Very bad service, neodove company & their team, they are mainly focusing on selling the products not on customer services.At the time of onboarding their team committed everything, we will whatsapp group or have a dedicated account manager and bla.... bla...But after that their team members do not respond, generally, 3 things will happen.They said that we are in a meeting, or did not respond to calls or the phone switch off.
