after advertising everywhere that you get a signup bonus. it’s a super shady company. after contacting support they stopped responding after 2 days and haven’t responded in a week do not give them your business.

“SCAMMERS!”

Netcoins.ca is a scam organization. Once they get you to pay the investment registration deposit, your troubles start from there, and you never get your money. You then get various scammers calling you with dodgy-generated phone numbers to scam you more. This company is unregulated, and they must not have access to personal information. I was rescued from them when I hired the services of (Kovkovn). On Telegram This chargeback team is a lifesaver, and they did get me my total refund.

“God awful”

Their customer service is absolutely astonishingly bad. I can't imagine having actual money put on this site. Just to be verified it took several days after my application wasn't approved through the automatic system. Then when they were telling me (after several days of asking) that my application "can't" be approved because of something they couldn't explain they just close my account. Thankfully I wasn't able to transfer any money or crypto to their site. Can you imagine trusting them to resolve an issue? Just avoid them, there are many many alternatives. Tip for consumers:go to google.com and find an alternative

Netcoins is showing numerous rave reviews on Trustpilot. Common sense tells you they are probably engineered, the first sign of a scam. If your "account manager" is Jane Stevens, I can tell you firsthand, you are being scammed.
