Received material that appeared to be used; wheels were protruding from the box appeared "used" returned merchandise was provided.Contacted customer service and was assured they do NOT ship used merchandise, further don't sell returned merchandise either.CS recognized they did appear worn and provided a reasonable discount for my concerns. I kept the product and am quite satisfied with this company's policies but, more importantly, am extremely pleased with the customer service rep. She is why I'll continue doing business with national tool warehouse.

Updated: They refund me the price of the metric wrench, which is good effort, so I change from 1 star to 4 stars. Again, If the item on their website shows correct images of what they are selling, none of this mess would happen. Original: Be careful with what you see on their website. The picture of the item on their website are alway misleading. I ordered a wrench set in SAE because on their website, it shows that picture with SAE wrench. When I received the item, it is Metric wrench. Shipping back to them are on your money, and shipping the wrench back to them will cost me $23 for the wrench set.

I purchased an item that had an incorrect description due to a listing error. I had a couple hiccups at first upon trying to correct the issue over the phone, but was called back after the initial call and apologized to for the inconvenience. They offered to exchange the item with what I was anticipating although there was almost a $100 price difference. After the initial call I was unsure if I would ever shop with National Tool Warehouse again. Upon them correcting my issue I will be giving them my business moving forward. Not many companies now a days will admit fault and correct an issue, that alone earns a 5 star review.

I ordered Stylus Pro® Flashlight Tail-Cap, Blue on their web 2 days ago. I received a E mail said the item is out of stock. So I go back to their web it still posting...???????

Received 4-1gal cans of thinner badly damaged. I'm afraid to put them on the shelf as I'm concerned they may start leaking. Very poor packaging and handling.Follow-up: National contacted me and shipped out new items that arrived quickly and intact. The customer service was amazing. Thank You.

Had something wrong on my order. One phone call and it was straightened out immediately. You don't find companies with customer service like this anymore. And their prices are very competitive. Great experience all around. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

Shipping was quick, but part of the order was lost when the package broke open. I contacted customer service who quickly responded and shipped out a replacement and made sure the replacement was double boxed. The tools, prices, as well as the customer service team were excellent. Will buy from again!

I bought a set of platinum double box end ratchet wrenches in metric and absolutely love them. I will say the national warehouse was the best price online for them and had amazingly fast shipping.

The discription for the socket set was excellent and they worked perfectly on task at hand. If you can make a longer set like 2 to 3 inches longer so the rachet end would be higher up i will defentaly buy them. Good quality and craftmanship thank you

I'm a mechanic and fabricator sometimes the tools I like to use in my line of work are hard to find so when I was searching and ran across these guys I was extatic they have a lot of the tools I have been looking for. They have great descriptions and they make it easy to order so I will without a doubt use them again

I order a lot of items on line. The norm seems to be, it takes a long time to get to me or, damaged. But, I've placed two orders now with National Tool Warehouse and so far nothing but positive.
