Is nedgame.nl Legit?

I always had a very nice experience during my past orders at NedGame. But recently, one of my orders came with the product not working correct. When I contacted the support, I received a speed feedback and a prompt action to solve my problem, by sending another order of the same product.I was surprise with the support and fast action.Definitely NedGame team deserves all congrats and all the best to their service and quality!

*My first review here~I always check the site/store before buying from anywhere~ so despite the mixed reviews I thought why not? and thank God, nothing unpleasant happened, in fact I received what I ordered wonderfully and quickly! So I will continue to order from here!*Before anyone throws a rock, I ordered about 50 euros so far, and as I wrote, I received everything in perfect condition, even the one that was listed as "damaged" was in good condition.

One of the controllers present in the console bundle i ordered had a mushy feel to one of the buttons. Anyone with any form of competency would be able to feel this. Sure the button works but it does not feel right. Nedgame upon receipt of my controller proceeded to argue that it was fine and sent it back. I therefore decided I would like to cancel my order under Dutch consumer law within the 14 day cooling off period as is my right. Nedgame however at no point states on any item page that if you were to open it you will not get a full refund and instead received a used value for the item. This kind of thing would make sense for a game or digital code for example but on an electrical/mechanical item it is down right stupid and incredibly anti consumer. As such I am now in a battle with their customer service over what simply needed to be a controller replacement, but instead has turned into a legal fight over the full cost of my order. I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this awful company.

I received it on time and super quick. The battery had leacked in it though but after cleaning it it worked fine and my kid loves the car.I read online several people had the same issue with this car and I think it’s because the manufacturer used cheap batteries and has nothing to do with the seller because we had the exact same issue with the same car purchased on amazon France.

The customer service is so efficient that my purchased was packed and prepared for delivery in 5 min.That'd be amazing for itself if I didn't had messed up with my address and because it was out to delivery already I couldn't cancel. However, customer service was kind enough to jump into his cart, track and intercept the PostNL truck, and get the package back so I could fix my mistake. I swear that was exactly how it happened.

Crazy good pack luck, ghost rare DM Girl as the highlight. Solid packaging with no damage to any of the products. The cards also don’t have any bend which is unusual for EU products. Overall very solid experience.

My parcel got missing (postnl says it's been delivered, while nothing came in - later, they have confirmed they've lost it). I've contacted the Nedgame support and got helped imediatelly. The new shipment is on it's way. All sorted within same day. Thank you! I'll be back!

There is an excellent overview of the games I bought and they have a pretty good stock, so I had no problem buying them all.

Supper happy with Nedgame. I had ordered a Collectors Edition game and provided the wrong shipping address. I contacted them to change their address and they also tipped me on the shipping date which was supper nice! As a nerd, I will be certainly shopping from NedGame in the future 100%.

I've purchased items from Nedgame plenty of times and all the items that arrive are exactly as is, like it should. Decent price, communication whenever needed, I have no problem with Nedgame. Keep it going! :)
