Ordered a custom sign via WhatsApp. Perfect service start to finish and the sign is amazing!

What a fantastic company. Vinnie was absolutely fantastic at creating my boyfriend’s work logo, we are blown away by how great it looks. Not only was the customer service outstanding, we had fast delivery and payment was so easy. The quality of the sign is amazing. 100% recommendation.

Communication could be better. Lighting remote doesn't work. When plugged in the beam is super bright it could do with a little dimmer - perhaps if the remote worked it might do the job. Before purchase there was more communication of course but afterwards when trying to fix the remote problem not so much. Waiting for the issue to be resolved. Other than that, it's a lovely design. Not sure if it's worth the money as it stands.

Ordered a sign for our beer garden for our pub thru Vinnie, was easy to order and arrived really quick. Sign best quality, bright even in day light, waterproof and makes all the customers happy. 2 years warranty! Definitely recommend as tried other neon sign business and been disappointed! Great job!

Agreed to supplying our company signage and our company payment terms and specified a delivery within 10 working days.12 days later sent an email that was ignored... sent another email a couple of more days later to be told that they have now decided to not do the order until payment had been made in advance therefor not fulfilling their 10 working day turnaround.Not professional by any means and wouldn't recommend them for any kind of commercial client.

The product was absolutely perfect and the service was truly amazing. Vinnie was extremely responsive; so helpful from the very beginning when I needed a quick quote and mockup, up until long after delivery when I was asking for even more. Based on how long I took to confirm details, I fear I was a frustrating client. But, despite my end being so slow, Vinnie's response time remained SO fast. We are a sign shop located in Texas and a client requested a custom neon sign. We do not make them in house unfortunately, so I went online and found NeononDemand. Vinnie was so helpful and always replied back to our emails with all questions answered! We needed this sign asap and he absolutely delivered! The quality of the sign is amazing, and the quick turnaround was as well! We will absolutely be back for any and all our neon signage needs from now on!

Fantastic customer service by Vinnie. After enquiring on the website for a custom neon light, we completed the purchase and signed off the design in 1 day, with the order arriving very shortly after. They did exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond

Vinnie and his team are awesome! They produced my wedding sign so I came back to ask for a unique piece made for a work event. They custom made it, and got it delivered internationally all exceptionally quick. Couldn't recommend more.

I had the most frustrating experience with this company. I made payment and finalised my design for my signage on the 11th of July 2024, with the owner of the business Vinnie promising that it will be ready and delivered within 7-9 days. This did not happen, it took 11 days for the order to be sent out for delivery and it was being sent from CHINA to the UK! This was a birthday gift so the delivery timeline was very important to me. I constantly had to chase Vinnie for updates with regards to my package when his failed to deliver within the timeline he gave. He was in no way apologetic and even lied that the package had been sent when it infact had not been sent (when I tracked the package I found this out). I found out the package was being sent and made in China. The delivery was also a mess because for reasons unknown to me DHL would not deliver. What made this worse was that Vinnie used his number instead of mine for the deliver even after I requested for my number to be used so I could easily track, amend the delivery and get text updates. After paying a cost that covered delivery, I had to travel for over two hours to get my parcel yesterday. Through all of this, not once did Vinnie the business owner express empathy or apologise. This entire ordeal was absolute pain.
