Is nederwoon.nl Legit?

We’ve been trying to schedule a viewing for an apartment since 2 weeks, I’m calling them everyday multiple times no response, I’ve subscribed to their web page and paid 36 euro still I cannot get ANY service, send multiple emails and no response. Suddenly I see that a viewing opened and try to book for it and I got feedback that the viewing is already full. I’m sorry but never seen this horrible service, how can anybody reach you to book a viewing ? Maybe you will see my review and we can some how contact cause I wasted my money for nothing…… Scam company

Under every level of anything - not only retail. The Apeldoorn branch - Rasistic , rude and arrogant 2 blonds / possibly sisters ( looking identical ) above all RASISTIC with no hiding it- and they ask to be bribed / - in descrite manner like :........ " Pesnt " bussines for uneducated blondes with ambition ....

1 star is too much!!!!! I was the first one to react on their website, the advertisement was on Pararius and not on their website. I let them know on phone at 11:59 the woman tells me "ah okay thank you, now it should be okay", I refresh the page I see that no other people saw the advertisement and I apply as first!! Next morning I receive the email other house hunters were faster than me. I call them to ask what the hell? And they tell me yeah 30other people were faster, because everyone receives email notification about the new properties. I have evidence that I called them 11:59 to tell them to upload it and the email notification of the new property came at 12:49, 50 minutes later. Very unprofessional, don t waste your money, no service! She also mentioned that she sees in our profile that our work contracts end this year, keep in mind all multinational companies do annual contracts and then renew it and we both work for very big multinational companies in the Netherlands with high salary. Terrible, horrible, stay away!

Scammers at it's finest! My rental agreement ended on 30 November 2021. On 1 August 2022 they debit €935,37 from my account, without my permission! When I queried this, they sent me invoices backdated to 30 June 2022, threatened me if I don't pay this money. They just charge "service fees". Any person can charge any amount under "service fees". This is dishonest, unethical and complete corruption.

Don't waste your 30 euro on a meaningless account signup. This company will request all your financial and personal data dating back multiple years without any real effort or commitment on their end. Stay away or better run!

I scheduled a viewing through their website and they didn't even show up at the location. After 20 minutes of waiting, I called them and the intermediary said that her colleague was there waiting for me the whole time - meanwhile, I was standing RIGHT IN FRONT of the house. I was arguing that no single person passed around there, but she kept on going with her story. Very untrustworthy company. Save yourself your 30 euro (for signing up).

You will get ripped from the very first day. They will try to scam you out of your deposit and they will try to extra charge you throughout the tenancy. The staff is completely useless and very unprofessional. The response time is absolutely ridiculous from this company. Do no expect your deposit to be paid back and good luck getting scammed by them during the registration process too! They will scam from the very first day until the last while you are their "precious" customer.

Stay away from Amersfoort Stadsring and Smallepad. The Smallepad entrance to the buildings is always unsecured due to the gate being broken and not being fixed. You can enter the buildings without using the RFID tags as the doors are always broken. There seems little will from Nederwoon to fix it or secure access to their buildings. The bicycle parking is access controlled with cameras or so Nederwoon would have you believe. First e-bikes were being stolen, and now the thieves have time dismantle bikes and steal plain bikes too.The Nederwoon response is to tell us that we park in the access controlled basement at own risk, and the cameras in the basement have also been removed. So much for the RFID tags and the entrances.Nederwoon only cares to collect rent, and not ensure that their tenants get what they pay for.

Very unprofessional and incompetent rental company. I wanted to rent an apartment where my friend was living. He recommended me as the new tenant in his cancellation. I was trying to call them up everyday to follow up the process. And still they deliberately sidelined me, did not keep me in the loop about the process, and chose another tenant for the place. Even though I met all their requirements. Despite efforts from both me and my friend, they intentionally did not give me a fair chance. Please do not rent an apartment through them.

Do not pay for the account! Before paying I read the description of all their available properties in Arnhem, some of them say that it's available for students to rent, so thats why I paid to make an account. But after paying, all of my requests were turned down saying i dont meet the requirements, which is that I am a student.

They advertise the house on pararius, you are forced to go to their website to plan a visit, first you need to create an account that you will need to pay 36 euros to then discover the house is not available, has no planned visits and you get a limited super limited house listings from which none may be available. Feels like a scam.

They are really awful!After the termination of the contract they didn't pay my deposit on time (After two months) and they now want to deduct around €700 for nothing! We delivered the house in completely good condition but they sent me an unfair bill.

Hey,So I've seen a listing from NederWoon for a house in Winschoten, which I liked and was looking to get a viewing.Went to their website and requested a viewing for the house I wanted, which took me to the registration form, and to finish the registration I had to pay 36euros for a yearly subscription fee. As soon I get my account I go to the same listing to request the viewing and it says that "Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to request a viewing.".This looks exactly like a scam. I know things are hard in the real estate market, but this kind of things just get things worst and even do harm to the people looking for a house.

A company that was found to be illegally charging fees to potential tenants in 2014 is still doing so, just via a different "grey area". Just ignore all their listings and don't sign up to their scam service and hopefully they'll disappear forever.

I am sure that they are scamming you! I had been looking for an apartment in Rotterdam for 3-4 months and at the beginning of my search I got scammed by them.They asked me to pay money for viewing. DO NOT pay any money just to see the apartment. And they are still sending their listings in Rotterdam to me and after 6 months the apartments I was interested are still available. And another interesting thing is that those apartment are very good for good prices. So there is no way that they did not get taken. This is Netherlands and we all know how the housing market is. So STAY AWAY from this agency. There are plenty of trustable agencies in the market.

That was a terrible experience to work with this company. When we were visiting the apartment to rent it, they said that one issue with the pipes was resolved and as soon as we moved to the apartment we realized that the issue was still there. It took almost 3 months to solve the issue. We had the same problem with the intercom system. The problems were so deep that we decided to move from that apartment.

Totally useless company, they doesn't even know how their site work. After a viewing they ask you to upload TONS of documents with personal informations on their website and they doesn't give you any answer about the house. I called for information (I had to select i already have a signed contract with them otherwise I couldn't even speak with an operator) they told me that informations wasn't enough, that I must send them proof of my savings and they told me my foreign company and bank account wasn't accepted. But I see they doesn't have problem to accept my foreign money for the registration. AVOID

I recently rented out an apartment in Nijmegen through Nederwoon and the team was very helpful during and after the viewing. I viewed the apartment on a Tuesday and uploaded all the necessary documents by friday and by the next monday I got the call for good news. The only confusing thing with the website is the planning of the viewings but if you can find an opening then the rest of the renting procedures go very smoothly and because it is on the site it is very trustworthy. They also help with the gwe arrangements so as someone who recently moved to the Netherlands that was very helpful.

I have recently used the Nederwoon office in Amersfoort and found them, by far, to be the most professional outfit I have used in Holland. I have applied for over 100 studio's, rooms, apartments for my son, around Utrecht, with little response. Both Eva and Bobby at Nederwoon were excellent in terms of communication and professionalism. Highly recommended

The company is full of gimmicks and scams, careful not to pay for a ''user account'' they basically will you show you great apartments with cheap prices to lure you in and once you pay for the account it will magically disappear and they will tell you, sorry you can't book it. They won't refund you, they don't respect dutch law
