Is myworldphone.com Legit?

I will never buy again. I could not still got my refund for a never delivered smartphone :(

Worst customer service ever. I made a purchase online and after several days, I called to follow up on my order only to be told, the phone is out of stock. The Rep then insisted I picked a different phone, which I found quite bizarre. So I asked for a refund and was instructed to send an email to Brian. After two emails and two weeks has passed, there was no refund and no correspondence from anyone from Myworldphone.

I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and the keypad didn't work. When I contacted the company I was given an e-mail address from which I received no response. I then called and was given the run around, placed on hold and just generally ignored. If they put half as much effort into selling a decent product and/or correcting errors as they do trying to avoid dealing with customer issues they'd be a model in customer service. They know that there's no recourse for online shoppers if they don't respond, and they exploit it. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Ordered a phone, something went wrong, got a message that I'll be charged $1300 for 2 phones. Looked for edit/cancel order: you CANNOT do it on web site, have to call them next day after 11am. Good luck reaching their customer service, I spent 50 minutes next day trying to call them, no reply, they just dump their ads into your ears. Chat said send an e-mail, I've already sent last night. Happily for me, the order was canceled as 'out of stock', regardless of the IN STOCK mark on the product. Will never return to this site. Order # 135586. After my complaint they instantly removed my account on their web site, regardless of the e-mail confirmation with psw, so now I cannot review/comment there.

Received my phone 6 months later without any follow up from the company. Tried to contact customer service, but no reply. Do not buy from them, you'll get a better price if you do a google search intead.

I will never purchase from MyWorldPhone again. I bought a "new" Sony Ericsson from them, and I opened it to find a contact book full of people and PHOTOS. I saw photos of their family, and of a pizza. This is ridiculous! I called MyWorldPhone, who said they would ship me a new phone. The next phone they shipped me did not have sound! My phone would not ring, only vibrate. This was ridiculous yet again, so after 30 days of 20 phone calls a day to rude representatives with thick Indian accents, I finally got my money back. This was such a Terrible ordeal, I wish it upon no one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

great place and had good experience. I was actually going with the roaming fees with tmobile while i am travelling but then i realize if i buy an unlocked phone, then i will be paying the cheap rates when i am abroad, i called myworldphone and picked up a samsung c3050 which costed me about $69 including ups shipping cost, it took about two days for it to come from new york to CT, i used the phone at rome, berlin and at london and still using the phone as a 2nd backup phone in CT now..so 10/10

All the items are great prices and the prices competitive prices. Shipping is fast, everything is very straightforward. The one time I had a problem (UPS smashed the package to smithereens) they were completely responsive and arranged for a replacement item to be sent via 2-day air.

Just got the nokia 5530 from myworldphone.com . would say that an awesome phone from an awesome company .The 5530 is a cut-price touchscreen music phone that is Nokia's answer to the LG Cookie and the Samsung Tocco Lite. On Pay Monthly, it's hardly any more expensive than these competitors, but it offers a whole lot more. Actually it was more than expected. I was recommended by one of my friend about this company. my friend told me about myworldphone that their doing business since 10 years so you can buy their products as well cause their are trustworthy. So, i thought ok let's do this.. because i was going to abroad and i was finding like this kinda company for buying a phone. i was actually going to attend one of my conference which i have to attend immediate. So, i ordered and then they first called me to confirm the order and then they processed it and i selected the usual shipping method which they said i will have by within 5 business days but suddenly from my office they changed their schedule for to attend the conference and i had to go hurry then i called myworldphone. requested to update my shipping method but it was shipped so i dont know how they made it but they did change the shipping method to 3 business and it really works the product has been delivered to me on time. thanks to Myworldphone.

Needed a phone for my girl friend on her birthday, she was demanding something new and innovative for social hub. So visited to myworldphone to have one for her. Called to the customer care, though didn't have any idea what phone should get for her. But I was very pleased the way they handled my situation. They were giving me information about the features and the benefits of the phones and helped me real good to choose one. They even helped me how to place the order in the right way and helped me all the way until I got the phone delivered in my home. I was very surprised when they called me to give the tracking number cuz this is very rare for a company do to me. When I got the package the phone was in a factory sealed box. But I had a little bit of problem with the charger to be connected. So I called back to the company and they explained everything how to use it properly. The phone was in excellent condition just like I wanted and the price was at least 30-50 dollars down compare to other companies. Hi, I just recently bought a smart phone from myworldphone.com. This is a sony ericsson xperia mini pro. I saw this phone on the webpage and wanted to buy it so bad. Cuz this phone has great features and a powerful processor. The screen clarity is excellent, interface smooth, battery life not bad. As noted, web browsing is ok, but you can sometimes lose where you are on a page due to the limited screen size, but fine for Maps, FB etc. I was using a Nokia before, so for me the screensize is a massive improvement. I actually pretty much satisfied buying the phone from myworldphone.com, because the phone condition was superb when I received. It was in a sealed box and with a year manufacturer's warranty on it. And I'm pretty much satisfied with the customer care they provided. I placed the order online and they processed my order within couple of hours and delivered to my destination without any complications. On the other hand, some companies put a lot of conditions and harassments just calling it their services. Likewise, I bought a phone from another company online and when I got that phone I wasn't pleased at all, in fact, they send me a broken phone.
