I received my wig today and I absolutely LOVE IT! I just ordered the same wig in 20 inch. THANK YOU for the exceptional customer service and making a great product!!I am always so nervous purchasing wigs online because most companies claim their product is 💯 human hair and they’re not, but your product does not disappoint!

I have to say, they responded immediately—helpful and kind.Apparently, my package was shipped a while ago, but they couldn’t update me about any changes because the shipping company hadn’t updated the tracking information!The product is on its way, and as soon as it arrives, I’ll update this post.So far, my experience has been positive!Thank you to the team for your patience and for promptly responding to my emails!

I signed up for coupons and was about to order a wig. However, I was inundated with several text messages, multiple emails, and numerous WhatsApp messages. It’s quite overwhelming. I replied 'STOP,' but they just texted me from another number. This is harassment, and if it is not resolved, I will be reporting this to the Attorney General. Please do not contact me again.

I was provided with tracking details to stay informed, about the delivery status of my wig. Upon the wigs arrival​ I was pleased, with the nice packaging. It's nice to see that Nadula provides a return policy well. It gives customers a sense of security knowing that help is available if needed. In my opinion Nadulas customer service was dependable and helpful which made buying from them an seamless experience.

This is my second time ordering from Nadula hair and I must say the hair quality is so great. I was having some issues with my mailing address and they emailed me directly to confirm and even kept me up to date with the tracking information and offering me alternatives in case my hair didn’t come on time. I recently placed an order with Nadula. Days had passed and so I wanted to know when would my order be shipped. I first reached out through email and I got no response. I decided to reach out via Instagram and they gave a generic response each time. They gave no details regarding my order despite me providing them with my order information. They constantly send texts to my phone and send emails to order more from them but none of those included information about my order. My experience so far has not been great.

I have ordered from Nadula multiple times now and they have never failed me with reliability and fast delivery. My most recent order I noticed was in processing longer than usual, I emailed customer care and they responded in a timely manner. They told me that due to the customization of the wig i wanted it would take longer than anticipated, and I ordered the wig for an event. They gave me another option within the same price bracket and had it shipped out the next day! My order came in 4 days! I am very satisfied with the hair, it is very soft and I am pleased with the willingness to help and make things right! The free gifts they include are also a very nice addition. I will continue to order from Nadula in the future!

IM IN LOVE!!!!!This VPART wig is everything and more!!!I do have a small head so I ended up taking the band out as it was a bit bulky!Otherwise I’m OBSESSED!!!I left some hair out on my hairline to give it a more natural look!great customer service as well through email!

Good customer service and response. I made an accidental purchase and requested a refund. They emailed me to see if there was any way to resolve the issue and they gave me my refund. I plan to purchase from them in the future.

Nadula best hair of 2024 hands down!!!! Every unit that I have purchased has been on point, full giving body and lace hd top tier.
