“Terrible customer service/poor quality control.”

Myself, and a friend ordered multiple bottles of narcissist, and it was delivered with zero cents the company refused to believe us, and refused to refund. I even offered to mail the bottles back. They didn't change the formula because I have been making the same product for two years and now. I even ordered two other cents that I've been using for two years they have almost 0 smell after they are used in my product. I have also noticed a change in the consistency and how it works in our soaps, and it is basically unsellable. This company puts zero product information. You have no idea what you're getting. It is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with for Customer Service. I have already moved onto a bigger and better company that is completely transparent. “Wireless bird box”

Not a great experience really. The bird box was sent with completely the wrong instructions which meant many lost hours trying to implement without success. In fact, we had no chance! I called a couple of times and a helpful lady sent me out new instructions - I mean they were not just revised, but a completely different set! Also for £170 I think the bird box should come with a bracket or some means to fix it to wall/tree etc... this one came with naff all which is a bit stingy really. I paid an extra $4 for the expedited shipping but it still arrived late! On the expected arrival date I emailed them about it but they opted to wait three days until it showed out for delivery to say if I hadn't got it by end of day I could get a refund! That's some kind customer service. Talk about a poor way to do business. All about getting that money and nothing else matters after that. Tip for consumers:Don't opt for expedited shipping. I've been a customer for 8 years. They currently have a "birthday" free shipping promo... however, in fine print it EXCLUDES candle wax! They're a candle vendor! How rotten is that? At least put a limit on wax... you already put a $125 minimum purchase on it! AND you don't carry gel anymore! The ONE TIME you offer a decent sale & I can't use it. YOU SUCK. I'm done.

“Shipping costs are getting out of control”

Selections are always great but these shipping prices are getting out of hand. I needed to buy a box of Palm wax but I could not justify the extra $41 for shipping. My local supplier has the palm wax, I'll get it there, but they don't have a wax that is suitable for my other candles. However, my local supplier has 2 different waxes that I can blend together to achieve the right wax. To date I have spent $1,129.14 this year with Nature Garden, and I haven't even started my busy season yet. Nature Gardens is about to lose me as a customer if they do not start taking care of their customers, starting with their shipping prices. My order was delivered but stolen before it got to my hands. I called NG and they were very helpful in filing a claim with UPS. My full order ended being replaced and sent to me at a different address at no cost to me less than a week after my initial phone call to them. The products are great quality.
