I placed an order before Thanksgiving for one item froM Nap Loungewear; order was acknowledged and card charged. When I tried to track I found it shipped from China and there was no way to cook tact the shipper for updates. Nap could provide no help except a useless tracking number (which I already had). Fortunately I used Amex and disputed the charge. It has been almost a month since I ordered and still no delivery date nor merchandise. DO NOT order from this scam company! 35 days to tell me something was out of stock. 10 days and counting to get a refund
Never! Ever! Will I purchase from this company again. I placed an order and received order confirmation the same day. 35 days later after asking for delivery status I was told the item was out of stock and that my order was being cancelled. My friend got her package 4 months after ordering. But that's not yhe worst part. Her package had a bunch of USED fake nails. (Hope they're fake. Well, I'm not happy, I am trying to contact them for a return to no avail. They day email us and you will get an answer within 2 days. No word since Weds and today is Sat. Also rrturn address says California but pkg has Chinese writing on it and of course no packing slip or receipt! The last return I tried to make to a Chinese Co, they said I had 3 days to return to China!! Paypal was not helpful w/ that one because they said a solution was given to me. This return will probably be the same. Also there was no confirmation of my order when I checked my email for info!
Scam company. They are selling products that they do not have. They cannot tell you what is in stock or what is out of stock. Items that they told me were "out of stock" are actively being sold on their website. They offered to mail me a similar product in a different color. They could not tell me what color they would mail. The customer service representative does not understand the customer's issues. If customer service representative does understand the issue, they either do not have the ability and communication skills to resolve it, or they do not have an investment in their company and are neglectful in their duties. The customer service representative sent a laughing emoji when I told them their customer service was not good. I have screenshots of the full chat.
This company is selling products that they don't have. Ordered and paid for shipping and never received my order.
This company is a nightmare to deal with. They provided false tracking info for my order, I finally got a refund through Paypal after waiting over a month for an order. They have zero customer service.
3 people in my family ordered items from naploungewear for Christmas. NONE of us have received the items and ALL of us have been charged! The earliest was ordered in October and the latest on 12/4 (with the promise of delivery within 7-15 days) In my case, the tracking perpetually says that it's being processed... When I spoke with a person (?) via chat, they apologized and said they'd send it as soon as possible. When I asked directly if they thought it would make it by Christmas, they said they couldn't guarantee it and apologized again with the smiling emoji. In my mom's case, she was told that the recipient received it and they most definitely did not! This company is constantly advertising products that they don't appear to have. We understand supply chain issues etc., but at the very least, they could mention on their site when items are out of stock so that customers can make alternative plans. I fear that we have been scammed and am not sure if we should keep waiting or try to get the charges reversed through our credit card company. In the meantime, 3 people didn't get presents for Christmas and the company doesn't seem to care.
My product arrived after 3 weeks. I got a tracking link I wasn't familiar with, then I realized the products are shipped directly from China. Had I known this, I wouldn't have ordered. They then only give you 2 weeks to return (even though the customer waited 3 weeks). I tried to return after 17 days of receiving the product, but they flat out refused. On top of it all, the quality of the item I ordered was lower than expected. The prices are high, but then they offer tons of steep discounts through random emails- I always find this sort of pricing suspicious. The clothes are overpriced for sure. I would stay away, they clearly don't value customer loyalty whatsoever, so it seems like a cash grab to me.
