i have purchased curcumin, vitamin C and Vitamin D3.i have been taking now for just over 1 month.With the curcumin all of the inflammation has disappeared and the benefit to my knee has been profound. move, sleep and live significantly better

In 2011 the x-ray showed my knees bone on bone and knee replacement imminent. Instead I commenced cycling and taking curcumin regularly.Initialyy I made up a golden paste of turmeric olive oil and black pepper, taking about 30gm of paste a day.... 😩 ugh. Not only was it ugh but the great majority of the goodness just passed through my system. I tried Curcumin tablets of about 300mg of supposed activity but did not get the knee protection. A couple of years ago I stumbled on Herbal Harmoniser. What a great product. Only a couple of squirts directly into my mouth every morning and sometimes in the evening and bingo, no knee pain.
