Is myvitamins.co.uk Legit?

Absolute joke 3 times emailed them to cancel but they keep taking my money and sending vitamins I do not want I’m ringing my bank today proper rip off!!!!

Customer service is so bad. Couldn’t figure out why my discount code wasn’t applied. So bad, absolutely clueless. Won’t be ordering again

My order arrived but one item was missing. When I went onto your website there was no access showing, to lodge my complaint. I therefore decided to write a review! Returning customer of a regular large order .Late sending out then shown as delivered yet had not been to my home anyway.What a carry on even getting anywhere as only respond online through the website 2 weeks later still waiting for the outcome of their investigation as to who nabbed my big order [if it was sent out at all]Shame really as I will not be in a hurry to return back ..

This company is an absolute joke. I made an order over 2 months ago and still not received anything. I’m chatting to various incompetent staff that haven’t got a clue what they’re doing and I’m getting nowhere. I’ve submitted the form I needed to and everything else that was asked of me and now Im just getting the same generic response of this terrible customer service team. They said it would be sorted 5 working days to sort this and it’s already been 12 and still the same generic responses. One email offered a refund and now they’re back tracking. These scum bags have basically stole my money. AVOID like the plague. There’s a reason why there’s so many bad reviews.

Horrible customer service and attitude towards clients in general. Making promotions offering free gifts and then never sending them claiming they are out of stock. I made 2 orders( one for me and one for my mother in law) hoping to get the gifts, but strangely both orders were sent without them. Customer service was not helpful saying their regular phrases that they are really sorry about it and that it is it. Never again..

Order placed 5th of January and it still has not been dispatched. (5th February) I've recieved a generic email stating there is a delay with my order but no specific details. I've emailed and DMd Myvitamins several times but have not received a reply. A quick look at their Instagram page will show i am not the only one being ghosted by this company. I just want to know when to expect my order or if I can get a refund.

Poor customer service, not helpful in the slightest. An imaginary policy gets relayed when you try to cancel a subscription with them. Please be careful when buying from this company as there terms and conditions are not clear and will be made up when you try and query something!!!!

My order was delivered to the wrong place, getting it replaced is proving very difficult and time consuming. I have to contact separately via live chat and email, fill out forms which can only be printed and signed in pen, then uploaded to a special place on the website, follow up again using a special "Message Centre". It's all very complicated and convoluted for a £30 order. Barely worth the hassle really. I'll order elsewhere next time and hopefully a different company will manage to send to the correct address as shown on my order the first time around.

Terrible customer service My product never arrived. Instead of sending me another like any reputable company would do, they are making me jump through hoops and refusing a refund. They are cheap but there is a reason. They have no customer aftercare. Every time you contact them you get a no reply email that you can’t respond to. I have had at least 6 interactions with this company and it’s still not resolved. That’s why I keep posting here as it’s the only place they seem to respond

Even after writing the first review on Trustpilot which they then requested my personal details in order for them to look into it but again behind the scene they didn't bother to reply yet again. I then returned the package stating clearly as with my other correspondence that I wanted a refund.However, a replacement was requested instead. Upon contacting them today all they could tell me was that their computer says a replacement has been requested! I explained that I requested a refund and he kept repeating that his computer says a replacement has been ordered and there's nothing he can do. I demanded my money back which he then said that he can only try to cancel but again its not a promise! I don't want the product and I just want my money back. How annoying MYVITAMINS!

Love this company and a family member has just enquired whether the company can do refills for the tubs. My family uses vitamins every day and they are difficult to store, of course we buy too much because of the great offers. We've got no room on our kitchen shelf for more and if we could buy refills then it would help cut down on the plastic tubs. I'm hoping because that way we can buy even more when the great offers are on. We absolutely love myvitamins as a family. Thank you.

Quick to arrive, easy to order. Will be ordering more when needed, I bought collagen capsules and 5 hpt capsules. This is my third week using them. Nails and hair improvement so I’d say yes to buying this combo definitely 5stars *****

I recently made an order with my vitamins, they have a great range with details as to how exactly they are good for you. They have a 50% off right now and I forgot to enter the code with my order, I email to mention this, on the off chance that it would be refunded and it was. They have great communication with their customers, their prices and deals are good. I highly recommend.

Totum student discount of 55% but it's 1.06 on a 10.50 order? That sounds like 10% to me and you are exploiting students' pockets.

I ordered from my vitamins 3 times until now.Twice for Uk and once for the order to go to Romania.I was so happy that the package arrived in no more than 6 days overboard considering all the customs and the pills that I was sending.The pills are great quality.I ordered some for my mums knees and she’s very happy with them they really work!

I made a big order. But they canceled it with no reason and deleted my account. I tried to contact to them for answer but they keep telling me to wait… wait… and wait… and no more response.

Great selection, but poor service.Paid extra for express delivery, but it takes a long as normal one. Asked for refund, on the extra money I paid for express delivery, but got only automated messages how sorry they are.I do not have a problem when things take longer, but I feel this is misleading for customers, who pay extra money for express delivery and are not informed upfront that in these times that is not the case.Update: so the story continues. Not only was my item delivered to a different country than the one where I’m located, but after cancelling the rest of my order, which was done by the support, I am still being charged for the cancelled items and now they are being dispatched. I have to say this is beyond my understanding.I am sorry but I won’t be ordering from you again even though my previous experiences were only positive, since there is only so much one can take when trying to order supplements.Update2: I was told that I will be refunded for the order, which was dispatched even after being cancelled. However, this does not change my opinion, but if anyone feels like ordering from them please note that I have no issue with their products.
