Is napalmrecords.com Legit?

Used to be a great store back in the day, now they just seem to go for their top tier bands and the rest can go screw themselves. Did a pre-order in 2021 for an item that would release 10-6-2022. They’ve silently delayed this release about six times now and notified me once. Current release is set in January 2025(!) This is an €80 special edition and it seems like they just haven’t pre sold enough of the limited to 500 items. When contacting them they give no legitimate reasons, spin it as if they reached out to me, and tell me I can get a refund.My last order there.

Bought a pre-order which didnt show up months after the expected date.. I tried several ways to contact the store and still have yet to receive a reply from them. Will never order from them again. Horrible service.

I have ordered a few times from these. One time I had something pre-ordered for nearly 6 months then when it came to release date it was pushed back numerous times, stating low stock. Now I would have thought all pre-orders would be fulfilled without question, but clearly not. I contacted them and to be fair they refunded and apologized etc and were very professional with that side of things.I have, however, decided to stop buying from these now, due to their ridiculous rip-off shipping costs. Nearly £15 shipping for a CD!!! More than the CD itself. Absolutely extortionate. Another example of the disgraceful profiteering going on right now.

Ordered a shirt but got a different one delivered to my house, seems they made a mistake. Send them an email with a picture and then called them on the phone and the nice lady immediately checked my mail and got back to me a few minutes later. I wont go into too much detail but it was handled fast and professionally!

Horrible customer service. Have yet to get any order on time. No responses to emails until I requested my money back on PayPal. I’ll go back to streaming music and going to shows to support bands but won’t deal with this company online ever again.

Recently I've ordered two box sets from Napalm Records. While their logistics part of the shipment has been amazing... the package has been sent the next day and it arrived in a few days, the quality of the product is abysmal. One of the box sets has an additional record inside, yet they didn't even bother editing the files on that record, so it has no artist info, album name etc.Aditionaly, all of the components of the box sets are the lowest quality piece of s*** that I have ever recieved. I didn't really expect much but it has been terrible. I would advise against ordering from them if you care about the quality of the product you will receive.

I pre-ordered a SHAPE Plate. I opened a case and was told to be patient. Nothing here yet so emailed the person that told me to be patient and the email came back with no one by that name at Napalm Records. Sent another email to customer service and no response. Called PayPal and because there was already a case opened and closed, they can’t open another! They suggest I call my bank and dispute the charge. Pisses me off because this was for my Husband who loves Death Angel. He’s seen them multiple times and been back stage with them so I wanted to surprise him with this for his band room. At least his Metallica site never disappoints! Lesson learned

Ordered a shirt I was pretty excited to get. Got here fast but it's the WRONG shirt. Customer service has yet to respond to my email. After reading the reviews on here I highly doubt this will get corrected. Never again. They're just screwing up sales for the bands. Not cool. Especially during covid times with less shows to profit from.

First read last section (what happened).But in the end my PayPal transaction was refunded the next day and my tshirt came within 10 days by mail. I did have to contact them personally because I never received the track&trace code.Site can be improved but in the end it went well.Order a tshirt via Paypal. The order was paid but not processed on the website. Sent a mail to contact address and they told me that they did not have any order. But still, Paypal said I paid.Then decided based on their advice to buy via iDeal. That went well but now the order is in state "processing" for one week. Sent a contact form to ask for status, but no reply.Will never ever buy anything here again.

Ive been waiting soon two years for a pre-order that should have been in my hands over 1.5 years ago. These delays are unprofessional.

I just got 2 T-shirts from Napalm Records. Both from different shipping locations. Napalm has 2 shipping locations located in Halle, Germany and one in Austria. When you select a product it will show you if it will be shipped from Germany.First about the T-shirt that came from Austria. I did get a mail with tracking information for that, and it arrived about 5 days after I placed the order. I was just missing the other T-shirt that came so I mailed them about why I didn't had the T-shirt from Germany.Now about the T-shirt from Germany. The T-shirt was in the pressing process which explains for me why it could be shipped later. But i still didn't get any mail from the German location about tracking, which is fine for me, but the day after I got the T-shirt from Austria, the remaining T-shirt from Germany was shipped to my neighbours a couple of houses further. The package also had a different house number on the shipping label. Fortunately I know the neighbour good and he handed me the package. I understand it could be a miscommunication, but I suppose that the location in Germany also could see the shipping address.

I currently have a package that has taken 6 full days to go from Divide CO to LA. And it still has to get to Eastern Ontario, Canada. Never mind the fact that it's taken three months to actually ship it

I oredered 6 Lps last March and I still haven't gotten any news about my order. It's been 3 months. Whenever I contact them they will just reply with a generic response made by a bot.

I order from them 5 times so far. Fast shipping, i love mystery boxes, great way to discover a new bands, shirts are good quality for a price.

I WISH I NEVER SHOPPED AT NAPALM RECORDS!*** I placed an order over a month ago and I still haven't received my package and they refuse to give me my money back *** First of all, it may well be that it's just me who's unlucky, but here goes..I placed an record the 23th of October at napalmrecords.com I then received an email the 27th of October where they wrote that my order had been processed and ready to be sent. Later that day I receive an email from Österreichische Post AG with a tracking number and everything looks fine. So far so good, but as you know the trees don't grow into heaven....Since the 27th the package has "been on the way" and everytime I check the tracking number, the package is still on its way.. So.. The 2th of November I contact Napalm Records and ask them if anything has gone wrong, since the package "is still on the way" and has been since 27/10.They explained to me that the delay was due to some holidays in Austria, then there were no problems and the package should probably show up.Finally on the 15th of November Napalm Records writes to me, that they have talked to the post office and the package is ready for pick-up. I go to the pick-up point and after going through all the packages with the manager at the pick-up point, I have to conclude that there is NO package matching either the shipment number nor the tracking number.. OVER 3 WEEKS SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER (and a long and boring correspondence that runs between 2/11 and 15/11) I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER!SO GOOD ADVICE HERE: NEVER SHOP HERE!*** I'll update this post after I have received response from their customer service regarding refund of my order.
