Neouenc will 'finally' get the product to you in a month, but it's the products that are horribly inaccurate in description. You end up with basically 'junk' you would be too embarrassed to say you actually paid a dime for it. Not just that but when you try to leave feedback on their site, up pops a notice that there is no proof of you ... even with the email you purchased and communicated with. Why? Because they don't want that horrible feedback or no one would purchase. I usually do a deep dive when purchasing products but my daughter insisted she wanted these phony things and I just suckered in. If three items from their place is garbage and purchase price was not inexpensive, that should give a hint to anything else they sell. Made in China and Shipped from China.

I ordered a "Sea Glass Christmas Tree" and what arrived was a cheap hunk of badly painted plastic. Not at all the same product that was shown in their description. Like the other review, there was no way to leave feedback on their site since there is no proof of my existence - and it took a month to get my hunk of plastic. Total scam!
Same here. Cheap molded plastic. Also ordered the stained glass birds. Ha! Molded plastic birds... I was actually surprised to get anything after all the time that had passed since it supposedly shipped but no tracking was available. The packaging wasn't at all professional either. Looked like something my college roommate would have packed up.

The Sea Glass Christmas trees are junk, not resembling the product on the website; you can write a review but you cannot leave it because they say only verified buyers can do it. They are offering me a refund minus shipping fees (shipping was free) and minus an "8% platform process fee." Or I can keep they and they will reimburse me 20% of the purchase price.
I hate them! I bought these and they look nothing like the picture. They are not made of sea glass but made of molded plastic and are cheap and ugly!!!
I received my sea glass tree today and it looks so cheap! I was very excited but now I'm going to return (hopefully). It was definitely not "handmade" but looks like it came out of a mold-a-rama for 25 cents. Scammers and liars and thieves!
I ordered the Sacred Christmas Wreath and in the picture it was absolutely beautiful! What I received was a piece of flat, compressed wood with a picture of the wreath on it! I tried to reach out to them for a refund and the only thing they have listed are two seperate emails. I tried sending to both of them and both of them came back as undeliverable, these emails do not exist! Does anyone have a contact # for them? So disappointed and saddened that humanity is so low for some people!
Ditto to all the previous posts, except I purchased SEVERAL "sea glass" trees to use as hostess gifts. They are plastic molds with a spotty paint mix. If unable to return I will donate to the Shelter store and let them throw out as can't imagine anyone buying at any price. They claim to do refund but have written twice for a return address with address provided. Web page regarding refunds say not to return to address on shipping label, which I suspect is fake. My order was placed mie-Sept from a Facebook Ad, not received until Oct 30. At the time of ordering I could find no reviews, and unable to post review to their website. Is there a way to alert Facebook about this fraud? Even though my order was on my credit card, somehow the funds were immediately deducted from my PayPal account, which I DID NOT provide to this company, for obvious reasons. Am waiting call back from my cc company to explain how that could have possibly happened but don't see how it could be legal. I will be notifying my state attorney general.

I send email yesterday asking for a return address & my $$ back, they deny the order # I gave was from their company. i will send another to Neouenc company. advise did anyone else get $$ refunded.? how can we put a stop to this, have been told to report to Federal Trade. false wording glass , we rec. plastic.
I just went through the same thing with these people. Emailing back and forth, when I finally got their address it was in China and would have cost me $27 + to ship it back through USPS. And they were offering a full refund minus the shipping charges and an 8% platform handle fee. In 1 email they offered me 20% back and I could keep the product so after all that I decided to take that offer cause it seemed to be the best option.
Neouenc is an extremely poor quality website with products suitable for the dollar store only! I ordered 2 sea glass Christmas trees, beautiful on the website, advertised as 8 and 12 inches, these were nothing like as pictured in the ad- measuring 5 and 8 inches, solid dense glass from a mold and didn’t even stand up straight! Don’t waste your money paid $17.99 and 21.99 and as stated earlier, I wouldn’t buy them in a dollar store,
I, too, ordered 2 of what appeared to be lovely sea glass trees I saw advertised on Facebook. They were $18.99 each. It took about two months to receive them, and they are junk. They are about 5 inches tall, molded resin with poorly painted on "decorations". I had planned on giving them as gifts. I would be embarrassed to give these for any reason. I emailed them to get an address to return them and get a refund. They texted back "Guangzhou, China". This "company" needs to be reported. I bought a neouenc dolls. I received it in about 2 months time. VERY,VERY bad quality. Not as advertise. Dollar store sell better quality. I saw the add on facebook quite a lot. The dolls were so lovely, I finally broke down and bought one. Can't get my money back or return the product. It's a scam.
Just received my 3 dolls after a 2month wait. Absolute rubbish…nothing like advertised. Extremely poor quality and nothing short of fraud ! Do not touch this site with a barge pole.
I just received a Woldulf doll from Neouenc and it is a farce. I am so disappointed as it was for my granddaughter.
