Original item not in stock. Refunded with a free next-day delivery code. Ordered an alternative after deciding is no longer stocked in UK. Delivered as expected via DPD.

PC mainboard I ordered was cheaper than anywhere else and even though the free delivery option I chose was for over a week away, I received the item within days. Very quick, professional service and would use again.Haven't actually tested the board yet as still waiting on new CPU but will update my review if issues arise and I have to reach out for support.

Found Neo Computers via PC Part Picker. Was skeptical at first as the price was so low but I took a leap of faith and am very happy I did. No issues at all, speedy delivery, package was well packed and protected and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend shopping with them and I'll definitely use them again. Ordered a motherboard from here as they had the cheapest price. Ordering process was very easy, order was processed quickly and shipped via DPD local. Motherboard was in brand new in a sealed box and has been working perfectly for several weeks.

Wouldn’t use again unfortunately I ordered some ram at a decent price that their system said was in stock almost a week later and they tell me this isn’t in stock and they can’t obtain and cancel the order this isn’t acceptable and should have their systems up to date like any other company moreover should just cancel the order asap. Companies that have waste people’s time like this ideally shouldn’t exist disappointed.

I purchased a motherboard from these guys along with other PC components from elsewhere. After the build, the MB appeared to not work. Paul from customer support sent some tests for us to try ~ to no avail. So the unit was returned for them to test. No problems found. They sent a video of their tests and sent the board back to me! After a process of elimination we discovered another component at fault!NeoComputers were great! Responded quickly to my e-mails, was patient with my ignorance and was clear in their advice. Thanks to Paul and the team! I am now up and running.

After some troubling experiences with Amazon I found Neo Computers. I was looking for a specific laptop and found a suitable one on their website. After some clarification on the product, which was delivered very swiftly by Paul, I decided to purchase. I had suggested DPD in the order instructions and sure enough, DPD was used and delivery was perfect. The item was as described (new) and also works perfectly. Would use again in a heartbeat.

I bought a motherboard from NeoComputers, tried to install it and my system wouldn't boot up. My local PC repair shop said the motherboard was faulty so I sent it back. It turns out it was a problem with one of the memory modules that I installed (not purchased from NeoComputers) and possibly some bent pins as I installed the processor. Paul was always very quick to respond to emails and went above and beyond by straightening the pins, diagnosing the problem with the memory module and testing to confirm that everything was working.I was very impressed by the communication, the speed of turnaround and how they fixed up my own mess without charging extra.

Website isn't great and showed me an inaccurate delivery estimate, but customer service MORE than makes up for it. I had ordered a PC case from Neo (other parts from elsewhere) for my nephews birthday, and was at risk of having 1 part missing for him. Ordered BeQuiet power supply. Competitive price. (actually the best I could find at the time). I used the free 7 day delivery option, because I didn't need to guarantee delivery date.
