Is naturalapiary.com Legit?

I never received the item I ordered and have not been able to make contact with the company despite multiple attempts. I'm currently out over $400.

There was a problem with the order being filled properly. I notified Natural Apiary IMMEDIATELY. I received a note back that a solution was being sent, with a tracking number from USPS. According to USPS the tracking number was not valid. The error has not been remedied.

After three uses developed holes in outer shell . Sent pic to representative and was told I must have rubbed up against a hive ! Last I heard from her ! I don’t mind spending extra money for Quality Products that Last and Companies Stand Behind , I was also told to put tape on the affected area.

I have ordered a full suit from the company a few years ago. I had reached out via email, IG and called to check on the status of a pink suit to replace mine that was sold out. I was never able to get in contact with anyone. I then went ahead and ordered a new hat. I’m really sad to have a company I used previous have no communication.

I was disappointed that the hood zipper did not match the zipper of the one it was replacing. I had to sew the new zipper to the old jacket. After almost completing the job I found that the new zipper was a different length.

Although the bee suit I purchased was the second extra small suit that I bought, the first one fit perfectly but this purchase was much too long for me. I was disappointed.

Shipment was fast and they followed up to see if I was satisfied. I purchased the cowhide gloves to have something that defensive bees couldn't penetrate. I've watched several bees sting them but none penetrated. They are no more bulky than other heavy duty cowhide work gloves I've used.

Natural Apiary sent the veil out fast and when received the veil I found out that Natural Apiary made my bee suit with plastic zippers obsolete. Two years ago my daughter purchased a new and upgraded suit that the veil will fit.

Natural Apiary has been 1st class in its correspondence and help in getting me the correct size perfect bee suit for the hot weather. I was between sizes on the size chart and went for the smaller "medium" suit, and upon arrival I noticed it somewhat tight when doing certain tasks.Natural Apiary immediately sent me a return label and my new items was shipped within a week. 5 stars for natural apiary, not only are the bee suits top quality, there customer service is top notch. They want to make sure your are happy and satisfied with their products. It seems like they take pride in this. A nice quality in this beekeeping world.

The jacket is perfect. I usually buy a medium in t-shirts, but by following the sizing chart provided, I purchased an X-small. It fit perfectly. Even with everything in life shipping slowly due to the pandemic, it arrived pretty quickly. Easy and a great experience. Much easier to manage and sufficient.

My suit was packed perfectly, easy to put on, high quality, and I was totally successful in my brave backyard yellow jacket extermination. It's definitely important to order two sizes larger than your shirt size: I'm 6'2 and the XXXL was baggy on me which was just what I was hoping for. Finally, it feels like a company that really loves their product, glad I chose them!

It is amazing wax, great quality, cut and melted so smoothly, and I love the 1oz bar sizes. Perfect. Plus the shipping, packaging, and follow up have been wonderful. Best compliment I can give is that you are so great I never actually have to interact with your customer service department. Way to go guys.

We were used to the full suit ventilated so we were a little disappointed with the cotton jacket. Haven't used it yet but hopefully it will perform to the standard we're used to with other Natural Apiary products we own and have used.

This is my second suit from Natural Apiary. I had my 1st suit for 5 years (beginner apiarist beekeeping suit). Since the recent passing of my father in-law, who was the primary beekeeper of our apiary, I am now the only beekeeper and spending more time with my bees, I needed the highest protection. I upgraded to the Zephyros - 3 Layer Ventilated Beekeeping Suit. This suit is amazing, the comfort and protection is second to none! I've always love working with the bees, this suit gives me the extra security and safety of not being stung and fully enjoying working with my bees.

Thank you for having a top notch product that I was very lucky and blessed to find. All design aspects are top of the line and obviously the result of good manufacturing processes. A must: 15% pollen patties (use half) for the hive once a week beginning in early March were key to my hives success this Spring. Once you begin the pollen you must continue until they can find it on their own. On Long Island that would be early to mid April. Great company to deal with, delivery was quick!

The bee suit is top quality, zippers are strong metal type built to last.It is made from sturdy material and the sizing chart enabled me to pick the perfect fit, there is room in the suit to work comfortably. Netting is nice quality and the stitching around the hood is strong.Shipping and delivery of the gloves was prompt the suit took a few days longer to be shipped.I trust Natural Apiary and will buy from them again.

Did not receive my order and did not get any response to my communications so had to escalate to a claim for refund

I'm very happy with the quality of the products I received. I will have to wait until spring to put them to the test, but they seem well-made and durable. My items shipped separately, though I only received one tracking number. The customer service representative was very responsive and my missing item arrived within a week.

The size range of suits and gloves is very inclusive- I have never been able to find a suit that fits me (XXS) until ordering my Zephyros suit and not only is the suit very high quality, it fits perfectly. Shipping was quick and I especially enjoyed the follow up/thank you email. Will be back for all my beekeeping needs.
