Company doesn’t deserve a star, but had to in order to leave a review. Purchased items, recvd items…tried to receive refund. After numerous attempts, finally received 1/3 of my refund. Now I’ve got to go back through the hassle of getting the rest of my money. Company shouldn’t promise 100% satisfaction guarantee and make customer jump through hoops.

Recommended a product that not equal to another product I was going to buy. 2 representatives did this. False advertising. This product was to protect my baby from toxins in the air. They use one agent name online but managed by various people. Don't know who assisted you or if anything they said is accurate.Paid expediated shipping but took over 8 days to arrive.

God forbid if you have a return! All returns at National Allergy require preauthorization. But no one ever answers the return line. They leave you on hold for ever! Then when you call back and chooses the BUY option, someone almost immediately answers the phone. But she can neither help you nor transfer you to a manager. She takes your telephone # and promises that a manager would call you back. Except no one ever does even after leaving your telephone # twice. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NATIONAL ALLERGY!

I have finally found shampoo and conditioner that don't make me itch, flake or otherwise get really frustrated with my eczema, etc. The laundry soap is just as great and the goat's milk moisturizing was the cherry on top, as my face finally doesn't look like a dead, red pizza.Thanks for making GREAT and reasonably priced products.Will buy again when time too.

Ordered iitems to help my daughter with a newly diagnosed dust mite allergy. Paid for expedited shipping. Did not receive products after one week. Spent two days trying to reach a human being to speak to about my order. Was told, via chat, that everyone at company was busy preparing for a warehouse move and they thanked me for my patience. I canceled my order, used another company and received my order the next day.

Poor custumer service. Did not recieve a receipt of purchase from company with order number. They slso never contacted or sent me shipping information.Every time contacted them I recieved an email with a ticket number saying someone wpuld contact me. No one ever did.

Wonderful products! Wish more people would go scent-free. Would really up those of us with chemical sensitivities or asthma. I have both!Shipping took longer than usual but within stated time frame. Normally very qquick.

Purchased an aromatherapy/vaporizer from them. Unit stopped working after the first use. Got the run around when I first contacted them. Now I'm being told they are waiting for their "vendor" to authorize the return. Transaction was not between me and their "vendor" it was between me and National Allergy and they have done nothing to resolve this matter and now I' out the money for the unit and the vaporizer pads. These people are rip off artists, do not do business with them!

It is important to buy from reputable vendors and verify with manufacturer for authenticity. So far so good.

National Allergy carries a very large selection of products to help with the control and prevention of allergic reactions. I have purchased several Whirlpool air cleaners from them that are working great. I have also purchased a mold eliminating 2 step product that totally took care of the mold on my window trim. They ship really quickly too. Their selection of dust control bedding is very good too.

Ordered replacement filters because of the apparently quickness of their shipping of 1-2 business days (web site). A week and a half later, after receiving word of the shipment, I contacted the company who indicated they had moved offices along with inventory. They found my order and started to pack it for shipment. A week later, still no filters!!! Finally received the filters over 2 weeks from ordering. One would think that if a company if moving, they would handle all orders in their queue prior to moving! Not these people! Very disappointed!

I bought this exact model back in 2003 and have never had any problems. The fan is not annoying and is perfect for white noise to sleep. When we needed another purifier for another room, I was happy Whirlpool still makes this model. National Allergy by far had the best price. I saved $50!

Product arrived promptly and exactly as described. I bought the allergy spray to treat furniture after my parents visited with their cat. I treated the sofa & 2 chairs. One chair had to be sprayed twice, but it worked well, has no scent whatsoever, and left the upholstery in perfect condition.

Been buying from National Allergy for decades. Products are consistently high quality. More importantly for me, trying to maintain a fragrance free household, I've never had trouble with fragrance in or on a product bought here. Customer service is quite good. My only complaint is that in recent years National Allergy has copied PharmaPacks' idea of just jumbling products in a bubble wrap lined box, which simply doesn't work for liquids and frequently ends up with me cleaning up a mess. This recent shipment went back to sending me unopened cases from the manufacturer as I prefer: thank you! National Allergy did raise prices significantly a year or two ago, so I only buy during their regular 20% off sales (15% off in a pinch) these days.
