What a great experience I had today. First I had my appointment with Deborah, my nutritionist. She really listens to me. I can tell she really cares because she takes the time to explain her recommendations and she answers all my questions. Then I spoke with Yoannis who helped me with purchasing my supplements. She was so efficient and friendly and helpful not only with my supplements but also with rescheduling my other appointments to exactly coordinate with my programs I’m doing so that it all made sense. Thank you so much! AR

Horrible!!!! Charge a lot of money and try to sell packages but do not provide good service. Example, paid for all the tests and had meeting with an NP. She didn't tell me anything I didn't already now, tried to sell me a $1100 auxiliary package and promised to send prescription for my meds to local pharmacy. Now 5 days later, still no prescription and no responses to my frantic attempts over several days to get SOMEONE to response. BTW, there tests are the same any functional or integrative doctor would perform.

Nava has given me answers I couldn’t get from my PCP, endocrinologist, or gynecologist. They conduct comprehensive labs, create a customized plan, and let you choose a membership that fits your needs. I don't understand the complaints about the membership—I'd much rather go to a concierge practice than sit in a crowded waiting room. Nava offers telehealth visits, so you can consult with your provider from the comfort of your home! It doesn't get better than that. If you're looking for a place that focuses on the root cause of your health concerns, Nava is the way to go.

The testing was great - it caught a couple of major things that were causing my severe fatigue. I even signed up for the lowest membership & am now receiving hormone replacement therapy & thyroid meds. I was expecting them to be really pricey, but $725 for 4-month supply of hormones & thyroid meds isn't too bad. I think the meds are actually starting to help just within 4 days of starting them, so I'm hopeful that this may actually be what I needed. 🙏🏼 My 1 issue I had was that the pharmacy wasn't calling me back when I had important questions. However, customer service has vowed to look into that to find out where the disconnect may be. I just didn't like the fact that it took a bad review for me to get an answer to my questions. But, at least they do pay attention to reviews & try to resolve any issues they can.

I have been going to NAVA for years. I go to the Columbia location. Everybody there from the people who work the desk to the nurses, Doctors, message therapist, Acupuncturists, Clinical Nutritionist you will never find a better place and a great staff. I found this place by accident. I was always looking for a healthier life style and stay away from modern medicines with all there side affects. These years have been a great experience. I highly recommend this for everyone who wants better health. James D

I spent a year going to multiple doctors for help me with perimenopause symptoms. That is what prompted my search, when I found NAVA. The doctors, nutritionists and professionals at NAVA helped me resolve my main concerns within a month or two. My husband and I both joined NAVA and have seen dramatic, positive effects in our bloodwork and quality of life! Cannot recommend NAVA highly enough. My personal experience has been phenomenal! I am so thankful I found them.

I see the horror stories of people being billed for services not rendered, etc. etc. Do you get billed a LOT? Yes. If you use a lot of their services, or say yes to their services and then "no-show" on them. In fairness, it can seem overwhelming, the amount of visits they "push" on you. Feels intrusive even. Especially for a reasonably healthy guy who NEVER goes to see his doctor... but when I look at it reasonably: I receive a service, I get a blood panel to make sure that service is impacting me properly, I get a doctor to read the panel, and then I repeat in 6 months. They have 89 other services available that I don't participate in and therefore know nothing about. Overall, my experiences on the medical side have been great, informative, etc. No complaints. And the facility, staff, etc. have been great. I wouldn't take other people's negative experiences too seriously (people love to complain).

In my 48 years of life I’ve talked to drs, nutritionists, life coaches, personal trainers and never have I ever had someone help me make actual changes in my lifestyle at a pace and in a way that I truly believe is sustainable for me! I have had nothing but positive interactions with all staff at Nava Health. The attention to my health needs has been a wonderful change from my PCP. I always look forward to meeting with my nutritionist, Ryan. Samantha has helped me reach some goals I thought I could not. I recommend accupunture, massage therapy, and VIT IV therapy. I love the staff! Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, caring and sincere. Big shout out to my therapists Robyn & Patty. I am 65 and had a serious fall. Robyn treated me with acupuncture & moxa. What a tremendous difference. The swelling & pain were greatly reduced. Patty treated me with the equiscope therapy (similar to stim) it relieved every pain and ache in my body.

Helping me understand my body by running the appropriate tests to determine what is stopping me from achieving my desired results has been game changing for me. I have learned a lot through sessions with doc and nutritionist. I am slowly feeling a lot less tired and closer to my goal weight!

I am impressed by the level of professionalism I received from the entire staff. They take the time to explain everything you need to know about the program and never make you feel like you’re being rushed. Soyria, the nurse practitioner, was extremely knowledgeable about health issues. Dr. Ali went over my many labs with me line by line. Doctors don’t take the time to do this anymore. Natalie in office operations spent 45 minutes going over the various plans and helping me make informed decisions to begin treatment. Looking forward to feeling well again!

After being passed around the “healthcare” system, waiting months for appointments only to receive no answers or reasons, Nava had my appointments scheduled within a couple weeks. Every appointment and process this far has been super smooth and efficient. This is a great combination of functional health and western medicine, which I greatly appreciate.
