1st order from here was fine.My last order I had to chase after 2 weeks. I said to cancel and refund money as I was going away. Within a few hours the order was suddenly on the way but the wrong order I had placed. Either way I was not going to be in.Got back 1 month later order says delivered with no evidence. Customer service ignoring my emails. £100 loss. I should have taken other people’s reviews more seriously.

After returning the goods at a cost (14€), there is no refund of the price, even though the package was delivered to the seller over a month ago. Seller does not respond to inquiries.

Ordered a jersey as a gift on 9th May. Absolutely no contact from company until 22nd May when they sent generic email to say item was out of stock and refund would be processed. Complete waste of time. Why advertise item in stock, accept payment , then take 2 weeks to decide it isn’t in stock??? Disappointed son without birthday gift. Will not use again.

I have a problem whit my order . The post office sending back my order. Since November 2023 I tray to have contact with the company but nobody answered, of ask my order number and stop. I pay 170 € for a Ralph L. product. I want a reaction but nothing I write feel messages. Not order for this site its not goed!!!

Although it's fairly easy to get the gear and jerseys you're looking for if it's from current players, some more 'rare' stock is quickly removed from the store as soon as some players retire (e.g. Iguodala's jersey was available until just two days before he retired). Other than that, the quality is undoubtable.

Trading standards needs to investigate them. I think they might be a con website. I ordered over two weeks ago and then 15 days ago I received a shipping notification. Since then, nothing. I've tried emailing but no reply. I've tried calling but no one answers. I've tried their live chat but it's a pointless automated response. These folks might need to be investigated by trading standards.

I have ordered two jerseys from here and both jerseys were not done right. First jersey was missing the name and numbers...i repeat, the name and numbers were missing!!! The second jersey's lettering completely peeled off after one wash. Both items were not available for refund according to their customer service even though they are regular jerseys, not custom. I try calling the customer service number and nothing works. Live chat? Awful. Now I'm out $200 and 2 incomplete jerseys.

Absolute joke of a company. Do not order. They advertise next day delivery for an additional fee but fail to tell you this is next day from dispatch date not order! So you are paying for nothing. Customer services are shocking and do not acknowledge the lack of information on the website. Been over a week and the item has still dispatched. 3 emails to customer service with fob off responses. Buy your NBA gear elsewhere even if you have to pay more

Purchasing online from Australia. I was very satisfied as everything ordered was exactly as advertised right down to the sizing and delivery was within expected time frameand drama free. I initially purchased a basketball jersey for my daughter and was really worried about the quality, sizing and also just ordering online in general, but it was a perfect fit and then have since purchased a shirt, a jumper and bedding all in her favourite team. I will not hesitate to use the site again to purchase future items once she has grown out of these ones.GO KNICKS.

DO NOT BUY HERE EVER!Horrible customer service. Received the wrong Jersey, couldn't process an online return for some reason as the tracking still said "in progress" so they gave me an address to return the Jersey to with a return slip. It's been 5 months and they're saying they never received the return and are asking for proof of the return, meanwhile I wasn't even able to process it online so there is no proof!! Customer service pretended they couldn't hear me or see my messages and cut off the chats and phone calls. Disgusting customer service, never shopping here again! A total joke!

I made an order on 18/01 and I paid extra money for the express delivery, after 12 days the order stil hasn’t arrived. When I called the costumer service they told me that the shipping time is intended to start when the product is shipped as it was written in term and conditions. I checked the term and conditions and there isn’t even a point where it’s written what they told me. They don’t even know the terms of their service😂😂. Never again.

You cancelled my order, without even asking for additional information or documents. I am sure you want to prevent fraud, but this is not fraud and i don't have explanation what is wrong and i don't want to spend time trying again as that will make my bank disable my card for multiple unsuccessful tries. Marking transaction fraud and it't not fraud is very bad user experience. If i am not doing anything wrong, why i need to deal with this? It's easier just to go away and never again try to order something from you. Again, it's not problem to mark my transaction suspicious, but you should investigate, contact me, before cancelling. It's not fair to make anyone guilty without proper trial.

Absolutely shocking company and the NBA should be ashamed to let them use their name and logo!Ordered a jersey for next day delivery which never arrived, chased up to be told it couldn’t be delivered next day because of the printing. Fair play to them they refunded my delivery but I also asked when I could expect my order… completely ignored.It has now been over a week since I placed the order and there has been no update on the system other than ‘processing’.This isn’t the first time this has happened for me but it will be the last!Avoid at all costs and make sure you order through another company.

DO NOT BUY OFF NBA EUROPE OR FANTATICS. The product was ordered on 5th December, it's now 23rd December and still hasn't arrived. Website still giving est delivery date of 15th December. Very unhelpful customer service PLUS they double charged my credit card. How NBA can allow this company to license their brand is beyond me!

This company are a disgrace. Ordered a jersey for my son's birthday. They contacted me over 2 weeks later (after their black Friday event) so say they no longer had it in stock.Too late to find a replacement and horrible customer service. Shameful

I gotta leave a review as I was a bit sceptical ordering from here for some reason and then I read the reviews afterwards and I was really worried. But after receiving my order I can honestly say top quality basketball jerseys, next to my two I already own which I bought from the Nike store I can say they are identical fabric print and fit. Can’t fault it and saved a bit of money to on the Nike store prices. Will definitely use again!

Update: after waiting nearly a month they just cancel my order! Ordered Dec 3rd for an item that showed as in stock. Received 2 emails saying there was a delay. Could not find a number to call on their site for an update. The online chat never has a real person available. Eventually got an email back with a phone number, after getting through another automated bot I was told the item was out of stock and would only ship on the 19th of December! Why didn't they include this information in the emails so I could have ordered something else before now! Tip for consumers:Just avoid or be willing to wait weeks to months for items to be delivered. “Custom Jersey Efficiency”

My last purchase from the store was to do a custom Tony Parker Spurs jersey as he no longer is with the team and they don't have his jersey as an option to purchase like a Duncan jersey. Everything went smoothly and received the jersey rather quickly. Happy with how everything went. I've had a couple hiccups with the store before with receiving faulty items but on this occasion everything went well

I ordered a customized jersey and 1 minute later I realized I ordered a wrong size. I called the customer service 3 times and everytime got stuck on the line over 10 minutes and nobody picked up the phone. I called when they had bank holidays (day after my order) and twice the day after - morning and afternoon. In addition I wrote them 2 mails (first) less then 10 minutes straight after the order (sunday). Then I managed to reach customer service line under different number which was not able to give me any information about orders starting with digit 1. Only orders starting with 9. I sent them 2 mails with my order details as well and they promissed me to reach the correct department and solve this (still the first day after your bank holiday). Few days later they wrote me that my jersey (the incorrect one) was successfully sent to my address. When I described them (again) my situation they told me it is my fault and they wont pay me my money back. I strongly do not recommend.

Bought a bunch of items on sale. Great quality and selection. The two improvements I would make would be to have automated currencies. I bought my items in AUD and couldn't actually see the total price until I paid for it. Having a currency selector for more than USD and EURO would be great. The other improvement would be cheaper shipping. It wasn't express but still ended up costing a lot. Time for delivery was about a month and I paid 3X the usual express price for Australia. But overall easy to navigate and amazing selection and prices were far better than basically anywhere else.
